Description of Work: We purchased the $99 roof maintenance special. The service did not start off great because the rep did not come to my house the original scheduled day even after having confirmed two days earlier. He was prompt for the rescheduled time, though. Negative: very little maintenance was done or was needed, which felt like a waste, but the rep was forthcoming and reasonable with his assessment of additional work. It really turned out to be a $99 roofing estimate.

Description of Work: I had to contact Angie's list, because after I paid for the service, the provider did not contact me to schedule an appt. An appt. was finally made for the 14th at 10am. I waited til after 11:30, then called Angie's List back and cancelled and asked for a refund. Granted, it was raining that day, but they could've at least called to say they'd be late, or whatever.
