They went above and beyond. They removed the bees nest, but also found other bees nests and bird nests and removed them. I appreciated their expertise and professionalism. I would hire them again, 100%.

Called. Phone rang dozen times before kicking in to voice mail. I left voice message. No one returned my call. I sent email. The email bounced back: "email box full." When have you ever had an email bounce back for being full?

The nest was removed, snd the hole was sanitized and sealed.

They came in on time, and were very thorough. Bait they've placed is all pet and child safe. They inspected exterior of our home and sprayed repellents in likely nesting areas. Highly recommend

The mice were contained but total failure when it came to the rat.

A squirrel entered our basement via an uncapped vent. We called Nevernest who within hours sent a technician. The technician explained how squirrels typically behave. He set up 2 Havahart-type traps with nuts as bait, and told us to call when the squirrel was caught. He would then charge us for the service and take the squirrel to be released elsewhere. The next day, the squirrel was still loose in the basement. We opened a door leading outside and built a high platform. (The technician had explained that the squirrel would stay as high up as possible, and would not come down to the floor.) The squirrel did find his way out. We called Nevernest. The office said to put the traps outside where the technician could retrieve them. They did not change anything. They were quick, pleasant, professional - we would definitely recommend them.

They where late, he called and said that he was going to be late did not follow the directions on where to park and parked in the neighbors driveway. I have white floors and white carpet and he did not take his shoes off and it was raining out side that day I had to ask him to wipe his feet. Then he asked me where he put the traps and I told him do not put them any where I can see them. He said that he put some down in the basement also I told him to put some in the attic but when looked he said that there was none traces of mice up there but he did not look into the attic and the guy said nothing and just waiting for me to tell him what to do. When I talk to the lady on the phone she said that he would be looking for entry ways that they could have got in. The guy was in my house for ten minutes and did not check to see where the mice where coming form and he charged me 150.00 just to place two traps.

Excellent, they used non-toxic methods to clear the area. They also introduced me to Fly Web, a very effective method of catching flies without spraying or fly swatters. They are always willing to help when I call them about any problem. Highly recommended.

The problem was reported by my tenants. Birds were nesting in the gutter of my 2 story home. The birds managed to pulled the gutter back and create a hole. Nevernest guys came out promptly and solved the problem by removing the nest and closing up the hole. All work was performed within a couple of hours and I didn't even have to drive from the suburbs to meet them. No problems since work was completed. Great job!

The exterminator arrived and within minutes analyzed the problem. He told me where the flies were coming from, that the cause was a dead rodent under my floorboards (he even told the approximate size of it), and showed me how the flies were entering my apartment. He then set out non-toxic traps, while explaining to me about the nature of the carcass flies, how they develop, their behavior, their lifespan. As he predicted, the flies were all gone after two days. I highly recommend this service and I appreciate their professionalism and knowledge.

FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE. It has been 6 weeks since our first contact with them. We called and explained that the birds had entered through a small gap outside, where the eave meets the outside wall. We explained that the area is at the top of the second story of our house, so they would need a ladder to get up to the second story. They came out a week or so later to get rid of the birds, and we stayed home to meet them for the appointment. The representative looked at the area from outside and said he'd need to come back another day, because he didn't have a ladder to get up there. He claimed that our message about the ladder was not passed on to him, but said they would call to reschedule. A few weeks went by, and we never received a call back. Eventually, we called them back, and explained the situation, and requested another service call. They scheduled a visit for this Saturday, which was inconvenient for us, but we wanted to get this done because we had another bird build a nest on our deck and lay eggs and we are worried about having a family of baby birds in our attic. We spoke with them earlier in the week to confirm they were coming, and were surprised when the telephone agent had no record of the need for a ladder or even what the appointment was for, but they confirmed they were coming on Saturday morning between 9-11, and that they would note to bring a ladder. So, I stayed home yesterday and missed my daughter's science expo so that we could get this done. NeverNest dis not show up, call or otherwise notify us. A complete no-show. At this point, they have burned all bridges with me. Nothing worse than incompetent employees combined with bad customer service. I have no idea how these guys have been in business this long.

Last year had trouble with wasps after duct cleaning. Figured with cool weather, now was time to have it checked. Turns out had nest in VERY low crawl space which when removed filled 2 kitchen garbage bags! Due to waiting for smaller assistant, was here within 2 hrs. of my call. Rich was knowledgeable about preventing further incursions with a inexpensive stainless steel product to plug holes and "seal" spaces between the basement and aluminum siding. Also showed me ways to prevent box elder incursions.

Very early Saturday morning we were awoken by the sound of something in the wall behind our bed. I called at least 6 different animal removal companies, most who advertised 24/7 response. Never Nest was the only one that called me back the same day and they were able to come out by early afternoon. Two of their staff spent over an hour trying to locate where the animal (turned out to be a bird) was in the wall, and another hour trying to get it out safely, which they did. One of them then climbed out of a window to fill a whole next to a vent where we assumed the bird got in.

They were good. They were very thorough. They explain what they are doing and answer any questions. They were punctual and on time for appointments. I would use them again.

They're not one of those companies that spray everything in sight. They were very good and very polite. We got their name from a neighbor who's also been satisfied. Everything worked out with them. They tried to locate the problem, which was ants. They wanted to find the problem, and they used materials that were safe around pets and kids. The price was reasonable.

