Very nice and professional. When I called, they were helpful and very nice. They did a pretty good job cleaning up after the cleaning of the dryer vent, but there were some dust b**** left over; no big deal.

They were unbelievable and because of my previous experience, they gave me a good deal. They were here within 25 minutes and were good. They did the work with the cameras to prove that it is all clean. They were really nice and prompt.

The gentlemen were very polite and professional. They explained the process and were knowledgeable and answered all our questions. They did a great job on our ducts and we were able to view the ducts before and after with a camera device that they had. They cleaned up nicely after they were done. I would definitely use them again.

I called on Thursday and they showed up first thing on Monday morning. They clearly explained all of the cost associated with the service before they showed up. They showed up on time and proceeded to thoroughly clean the entire system. They worked quickly, didn't make a mess and the technician was very professional and friendly. There were no surprise charges. I would highly recommend Mr. Duct.

They were able to schedule me for the next day. I received a call an hour before letting me know they would be arriving on time. They were here exactly when they said they would be. The serviceman they sent was courteous and professional. I saw a video inspection of my ducts when he was done. It looked great. The air is flowing much better. I would use them again without question.

When I called for the quote, they explained what they would do. They might have been slightly more expensive than the others, but their staff was certified and trained. They came the very next day I called them. They were very professional and very helpful. They answered all our questions and were very good. I was very happy with them.

I scheduled the appointment a week in advance and they were very clear about an estimate of cost and how payment could be made. Unfortunately, the date they had in their system was not the date I had in my appointment system. So the technicians arrived 4 days early for an appointment and I was not prepared nor could I do the appointment that day. They reviewed with me what to expect at the actual appointment. On the day of the actual appointment the technicians arrived when they said they would and did the work in about 2 hours. It is noisy and they are very good at cleaning up any dust or debris. I also got to see via video camera the difference between when they started and when they finished. It was a good experience and something I probably should have done sooner.

They were here for at least 3 hours. They took pictures before and after and explained everything that we needed to do. They printed out a sheet for us and a recommendation. They were courteous and prompt, right on time, cleaned up after themselves and did not leave any mess.

We had just finished re-modeling our master bedroom on Wednesday and I had called them that day for an estimate and to check their availability. I was a little shocked to find out how much it would cost to clean all of our vents, but with the Angie's List member discount applied the price came down by $150. So, I was happy about that and they came out Friday afternoon and were done within an hour. Caesar and Sabor were on time, very friendly and professional. They both wore covers on their shoes and were very neat with their work. Caesar told me in detail what they were going to do in the house and made sure they asked my permission first before they started any work that may be questionable to me. They both helped me move some furniture out of the way and then returned them back in the correct spot when they were finished. Caesar put a camera down one of the return vents and showed me how dusty and dirty it was and at the end Sabor put the camera down the same return and showed me how it was cleaned. They both cleaned up after themselves and also vaccumed the rugs and carpet around the vents. They were very pleasant to work with and I would definitely recommend their service to my family and friends.

They arrived on time and were very professional. They provided me with an estimate upfront and were able to complete the job that day. Since our dryer vent exits through the roof he had to climb into the attic to get to it. I was told over the phone when I made the appointment that the service would cost anywhere from $25-$165 and since he had to go into the attic to get to the vent it would be $165. We had coupon so we paid a total of $145. The technician was done in about 1 hour and was very courteous. My only complaint was that there was lint all over the laundry room. Not sure if he was vacuuming or blowing the lint out but it was all over. Also, and this is mainly why we gave them a lesser rating, the next day when we went to use the drier it shut off after only a few minutes of drying. It happened a couple more times and we immediately called Mr. Duct. They had someone out the next day and were able to get the dryer working normally again. I guess there was some type of netting in the vent (used to keep animals out) that all the lint had collected on and the dryer was shutting off because the heat was not escaping. I would probably have given them a C rating if they had not been so responsive after we called them about our dryer not working. The fact that we had to deal with our dryer not working is why we gave them the B rating.

