Rocco is very easy to work with. He explained in detail what needed to be done for the proposal. The crew showed up on time and completed the job in a day. All of the work was very good quality.

I like that they showed up when they said they would and got the job done. I am not very sure about their prices.

Very prompt response. Plumber was obviously very knowledgeable and much freer with explanations and extra information than many contractors. Gave me tons of information when I asked about our options for increasing our water pressure, costs of replacing the water service, and all the associated work. Made a point of not charging me for the time he spent talking to me about that and charged only for the time spent fixing the leak. Not only efficient, but also incredibly neat--removed all the cleaning supplies under the sink and replaced them after the work was finished and left no trace of messy work having been done. A great find!

They were generally good. There was a problem with a portion of the work so I called them about it and they came right out. They rectified the problem and only charged me for the extra parts; they did not charge for the extra visit.

Arrived on time. Did the work efficiently. Explained what he did and why. Made suggestions regarding main sewer line and catch basin.

I have had good luck with Netzel Plumbing. For the most part I have been able to get appointments with them when I need them. They are dependable and they do show up when they say they are going to. They get the work done.

They showed up right on time, rodded and cleared all our drains and left everything in good condition.

They were really straightforward and very honest about what they needed to do. They made good suggestions and they were the most reasonably priced. We had interviewed other plumbers. I would use them again.

Called late afternoon, left message, call was returned within an hour and appointment scheduled for the following morning. Plumber called before showing up. Cleared the drain without any problem and was cleaned up and gone in less than 30 minutes. I was charged their minimum for 30 minutes which was less than the $132 quote given on the phone.

I called them around 7AM and wanted to have the problem fixed before I had to leave for work around 930AM. I had called several other plumbers and no one could commit to being at my house prior to the time I needed to leave. Netzel called someone right away and they were in and out by 915AM. On top of that, their rate was very reasonable in comparison to other quotes that I had received.

Called on Thursday afternoon. They called back on Friday morning, came out and were in and out in 30 minutes. Explained the problem, its cause and solution. Had the parts.

Called them first thing this morning. They came this afternoon. The plumber was quick, efficient, & fixed both problems. It was great.

Quick response, punctual arrival, professional, pleasant and excellent work. We're very pleased!

I thought they were great. I would use them again.

My old water heater sprang a leak, and water was going into my basement overnight. I phoned Netzel early in the morning and a plumber was out to check old heater -- yes, broken -- in about an hour. He drained and dismantled old heater, which took over an hour. Then he drove to pick up new heater and an additional plumber. They returned, installed new heater, explained to me how pilot works, etc., cleaned up area before leaving. They were speedy, professional, did exactly what they said for price quoted. I'd checked prices of water heaters on line, and overall price of labor (start to finish 3 1/2 hours, partly for 2 men) and new heater seemed fair.

The clog was actually due to a piece of rusted out pipe falling down inside the old pipe, so it took longer than expected. He never gave up and the drain works great!!! He worked so hard the entire time! Would use again!

I would go with Netzel Plumbing again. I was given an appointment the next morning after initial contact. I received a call from Paul telling me Al would be there within the hour and he was. Al was professional, courteous, and efficient. He arrived at 9:05 AM and finished at 9:45. Although $143 (including $18 for tank-to-bowl kit, $10 for toilet supply line, $5 for the gasket) seems high for just 40 minutes, it was about what I was quoted, and lower than the other companies I called. Plus, you can't beat the quick response.

We called Netzel because of the great reviews on Angie's List. True to prior reviewers' comments, Netzel showed up on time, did the work we asked them to do, and provided the highest level of professionalism from start to finish. We will definitely use them again.

They showed up on time. They were very neat and clean. They got the job done right where I didn't have to call them back out. They were very friendly. They came out either the same day or the next day, which was very convenient.

Definitely the next plumber I call. He was here within 3 hours, as promised. Came, identified the location of the clog, routed the pipe, and checked to make sure he had resolved the problem. Smart, professional and reasonably price.

I am always very pleased with the professionalism of the plumber they send and the price is reasonable. We are contemplating some bath renovations and will consider Netzel for the plumbing needs.

Access to the work space was a little limited, but they managed it just fine. It took most of a day, I think, with two guys working part of the time and one guy the other part. The drain assembly I had purchased was almost too deep to fit in the joists, but they made it work. Rocky is quite the pessimist, groaning about how tough things are, how he's not sure if it can work, and how my previous plumber didn't do the rough-in right (which is why I didn't hire him again, duh!), but then he does excellent work. I think he just doesn't want to get your hopes up too high. He also (unlike some other plumbers) didn't mind giving me a quote for the job, rather than just by the hour, which I appreciate, when I have no idea how long it's going to take.

In the process of cleaning out the two drains for the bathroom sinks, the plumber created two leaks. When questioned about it, he did not know how the leaks happened. When setting up the appointment, I had requested information on the hourly rate, the initial fee to come to the place and any other fees/expenses to expect. Rocky indicated that it would be time and materials. I got charged for the use of the electric snake which was not explained to me as a possible charge for equipment rental/use. The plumber did minimal clean up from his work.

We have used Netzel plumbing twice in the last two years, and they have been timely, courteous, and honest on both occasions. In fact, we even got some additional service to one of our sinks for free. Their plumbers really know what they are doing, and I would recommend them to anyone.
