They were a big help, and knew what they were talking about. They've been quick to respond when we call to let them know the traps need to be swapped out. It's nice that they have a standardized pricing structure ($150 initial visit + $55 for each cage swap visit) but it's hard to predict total cost when you don't know how many squirrels you're dealing with.

My experience with Nevernest started out very well. I called them on a Friday night after hearing squirrels in my roof. Brian came out very quickly after my initial call. He identified the hole in the roof where the squirrels were getting in and set up two cages on our deck. A few days later we caught one, they promptly removed it and set up another cage. The next time a squirrel was caught however it took them more then eight hours and three phone calls to remove it, and when they returned to patch my roof they were an hour late without calling. Overall I was pleased with the end result.

THEY PUT TRAPS ALL AROUND THE GARAGE AND THEY GAVE ME A PRICE FOR SEALING OFF THE GARAGE, DOING CONCRETE WORK, AND SEALING THE DOOR INTO THE GARAGE. THE SET UP A SECOND APPOINTMENT TO CHECK THE TRAPS AND SEAL THE GARGAE. THEY DID TAKE CARE OF THE TRAP AND CAUGHT THE RODENT, BUT THEY DID NOT ADAQUATLEY SEAL THE GARAGE. WHEN THEY COULD NOT DO THE WORK THAT THEY QUOTED I THEN NEGOTIATED A PRICE AND THEY ACCEPTED. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD LEAVE THE TRAPS, BUT THEY ENDED UP TAKING THE TRAPS WITH THEM AND DID NOT SEAL THE GARAGE. I TRIED TO CALL THEM, LEFT A MESSAGE TO FIND OUT WHY THEY DID NOT LEAVE THE TRAPS AND THEY NEVER RESPONDED. OVERALL, THEY ARE GOOD AT CHECKING OUT WHAT KIND OF ANIMAL IT IS AND GETTING THE TEST OUT, BUT I WOULD NOT USE THEM FOR ANY OTHER SERVICE. THEY ARE NOT EQUIPPED TO TACKLE OTHER PROBLEMS. FOR THE QUALITY OF THE WORK I WOULD GIVE THEM AN A FOR CATCHING THE RAT, BUT A D FOR THE SEALING OF THE GARAGE AND COMMUNICATION.

I called the company and spoke with a representative with whom I explained what work I needed completed. I asked for an estimate and for a call back. They took my phone number and said that they would call back. I never received a return phone call.

Would definitely recommend them. Brian was very thorough and explained all the finer points of pests.

They were prompt in coming out and setting the traps. We located one trap in the unit and the other on the roof. It would have been nice if they had their own ladder to use since we had to use mine. It might be something you want to ask about prior to them coming. Otherwise, it was pretty smooth. Advice, hang the bait/food from the back of the trap. The first couple of attempts, the squirrels were actually able to get the food without setting off the trap. After I repositioned the bait, both were caught in the same day. The only thing to keep in mind, the initial visit/setup is $150 and each return/follow up is $55. Unless you catch all of them at the same time, you could possibly end up paying a decent amount for each follow up/removal.

Fast response but a bit pricey for less than an hours work.

I'm very conflicted about this company. Yes, the squirrels, 8!, were trapped and removed. But, the representative came to my home after a call to a farm with muddy boots and no alternate shoes or coverings. He did not bring his own ladder or flashlight. He didn't even bring his own bait and asked if I had a supply of hazelnuts in my pantry. Or, did I have a stash of old Halloween candy. No to both requests. Pricing is highly loaded to the front end with an initial charge of $275 for 4 traps and 3 squirrels caught. Then a second and third charge of $150. $100 a squirrel?!?! He banged the trap cage against the freshly painted wall causing a large scrape which will require the entire section of the wall to be repainted as touch up isn't possible with the paint used. He then dropped one of the $150 charges. So, the squirrels are gone but so is my patience.

We were very pleased with Nevernest and would definitely call them again for any pest concerns. They were professional, friendly, on-time, open to questions, and thoroughly explained everything that they were doing. We had two squirrels living in our ceiling and walls that were entering through the chimney. Initially we did not know what type of pests we had. We live in a three story, newly rehabbed building and the crew seemed very experienced in working with these types of structures. They even checked out other areas and patched up an opening that we did not know about. I checked around with a few other companies and the price was competitive for the services provided. It has been over a week and we have not heard any critters. I can now sleep well at night knowing no more rodents are living in my walls.

Brian came out the afternoon I called and set two traps in the attic. About a week later, having not caught anything in the traps, they came out and repaired the hole in the roof through which the squirrels were coming.

