Marzena Cleaning Service

Marzena's cleaners were fabulous. They cleaned the entire condo in 3 1/2 hours. The place was spotless after they left. They were also able to schedule during the holidays without a great deal of notice! They even did a follow up call to make sure everything had been done to my satisfaction. I will definitely be using them again.

I've used this service twice. The first time, 3 women came, the second time, 4 women came. I'm a mess. I don't do well by myself, so this service more than makes up for it. They're very diligent, very quick, and very polite.

I was very happy to see three ladies come to our house because I knew that they were not going to take long. It usually takes me four to five hours to clean my place and our house is overall very clean; I just wanted to hire someone else to do it to free up my time and it was worth it.

Marzena Cleaning Service is bunny approved! Don't laugh. My pet rabbits are very good judges of character. They run away from people they don't like. And they have always been right about service people. Also, bunnies are hard to clean up after. They leave little bits of hay EVERYWHERE. It takes very dedicated cleaners to find and get it all. They did a great job. And also very friendly.

Marzena and her crew arrived right on time. I was running a few minuets late but they were understanding and very nice about it. They immediately got to work and did a fantastic job. All areas of our condo were spotless when they finished. I cannot express my satisfaction enough. I have scheduled them to come bi-weekly going forward.

Three women came at the precise time they said they would. They cleaned for nearly 3 hours. They did a great job.

Three ladies arrived and set to work immediately. They cleaned the windows, floors, appliances, everything and were very pleasant to deal with. They finished in 2.5 hours what would have taken me at least all day.

A friend of mine told me about Marzena Cleaning Service and she was happy about the work they did. So I decided to to try them, since I wasn't satisfied with my current housekeepers. It turned out that the girls who came to clean my house were professionalists. They work fast and they're very detailed. I'm really happy my house has never been as clean as it is now. They cleaned all of my baseboards, they moved everything and cleaned the floors under my couches. They even brought their own supplies and with my previous housekeepers I always had to provide everything. I'm currently scheduled to have this service once a week, and I will recommend to all of my friends.

I hired Marzena's Cleaning Service almost a year ago and I have been very satisfied every time. She is detailed-oriented, prompt and flexible when I ask her to do something particular. Each time my house looks and smells clean. She provides wonderful service, not to mention a great relief for me.

They did a fine job overall. They were thorough, fast and professional.

I am still shocked at the rudeness!

They did not do all the things, that I had asked. In fact one of the things that I asked, was for them to do the dishes. They cleaned half and put half in the washer dirty (1 had pasta sauce all over it). The floors were mopped, but there were specific places I wanted cleaned, where there were still clumps of dog hair. When I called I was transferred to a woman named Agnes. Agnes set me up with with a woman, who sent 3 women out. I was told it would cost $52 for a cleaning, but when the women came out they told me it was $65. I left to get cash, I was not gone for 40-45 minutes, and they were already gone.

Punctual, reliable, good work, fair price. Would recommend.

They did an excellent job!

The service did a wonderful and thorough job. It feels so much better. I would recommend them for any cleaning project. They came early, worked hard, brought their own products, and were very reasonably priced. Excellent, excellent find.

Two very pleasant ladies arrived exactly on time and worked steadily for three hours. They did a very good job. I will definitely have them back on a regular basis.

I am thrilled with Marzena and her staff. I previously had a cleaning person for 4 years at a prior condo, and Marzena puts this other person to shame. I now have Marzena come every 2 weeks, and her work has not declined in the slightest since her initial visit. She and her staff are friendly and extremely efficient. They work fast but not so fast as to compromise quality. They clean things that my other cleaning person would never have touched, such as my toaster oven and laundry room. She also got my kitchen sink spotless, and I thought it was permanently stained when we moved here. They are always on time, and I honestly do not have a single bad thing to say about this company.
