Excellently. The 2 technicians (Sergio and ??) were professional, very thorough, and nice. There was nothing to clean up afterward, and we were shown phone images of what they saw. Our house is over 100 years old, and we have about 20 vents over 2 floors, with 2 furnaces (one in attic and one and another in the basement). This could not have been an easy job. I would definitely choose this company again, and would hope for the same 2 techs.

We scheduled the job on a certain date and a 2 hour window of time was provided. On the morning of the scheduled date we received a courtesy call advising of the approximate time the service tech would arrived. He arrived on time and promptly got to work. He was courteous, professional and knew his job. Job was completed in a timely manner and we were pleased with the outcome.

Very professional, showed up on time, thorough job. This is the first time I've had this service done, so I don't know if they are competitively priced or not, but I will definitely use them again.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a service company. Nick and his service partner were prompt, courteous, respectful, pleasant and knowledgeable. No mess whatsoever. As soon as they were gone, one of our neighbors came over for the phone number to have their ducts cleaned. My husband and I are completely satisfied and will use your services again.

I purchased 2 furnace system Angie's deal for $415. Tom the manager called 30min prior to let me know that crew is on their way. Which was exactly what they said they would do. Kirkland and Hector arrived on time and did a great. They were polite, professional and efficient. It took about 2.5 hours for 3600 sqt home with 1/2 finished basement for additional 500 sqt. I am satisfied with the service and would use them again. Thanks.

Excellent service. During a kitchen remodel, contractors cut tile with a wet saw in the kitchen instead of outside or in garage; tile dust scattered through the entire house. Called Mr. Duct to clean all ducts. Cesar and Ulysses did an outstanding job. Fast, professional, courteous. This is my first experience with duct cleaning and I am very satisfied with results. Definitely recommend Mr. Duct.

Great! The service I received from Mr.Duct service technician, Jason, was great. Jason, the MrDuct technician, was the perfect example of how any business would want to be represented to their clients/customers. He showed up early, and was so pleasant, friendly, professional and personable; He did more than a good job - He left me with the best impression of his company, Mr.Duct. I wish every business could clone this guy’s positive attitude and skill to every service person that ever graces our doorstep. He went above and beyond the expectations of just doing his job. He listened to me, was courteous and respectful of our home, and did something nice for me, even though I didn't ask him. Perhaps it was a simple gesture, but I was impressed that he put a metal bracket around a long, sagging pipe that was in my crawl space. I had asked him a question about whether he thought it would be beneficial if my husband would put a support on this long pipe, to help keep it straight. I did not ask him to do it. When he was done with the dryer vent clean out, I noticed he had actually fixed the problem for us, just by putting a metal bracket around the pipe. Please know that I appreciate and value the great customer service, from the scheduling to the actual dryer vent cleaning. So far so good. The technicians cleaned out the dryer vent which extended across our 2 car garage. They made a complicated job look easy. Dryer is working like new.

Their technicians were professional and very courteous. My ducts were dirty and the technicians worked hard to make sure everything was done perfectly. I was very impressed by their technical knowledge and their commitment to do an excellent job, so I highly recommend them. We have had other duct cleaning services in the past and they don't compare to Mr. Duct. To add to the whole experience, their prices are great and they do not try to upsell once they come to a jobsite. These people deserve a top rating!

I was very pleased with the dryer vent cleaning. Jason came out and did a thorough cleaning of the 2 dryer vents, the connectors and also cleaned up all the lint he removed from both dryers. He was professional, friendly and answered my questions on dryer maintenance. Thanks, good job, Mr. Duct.

The worker worked efficiently and explained what he was doing. He even installed the flexible duct because he thought it would be better for my dryer than cleaning and reusing the old kind I had for too many years. And I was surprised and pleased to have a same day appointment. I recommend Mr Duct to everybody.

They were unable to keep the 10am-noon original schedule because earlier work turned out to be more involved - BUT they kept me posted several times as the arrival was moved to mid afternoon. Got right to work, very professional. Can't say is the cleaning made a difference in my allergies yet...but glad I chose Mr. Duct to do the work. I have a one story 2300 sf home.
