NETZEL PLUMBING

It was a big deal. It was a lot less than another bid I got. I chose to go with them because they had good reports on Angie's List. After I got this really expensive estimate, I checked the list because the plumber I've been using has retired so I needed a new plumber and I checked the list and initially I think I called two and just described my problem to see what they suggested and I ended up going with Netzel Plumbing and I was happy. I would use them again in the future.

They are good. They answer the phone and show up when they say they would. I would recommend them because they charge about half hour.

We had two leaky toilets that needed to be fixed. I called the company on Wednesday and told them I would be home Friday morning. They said they would call at 8am on Friday morning and tell me when they would be there that morning. At 8:15am on Friday I received a call and was told a plumber would be at my place in 30 min. 30 min later they arrived. He inspected both toilets, told me that valves needed to be replaced and that it would probably take about an hour. An hour later both toilets were fixed. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and price.

I tried to call the company to get a preliminary analysis of the scope of work and an estimate. I tried twice, two different days of the week at different times of day, but got a voicemail recording both times. I left a detailed message as requested, including cell and work phone numbers and a general description of the problem, but noone called me back.

Since the work was not urgent, I scheduled the work to be the plumbers first job of the day. The plumber arrived as scheduled and completed all the work in approximately 2 1/2 hours. As I have used this firm for a number of years, the job was once again finished completely and professionally. I will continue call Netzel for plumbing work.

We've used Netzel on two occasions and been nothing but pleased. Straight A's. From responsiveness to quality of work. On both jobs James was the plumber sent to our house. He was polite, communicative and efficient. No hesitation to recommend this company.

All went well. The plumber arrived on time, investigated the problem, had the parts on the truck and fixed the problem all within less than an hour.

Got in touch with them via phone early in the morning because of water building-up in our basement. Rockey said he would be out sometime mid-day that day, and they arrived at 1:00. They were very thourough, and ran the rod through the drain once to clear it, then backed it out and repeated the entire process so that they were sure our sewer line was completely cleared. He was professional, punctual, effective, and the price was right. I'll be using Netzel again in the future for other plumbing projects/needs.

I've used Netzel for over 10 years with consistently good results. The plumber came on time and installed the faucet correctly and without leaks. He installed the wrong drains in the sink at first because the ones I had purchased didn't fit the garbage disposal. I wish he had told me up front before installing the wrong drains. But he agreed to redo it after I ran out to purchase a new disposal that would fit the flange on the drain. So the job took longer but he stayed and did the job right. A good old time plumber.

They came the day after we called, were prompt, and took care of the job efficiently. I have also used them for our church, and they have given great service, finding old parts in order to fix 50-year-old faucets, and coordinating well with carpenters, when a toilet overflowed and we had to replace a floor.

I could not be more pleased with their work. I felt the work was worth what I spent and I felt their prices were reasonable.

They helped me to make a plan to better lay out appliances in a small basement for a better use of space.

This is the second time I've used this company, and I just called them to do another job. They're very responsive, they always ask detailed questions about the problem on the phone so they come prepared, they explain what needs to be done thoroughly, their work is excellent, and they clean up after themselves. They're punctual and friendly, and I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to friends.

I called and told him my water heater was dripping. He said he would be there within an hour. He came half an hour later. He looked at the water heater and first thought the bottom had rusted out. He looked closer and found the AC condensation went into the safety pan and the drain in the pan was clogged. He cleaned it out and didn't charge us anything. He was really friendly and helpful.

It was a seamless process. They showed up to give me a free estimate. Once I accepted the estimate, we made an appointment for the repair. Rocky was prompt, courteous, and completed the replacement within a 1/2 hour. After the work was done, he turned the faucet on, to show me that it was working properly.

After unclogging the kitchen sink drain, we told him we were also interested in getting a quote on replacing the old pipes in our basement to improve water pressure. He took a look downstairs without hesitation, and told us his opinion of how the work should be done, and said the owner would need to come take a look and give us the estimate. The owner did this very promptly (returned my call the same day), and the quote we have for that work is substantially lower than the two other quotes we have. We're going to go with Netzel on this job as well.

He showed up when he said he would, he did the work in one day (with a minor follow-up the next day) and cleaned up after himself. Everything was as promised, his price was very competitive compared to other companies who had bid on the job, and I'm 100% satisfied with the expereince.

A live person never answered the phone, but when they did call back was able to set up an appointment. Plumber was on time and took care of the fix as quick as possible after shutting off water for condo building in boiler room area. Part was only $12 but labor was around 86 for 30 mins work.

It went great! They were in and out of there in half an hour flat, and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. The new check valve doesn't leak at all, and it's MUCH quieter than the old one (no more "ca-chunk!" every time the ejector pump runs). I am very pleased with their work.

very well. very professional. recommended that the kitchen sink faucet handle NOT be replace, just repaired which he did because it has more "life" in it...at least two years. did a very good job and worked quickly and efficiently

I had a new gas dryer delivered but it couldn't be hooked up because my basement gas line piping wasn't up to code. Netzel Plumbing did an estimate the same day I contacted them. They also spotted that my water heater piping wasn't up to code. The work was scheduled for a day and time convenient to me. The plumber arrived promptly and finished the work in an hour and a quarter.

I called at 8 a.m. and was told they would get to me later in the morning. I received a call at 11 a.m. to make sure I was home, and the plumber showed up a few minutes later. He was courteous, efficient, worked quickly, and got the job done within an hour. He took care in making sure he didn't dirty my bathroom, and he cleaned up afterward. I would use this company again.