A more appropriate name for the company should be NEVER REST! I didn't after I hired them. A guy came out, friendly enough, but spent 20 minutes on my interior and exterior, treating for ants. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, but felt suspicious when the price was $75 more than what I was quoted and he mentioned, "not trying to get you into a contract or anything like that." I feel that's exactly what they want---purposely don't treat the problem so you have to keep calling them out. I gave it a chance to work and within days I saw no improvement. I waited two more weeks, again giving it a chance to take effect and giving the company the benefit of the doubt! I called to have them back, was not called back the next day as promised, when the appointment was set for 1:00, I called beforehand and the guy said, "I will be there at 2:30." He came with a completely different treatment, perhaps what he should have used the first time, but this time before he finished, he found another problem he wanted to take care of for me. What the guy doesn't know is my entire family are contractors and we renovated the home. I personally gutted the basement from its original condition, which was a double layer of lathe and plaster, going back to 1917 when it was built. The nevernest owner proceeded to take me to the basement and point to the main beam, where I pulled out deep nails from the lathe and plaster. He said, "this is serious, this is a sister beam, you see those holes---those are termites, they'll eat up your whole house, for $400, I can treat them and you won't have a problem." I played along and acted as dumb as he thought I was. Do you really think I'd hire the same guy to get rid of the imaginary termites when he was unable to get rid of the very real ant problem???!!! I think he's a con-artist, more than an exterminator and the funny thing is he has taken on the appearance of a rodent---a ratlike look. ITS FUNNY HOW HE FOUND TERMITES THAT DON'T EXIST BUT NOT ALL THE SECURITY CAMERAS THROUGHOUT my home and property, and we are deciding how to proceed against this company. D ON'T LET THIS MAN INTO YOUR HOME, YOU'RE INVITING A PREDATOR WORSE THAN ANY RODENT OR INSECT PROBLEM YOU COULD HAVE!!! I WOULD NEVERRECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, I WOULD NEVER ALLOW THEM INTO MY HOME AGAIN, I WOULD NEVER CALL A RAT TO GET RID OF AN ANT AGAIN!!!!...YOU WILL NEVER REST WHEN YOU CALL ON NEVERNEST!!!!!!!

They did a very good job. I haven’t seen the rats since then. They were prompt and courteous. They seemed to know exactly what they were doing and so that was good. If need be, then I would use their services again.

I had bedbugs, horror of horrors! And based on all that I had read, this problem was not an easy one to tackle...failure-- even when all is done properly-- is a real possibility. Before choosing Nevernest, I consulted with another pest control company that was going to require me to literally turn my whole condo upside down. I was REQUIRED to do all this crazy prep work before treatment, even though my bed bug situation was a relatively new problem-- ie, it wasn't a longstanding problem...there weren't bedbugs crawling the walls (yet). But none of the specifics mattered; all cases were handled as if a major infestation was the issue. It irked me further that this other company required an inspection (which you had to pay for), and yet the results of the inspection had NOTHING TO DO with the treatment approach. As I said, all cases were handled in the same way: you would spend a week putting every single thing in the washer,dryer, plastic bag, etc... all furniture turned over, etc... Oh-- and I woudln't actually get the treatment for a WEEK, which, when you consider the way bedbugs lay their nasty little eggs, essentially meant that I would allow the situation to get exponentially worse while I was prepping my house for treatment. I was NOT going to go that route! So it was quite a relief when I spoke to the (very knowledgable) Nevernest person on the phone. I could get treatment that day. Diffferent chemicals were used to tackle different aspects of problem (eggs, bugs, near people, not as near people).... and I would not be required to turn everything upside down. Yes, it's very useful to wash and dry all clothing-- anything that may have been near the bed-- but this was not required. So Nevernest came that day. A young guy showed up-- not looking all that official but I didn't care one wit! he knew what he was doing!!-- and did the whole routine in about an hour. I paid the 250 bucks for the WHOLE THING (inspection, treatment, whole deal) AND THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED!!! What a huge relief. !! So....if you have bedbugs... don't believe those who tell you you have to flip through every book, store everything in plastic bags, prep for a week. THIS MAY BE THE CASE if you have a longstanding problem, but if, like me, you had a few harborages-- check under mattress, in pillows, on seams-- and the problem was maybe 6 weeks long (I didn't know what was going on...thought I had a weird rash...then one night I found this little bug and..well, I looked under my bedskirt and found the most disgusting population of these gross little bugs!) well then, if that's the case-- don't panic. No need to go overboard. Call Nevernest TODAY. Wash and dry all clothes in bedroom. Be thorough in the followup... Anyway, thanks to NEVERNEST, that chapter is over. WHEW!!

They were good. I don't recall the amount I paid. I would use them in the future too.

After a trip to the East coast, we apparently brought back a few Bed Bugs and within a week starting noticing bites. After the initial freak out of what to do I called NeverNest and from the first call I made was instantly put at ease. They were professional and knowledgeable as well as being really nice. They explained how bed bugs can get into your residence, what treatments they would perform and what to expect after the treatments. Albert, the technician was great. He worked around my schedule, was professional and explained everything he was going to do. He even went into my neighbor's condo to check to make sure the issue had not spread to put all of us in my building at ease. I've waited a month to report just to make sure we didn't have a recurrance of bed bugs and we haven't. NeverNest was great!

The initial inspection cost $150 and the follow up was $50. In general my overall experience was good. They ended up doing what was needed but sometimes I wasn't sure when they were inspecting as there were some bedbugs and we didn't know what was causing the insect bites. Compared to a different company that came out later, it didn't seem like their inspection was nearly as thorough, but they did seem to know what they were looking for. In the end, it turned out to be the right treatment. I would possibly use them in the future.
