After a bit of confusion over time and location of job, they arrived and got the job done quickly and well. They talked me through the problem and possible ways to fix it. I was pleased with their patience with me and their apparent knowledge regarding how to fix the issue.

Excellent; Al was very efficient, he ran the drain-hose and water up through the holes after removing the rubber hoses that were included. A nice small unobtrusive hole was made in the cabinet, the connections were neat and leak free. I was very happy with the job, Al explained why he was doing everything and the fact that most of the parts that a store sent were not needed, especially the electrical connection.

I call to get an estimate on work to repair a broken drain tile at the bottom of my basement steps. They never called me back.

They did excellent work, cleaned up completely and I had one question about something and they sent out a guy the next day to take care of it.

Al did a very thorough job and made sure all was in working order before he left. He even came back when another small leak was detected. Prompt service and highly skilled work.

Al came on time, around 9 am. He was very polite, and went straight to work. He fixed the hot water dispenser and explained what was wrong. He also reconnected the dishwasher, because the lines were switched. Then he got on to work on the laundry sink and faucet. He did a very good job, spent almost 3 hours working, and the price was very reasonable. Our previous experience with two plumbers were disastrous, so this was a nice change.

A good experience. The plumber came in the requested time frame, and the office called before he arrived. He was quick, and very competent.

Dennis was friendly and helpful, punctual, professional and completed the work successfully. He explained the problem well to us.

Dennis of Netzel arrived early, performed the work quickly and professionally. He came prepared with the parts on the truck. I would use them again, and refer them both personally and professionally (in my real estate business). Another owner in the building hired him to do work in her unit too, and was equally pleased.

I CALLED ON A MONDAY AND WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE WORK FOR THURSDAY. WORK WAS QUOTED UPFRONT AND WE WERE CALLED AS SCHEDULED AND ARRIVAL WAS SHORTLY THEREAFTER. WORKERS WERE COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGABLE. WORK WAS PERFORMED IN 1.75 HOURS AS APPROXIMATELY EXPECTED. SITE WAS CLEANED UP. PRICE/TIME ESTIMATES WERE VERY REASONABLE AND THE WORK VERY SATISFACTORY. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

ROCKY WAS ABLE TO RE-SHUFFLE HIS SCHEDULE TO COME OUT SAME DAY. HE CORRECTLY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM OVER THE PHONE. ARRIVED ON TIME, WITH THE REPLACEMENT PART ON HAND, AND PERFORMED THE WORK IN A PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER.

I THINK NETZEL PLUMBING AND ROCCO, THE BOSS, ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIVE. THEY DO SOLID WORK AT A FAIR PRICE. ROCCO'S PROPOSALS WERE VERY DETAILED AND THE PRICE WAS ALWAYS THE SAME AS QUOTED. HE EVEN PUT A PROPER VALVE ON OUR WATER HEATER FOR FREE SO THAT EVERYTHING WOULD BE UP TO CODE.

I WATCHED EVERYTHING HE DID. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE. THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. THE PRICE WAS FAIR: $36 SERVICE CHARGE PLUS PARTS AND $88/HOUR FOR LABOR. SOME THINGS ABOUT THE INTERACTION WERE ODD: AT FIRST HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO HAVE TO CUT THE PIPE TO FIX IT. I ASKED IF HE COULDN'T JUST SCREW OFF THE VALVE, WHICH HE DID. THEN HE SAID HE WOULD HAVE TO COME BACK IN THE SPRING TO RECONNECT THE LINE. I ASKED WHY NOT DO IT NOW WHEN HE'S SCREWING THE VALVE TO THE INSIDE LINE ANYWAY. HE RECONNECTED THE WHOLE THING, SO NO NEED FOR A SECOND TRIP. RESPONSIVENESS: I CALLED LATE AT NIGHT AND RECEIVED A CALL THE NEXT MORNING. DENNIS WAS OUT BY THAT AFTERNOON.

THE PLUMBER WAS ON TIME BUT RAN INTO A PROBLEM WITH THE FAUCET AND LEFT SAYING HE NEEDED TO GET ANOTHER FAUCET AND HE WOULD BE BACK IN A WHILE. HE DIDN'T TELL ME WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS--IF HE HAD, I WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO TELL HIM THAT A STANDARD TUB FAUCET WOULDN'T FIT. HE WAS GONE MORE THAN AN HOUR SO THE ENTIRE SERVICE CALL TOOK MUCH LONGER THAN EXPECTED (MORE THAN 3 HOURS). HE ALSO CRACKED A TILE IN THE BATHROOM WHEN REPLACING THE FAUCET AND DID NOT INFORM ME OF THAT WHEN HE PRESENTED THE BILL. OVERALL, I LIKE NETZEL PLUMBING, WE HAVE USED THEM BEFORE AND BEEN VERY SATISFIED--THEY RETURN CALLS, ARE PROMPT AND REASONABLY PRICED, BUT I WOULD HAVE BEEN HAPPIER IN THIS INSTANCE IF THE PLUMBER HAD GIVEN ME MORE INFO.

ROCKY MONREAL IS IN CHARGE. HE COMES OUT TO THE JOB HIMSELF FOR ESTIMATES AND MOST OF THE WORK. I HAVE HIRED NETZEL ON 3 SEPARATE OCCASIONS AND WILL HIRE THEM AGAIN NEXT MONTH TO DO A BATHROOM INSTALL IN THE BASEMENT. ROCKY IS EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE AND EASY TO CONTACT. HE STANDS BY HIS WORK, DOES QUALITY, FAST WORK, AND CHARGES A FAIR PRICE. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT ROCKY AND NETZEL PLUMBING.

HAVE USED THEM A LOT. ALWAYS GOOD SERVICE. PROVIDES LITTLE EXTRAS.

THEY ANSWER CALLS, THEY ANSWER QUESTIONS, AND THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO. THEY ALWAYS CALL PRIOR TO COMING TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT. THEY'VE ALWAYS MET MY EXPECTATIONS AND WE'VE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES.
