Description of Work: Cleaned out heating ducts that hadn't been cleaned in many years. Everything seemed to go well and lots of dirt and construction debris was removed. Some residual ash and dirt blew out after the service was performed, but not having previous experience with this type of service, we're not sure if this is routine or not. We communicated with them through Angie's List regarding this, but no answer has been returned as of this writing.

They cleaned/coiled all ducts and returns in home (appr. 14) They completed a dryer vent cleaning and put added external screen to keep animals/birds from nesting in it. They performed a furnace cleaning/tune-up and cleaned upstairs bathroom vent from the inside and outside and replaced external screen to keep birds from nesting in the vent. | |I was able to apply an Angie's List discount and a web site coupon as well. |

Description of Work: Mr Duct was at my home on time. They were very professional and explained everything thoroughly. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves which really impressed me. We've had our ducts cleaned before and they were not as clean and careful as Mr Duct. Also, there were no hidden costs added. The price I was quoted on the phone is the one I was charged when the job was done.

Description of Work: Were slow to respond to email requests. Gave limited options, and required us to find other contractors to patch holes they make. When wife contacted Mr. Duct they told here different information than they told me, which ultimately led us to find a different duct company.

Description of Work: He cleaned the dryer vent and dismantled all the pipes connected to it. When he realized I was still having a problem-he checked the dryer and installed a new dryer hose. The only thing they didn't do was call me to tell me they were on their way-they just showed up at the door, and they were early. They were nice to deal with and knew what they were doing.
