Mr. Duct was on time. Did an incredible job, very thorough and professional. The tech was so professional and explained each step. I wish every in home Maintainence experience was like Mr. Duct.

Juan was very professional and tidy. He was wearing a respirator, gloves and shoe covers to protect himself and also keep us safe during this virus dilemma. The proactive approach to safety is very much appreciated.

The two individuals who did it seemed thorough and they had the right gear on so it wouldn't make a mess in the house.

Excellent service from initial phone call to the completion of service. I repaired my old dryer and cleaned the wall vent myself, but still was not obtaining the results still took- 4 hrs to dry towels. So, I ordered a new dryer which was supposed to be delivered on Friday. I thought I would get the roof vent cleaned to start fresh with the new dryer. I called several places only to get a recording or text message informing me they were busy and would call me later. Contacted Mr. Duct . and received prompt service from a wonderful live person Informing me of their services, coupons and available special discounts. I was able to schedule for the next day. The technician was prompt, thorough and Respectful. Explaining exactly what they did and what they found, showing Me the Impacted lint ..Ran a test load and all was clear. After they left I ran another load of the same amount of towels which Instead of 4 hrs took 35 minutes. So no need for the new dryer . Thanks to Mr. duct, I was able to cancel my new dryer since My old Kenmore Now works great. Excellent service and staff!

I found Mr Duct on google when my dryer suddenly stopped venting outside. They cane out the same day to my relief and surprise! Someone called just before the crrew was due to arrive. Ryan and Colton were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They explained the process and everything went very well. They even cleaned up outside after clearing the vent. I’ll definitely use this company again!

You could tell the difference right away after the job was completed in the air quality. The crew was on time, polite, professional. Felt it was very reasonably priced. No damage to the home and the cleaned up thoroughly. Everything they took off they replaced. Was skeptical with a firm called "Mr. Duct" but it delightfully turned out to be unfounded.

The service crew arrived early because their first job of the day cancelled. They did the job well and were pretty quick, clean and efficient. It cost quite a bit more than the last time we had our air ducts cleaned but it was a job well done.

Very nice team, did a great job and was very clear about process and approach. Arrived promptly, took a little longer than planned, but that was due to a thorough job and the need. Cost came in at estimate price - no surprises there either.
