Description of Work: We've had Mr. Duct come out 3 times over the past few years to clean our ducts, and have been very happy with their professional and courteous service. Our initial call to them was in 2011, because all family members in our house were coughing, had watery eyes and had constant sore throats. We did lots of research and found out that cleaning your ducts could improve the air quality in our home. We called several places to get quotes and asked detailed questions about what work they would do, and chose Mr. Duct based on their detailed explanation of what needed to be done. The cleaning took 2-3 hours, and the team that came out walked us through every step of the process. They told us our ducts were very, very dirty. They even showed us some before and after photos (yuck). After about 1-2 days, my wife and I noticed a distinct improvement in air quality, and the watery eyes and sore throats soon disappeared. We did a follow up cleaning in 2016 because of the noticed sore throats and, once again, after the cleaning we noticed an improvement. I do have to mention that we have 3 dogs, and that will lead to more frequent cleanings needed. We just did another in January of 2018, because we had some remodeling done, and the dust and dirt that gets blown around sticks in your ducts (our technicians were Ricardo and Marcos). Each time we were very impressed with the crew (2 guys each time). Very polite and professional. I highly recommend getting the service done and will be back again. Thanks!

Description of Work: We had all the ducts on both the furnaces in our house cleaned by Mr. Duct. Everything about the company was top notch. Everything was on time and we were told everything about what services we would get and the cost. We got EXACTLY what was promised, including cost, and the technicians (Adrian & Ben) were very pleasant and professional. The extent they went to to make sure the furnace blower fan was properly cleaned was "above and beyond" what I would have expected. They partially disassembled the furnace, took out the whole blower unit, took it apart and cleaned the "squirrel cage" in a shop sink then put it all back together.

Description of Work: I called them to clean out our dyer vent. The team was on time, very professional, and completed the job very quickly. Though I think the price is a little high, they are inline with the going rate for this work. I do recommend their service.

Description of Work: I received a response to my service inquiry within what seemed like minutes and the conversation included a detailed explanation of all that would be done. I received a call the morning of the appointment, letting me know the techs would be at my house within the hour. They arrived promptly and explained the entire procedure to me prior to starting. They removed all supply and return vents and showed me some of the build up of 25+ years prior to vacuuming throughout. One worked in the crawl space to access the ducts while the other worked from the vent side. I had not realized the impact on the air quality in my house before seeing all the stuff in the ducts but since the cleaning I haven't had to dust for 2 weeks. I have a cat and 2 dogs and have had pets for 22 years. Before the cleaning, new dust was apparent within days of dusting. I recommend this to anyone who hasn't had their ducts cleaned for years or at all.