We are at the end of a renovation project on our out-of-town rental unit, and needed to remove construction dust from the vents/ductwork. Mr. Duct was able to coordinate their appointment with our on-site contractor for a hassle free experience. They quoted a fixed price and we provided them with a credit card over the phone. They were in touch before and after the service and faxed us a receipt upon completion.

They came out the day after I called. Couldn't ask for faster service which really was needed because I needed my dryer working effectively again as soon as possible. The two gentleman who came were very polite and professional. They clean out the duct, having to take it apart in the middle where the curve was. One of them showed me that the ductwork had been closed off with duct tape. After cleaning, he used screws to put the duct back in place and then taped it with a special tape made for that purpose. Toward the end, they tested the output from the vent and weren't satisfied with it so they investigated and found some additional blockage in the duct but near the dryer itself. They did a thorough job and were done in about an hour.

Had contacted the company for a price quote based on an advertisments and the prior reviews on Angie's List. Gave straight-forward explanation of the services and pricing. No hard sell on optional or extra services. Serviceman (Caesar) showed up a few minutes early, explained the process and worked professionally and diligently. While there I (on my own choosing) inquired about dryer vent cleaning, which they also were able to take care of for me. Overall a great experience and will use them again in the future. They have very good follow up and communication.

He removed his shoes while walking through the house, which I always appreciate. Once finished, the technician inserted a video camera into the duct(s) to show how clean they were. Overall, the service was great.

I noticed that I had more than usual dust in my house and when I checked my floor vents, I found a significant amount of dust inside the vents. I received a coupon in the local mail for Mr. Duct, so I decided to contact them for their service. On the day of the service, two men arrived promptly and described what was going to happen. They began from the top floor and worked their way down to the bottom floor, cleaning each vent in the house. I also had the dryer vent cleaned. After the service was complete, one of the men gave me a video inspection through one of the vents, and it was amazingly clean. The service took approximately 2 hours and they left no mess. Since the service, I have noticed very little dust inside my house.

All went very well. Would recommend animals be removed from home as "vaccume"is very loud( my cat was freaked).

Mr. Duct was very informative from my beginning call regarding cleaning my vents out. I was pleased to see that they arrived in the times that was given to me over the phone. Overall Mr. Duct did an excellent job cleaning out my vents. They showed me a video to see the inside. They took their time and was neat around my home. They were patient with my questions and made sure I was happy.

I called on Tuesday and asked for Thursday afternoon and they were timely and professional. Both gentlemen that came were friendly and trustworthy. I will recommend them to my friends.

I couldn't be happier with the service Mr. Duct's team provided. It was a pleasent experience from the start. When I called a lady answered the phone and took a lot of time explaining what each package provided and the exact cost (with the discount) before making the appointment. After the choices, I decided to go with the middle package "Premier" to fit my needs and age of my home. I was able to book an appointment for the following Tuesday and received a reminder call on Monday that Mr. Duct was coming the next day between 10am - 12pm on Tuesday. On Tuesday morning they called me 30 mins prior to arrival and ensured me that they were on their way. Well, two gentlemen entered my home and expalined what they were going to do and toured my home to locate all the vents and returns. One of the men had a camera that showed how dirty they were and after they cleaned all the vents he would show me again on the camera how they looked. My gosh, they were so dirty that I took my own pictures (which I have included) within this report to show my husband "who has severe alergies" as to what it looked like prior/after they were here. I must admit, since they cleaned our ducts about a week ago my husband has completely stopped having issues with his alergies and hardly blows his nose anymore! We can totally tell the differance this has made and will call Mr. Duct every year to clean our ducts. For such a minimal cost of less then $250 it could help your families health such as mine. I would highly recommend this being done and my neighbor across the street has already taken my suggestion and hired Mr. Duct to clean her ducts a few days ago and she also has a young sone (age 7) with similar health issues as my husband does. In closing, I must also say that the two men that come into my home were so well mannered and respectfuly to both myslef and my home I would highly recommend this outstanding company for both their service and professionalism. Great Job and we'll see you next year! You have a customer for life!
