+ -1 moreSERVICE TECHNICIAN WAS ON TIME. WHEN HE ARRIVED I ASKED IF WE NEEDED TO MOVE FURNITURE (OUR BED) AWAY FROM DUCTS AND TECHNICIAN INDICATED WE DID NOT. HE REMOVED VENTS RIPPING PAINT/PLASTER FROM WALL - WE DO HAVE AN OLDER HOUSE, BUT WE WERE NOT WARNED THAT VENTS WOULD NOT FIT BACK ON WALL PROPERLY AFTER THIS PROCEDURE. THE TECHNICIAN BROKE OUR BASEMENT WINDOW. LEFT GLASS IN DRIVEWAY. TECHNICIAN CALLED OFFICE TO REPORT AND OFFICE INDICATED "JUST TAKE $10 OFF THE PRICE." DEBRIS FROM VENTS(DUST, DIRT, PAPER) WAS FOUND IN BLANKETS ON BED, FLOOR AND CARPET. PAPER DEBRIS WAS (APPRX. 7 INCHES) WAS PULLED FROM VENT AND DISCARDED IN CLOSET. WOOD BLOCKS FROM VENTS WERE FOUND DISCARDED BY VENTS, NOT PUT BACK OR GIVEN TO US TO REPLACE. COUPON AD IN PAPER INDICATED THAT VIDEO OF VENTS WOULD BE SHOWN - NEVER PROVIDED. WE CALLED TO REPORT INCIDENT AND WERE TOLD WE WOULD BE CALLED BACK. NEVER CALLED BACK. THEY HAVE 100% GUARANTEE. I 100% GUARANTEE WE WILL NEVER CALL MR. DUCT AGAIN.
Description of Work: REMOVED ALL HOT/COLD AIR VENTS. WHIP CLEAN DUCTS VENTED STARTING ON SECOND FLOOR AND WORKED DOWN TO MAIN STEM WHERE VACUUM WAS ATTACHED. CLEANED FURNACE.