The company rep came out I think the very day I called around 9 pm. He did a quick estimate and it was clear they had done this before. Recommended the best way to handle the problem and gave us a reasonable price. They came the following Saturday and were here until after dark finishing the job. They were very polite and helpful. Best of all, our pigeon problem is gone. We all agree it was money very well spent!

They were prompt and thorough and went over all the common areas, porches, and outside areas in addition to inside the apartment. They set glue traps and laid poison. We saw both evidence that the mice were eating the poison and a really slow, woozy mouse. There were no catches in the glue traps. After a couple months, we started seeing evidence of mice again, so I got more poison & traps and this time put them down myself in the same spots. So far, so good.

I have a chronic centipede issue, for which I normally use Orkin but have been dissatisfied in their pricing structure and the fact that they won't do exterior treatment. Decided to try someone else, and he did a good job. He showed up a bit late but was very apologetic and professional about it. He also pointed out other potential issues I might have to deal with such as possible means of entry for animals. I would trust him for a larger job.

They were professional and clean and did good work. I would highly recommend them.

Ted's crew got on the roof of a 2-flat, laid on their bellies and bent over the side of the house to plug holes. They spent a lot of time with me figuring out how the squirrels were getting in. They plugged every hole they could find, even the dryer vent. I am pleased to say it has been quiet.

The rep who visited our home was prompt and very professional. He explained the sewage back-up had caused the fly problem and that the drains had to be treated to remove the larvae/eggs. In about 20 minutes the drains were treated with a foam agent and the rep left another gel that was to be placed in the drains for the next 3 days. Overall experience was good, although the pricing seemed a bit high.

They're professional and very knowledgeable about squirrel behavior and how to trap them. Pleasant to deal with and responsive. This service is pretty expensive: it's $150 to set the traps and $50 every time they have to come back for a squirrel(s). It's not uncommon to have over a dozen squirrels in an attic, so it's easy to see how this could add up. Getting a couple traps and doing this oneself is pretty easy, but if you don't want to deal with driving them 5+ miles away to release, call Nevernest.

I had a fly infestation resulting from a different problem in my furnace room in my condo. When I called I was somewhat in a panic and the owner sent someone out that same day who took care of the problem. Very professional, knowledgeable people. I would recommend them and I would use them again, but hopefully, I never need to use their services again.

Oh My God! After a summer away from home, I began a thorough cleaning of my house. Suddenly 5 healthy sized rodents broke across my living and dining room and I completely lost my mind. When I finally climbed down from the table, and wobbly ran to safety, I began calling exterminators (Did I mention that it was Saturday evening around 4 pm.?) Widely advertised chains do not work on the weekends(can you believe that?) Thank God for Angie's List. Nevernest had just performed a superior job of squirrel removal from my fiance's attic and walls, so I called them. Despite my screaming and jabbering, Ted calmed down and sent help. John cheerily walked through my door about an hour later. He was professional, courteous and thorough. Though in uniform, his vehicle, equipment and materials are discreet. He stayed for a long time, wedged through my clutter without complaint. He gave me tips on prevention and being brave. NEVERNEST IS AWESOME !

Brian came out on time and located the nest and within 45 minutes treated the area without incident. He told me exactly what he was doing and told me that if I notice any more yellow jackets after a few days to call him back. I would recommend Nevernest Pest Control to anyone who needs prompt and reliable service.

The company representative was responsive, even though contacted on a Friday afternoon, and was available to make a service call on Saturday morning. The technician was courteous and offered us cost effective options that would meet our needs and schedules.

Were on time, were polite. Picked up the trapped animals as soon as I called them. Also went the extra mile for me. The possums had chewed up the eaves in my garage (where they got in) and I couldn't find anyone to fix it. They put in a screen in the inside of the garage so no more animals could get it, until I could find someone to replace the wood eaves.

The company was contacted via telephone X2 to check on the patency and integrity of townhouse vents. Birds had been entering the vents and occluding them. The female who answered the telephone stated that the owner would contact me. This contact was never made. This company is very unreliable.

Returned my call very quickly and they were most helpful on the telephone. They came out at the time of appointment. Albert set two traps. One near the place I can hear the squirrels in the wall and another outside away from the area and in the back yard. I questioned him about the trap in the yard, and he stated that the squirrels would leave the wall and climb from the roof to the ground and retrieve the nuts used for bait into the cage. Both traps caught squirrels. I called and Albert came out to retrieve the traps I stated that the noise was still in the wall and he told me that it would cost another $50 for the traps to be set again. He stated that this could take several trips and each would cost $50.
