Great work and they cleaned every vent and return in our 6000 foot home and price was very fair. We had major construction and dust in ductwork. Air feels cleaner tonight.

Mr. Duct answered my call for service and was able to schedule within a few days at a time that was most convenient for my schedule. They were very open about the scope of the job and the pricing and I was more than satisfied with the quote for the work. The service technician, Mario, did an excellent job. He worked especially **** ** the second floor ducts which were just filled with construction dust and dirt! He arrived on time, was very careful as he worked, and was not the least bit fazed by the condition of those ducts! He just got to work and made them shine! I appreciated that he took pictures and shared the before and after so I could see what needed to be done. He also cleaned out the dryer vent and the outside air conditioning condensers - all with a smile and a wonderful attitude. Mario clearly had a strong work ethic and kept me informed about the progress as he moved floor to floor. I will be scheduling a cleaning next year, likely in September, and will request that Mario return to do the job. The house just feels and smells so much cleaner and fresh! Two men showed up early which was great for me. They were very professional and went down to my basement and did what they needed to do. They fixed everything and I look forward to my dryer behind more efficient. Highly recommend.

The service was exceptional; from the initial phone call to set up the appointment, to the technician arriving on time and performing the work in a professional manner, and follow up afterwards!

The air duct cleaning aspect was good. I had issue with a few minor things that happened while the service was performed. Tom from Mr. Duct, quickly responded to my concerns and remedied them as best he could. The workers arrived on time and on schedule, were polite and quickly got to work. I discovered the issues (minor) after they left, but Tom quickly followed up with me. I will probably use them again as they took the time to make sure I was satisfied

Went well. the team was prompt, polite and professional. They seemed to have been well trained and they went about their tasks quickly but carefully. When the cleaning was complete, they reassembled the duct work, re-positioned the dryer and the work areas were cleaned up. Marcos was our technician and he was very courteous and professional. He not only cleaned our vents but cleaned the closet where our washer/dryer resided (which is a very tight space). Marcos was very conscious about removing his shoes before entering the house and cleaning up after all of the work. He also installed cages over our outside vents. I would definitely recommend Mr. Duct and will be hiring them again for our next cleaning. Thank you Marcos!

Great. The technician was prompt and professional especially since he was working under covid19 pandemic obstacles. It was a super hot day, but he was diligent about finding the blockage (birds nest). He entered the hot attic to find and clear the blockage

I had a great experience with Mr. Duct yesterday. Robert was right on time and very knowledgeable on how to clean our air ducts. Getting them cleaned was long overdue as it had been 10 years or so. I appreciate that Robert let me tag around with him to watch what he was doing. He was also gracious to answer all of my questions. The work he did was great and his cleanup was great as well. I would highly recommend Mr. Duct to my friends and for sure consider you on the top of the list when I do it again in 4 or 5 years. Thank you again for the great job…I appreciate it.
