Description of Work: These movers were wonderful. Gary and his crew moved the contents of my son's apartment from Chicago to Springfield, Illinois. They dropped off a few things at our house, picked up two tables and a cabinet, and then took everything to a storage unit. It was a snowy day in Chicago frigid night in Springfield but they worked hard all day and got the move completed in about 10 hours. I would absolutely use them again!

Description of Work: Packed, unpacked and moved us from 4 bedroom home to 2 bedroom condo. Nothing broken, can do service! Excellent job of estimating cost and just made the deadline in building for time allowed to remain in building 4:30 PM!

Description of Work: This is the second move I used them for and it went as well as the first move. I only moved a few blocks from one apartment to a condo, but stopped at a storage unit too. Everything was wrapped and padded well. They also were able to discard an old sofa for me for an extra $50 which was a great convenience! All of the move coordinators are easy to work with and very responsive. The moving crew was prompt, quick and careful with my things. My move came in a couple hundred dollars under the estimate, and took 3 1/2 hours instead of the 5 estimated. I hope I do not move again for a long time, but if I do I would definitely use New City Moving again!

They worked quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this company for sure!!! Just note....when speaking to estimator, make sure you tell them specifically what you have and especially when it comes to things like artwork, books, etc. |

Description of Work: They moved us from a 3 bedroom apartment in the City out to a 3 bedroom house in the West Suburbs. It took less than 6 hours and we have a ton of stuff including a grill and musical equipment. Staff was friendly and fast!
