flake. scheduled appointment day prior. 2 minutes after they were supposed to get here i get a text that their car doesn't work and couldn't come. i'm sure. you couldn't tell me that sooner? would not recommend.

They show up on time and they generally do okay work. They sometimes break things. I had a kitchen sink out in and they scratched it. During Christmas I left a $75 tip and nobody said anything like thank you or anything. They are very responsive when I want to change their day of cleaning and they are helpful. Couple of times I have mentioned things to them and they did not bother.

Really, really bad. I should have fired them a long time ago. Except I hate confrontation. My issue. And they are super cheap. But you get what you pay for. I've had them for years and it seems like they do just a little bit less each time. There are cobwebs I have to clean. They don't clean behind any closed door (closets, laundry room). They don't sweep up around the kitty litter area. They don't put the recycling in the clearly labeled, blue bins. They don't vacuum the couch or flip the cushions. And they do weird things. They move the stool in the kitchen and place it somewhere new everytime. Sometimes they put the stopper in the sink up-side down and really jammed it in there. I mean, they really had to have put some effort into it. They pick up the bunnies' and the cat's toys and then put them on high shelves around the house. They close the doors to the bunnies' cages, so the bunnies are trapped outside the cage and can't get to the food and water. And then they pick things off the floor and save them, pile them neatly in the kitchen; things like ripped scraps of paper on those little inserts from magazines. They are very unprofessional. When you call, they just answer, "Hello." So, you think you're calling someone's house. The voicemail has no identification that it is a business. And often when I leave a message, they must not get. A few times I left messages that I would be out of town and would have to cancel my appointment. When I got home, there would be a message berating me for not calling, if I wasn't going to be home. But here's the straw... they move my appointment around. It used to be Tuesdays at 2:00. They asked if they could move it to Wednesdays. I agreed. They asked if they could move it to 3:30. I agreed. They slowly started coming just a little earlier and a little earlier, until they were coming at 2:30. Once in a while, they would call and ask if they could come early. Today was one of those days. They called yesterday. An aside: I was taking a nap. I ignored the phone. They did not leave a message. They called again about 5 minutes later. I got up, unhappily. I got to the phone just as it stopped ringing. They did not leave a message. I went back to bed. 5 minutes later, they called again. That time I made it to the phone. Anyway.... Yesterday, they asked if they could come at 1:00 today. I agreed. I told you I hate confrontation. They showed up at 12:15. And that is when I started writing this.

When I made the appointment, I was told the cleaning team would arrive between 11:30 and 12 noon. They arrived about 20 minutes late and were unable to figure out how to use the call box to get into the building. It would not have been a problem, but because they were already late and instead of my toddler being asleep when they arrived, he was up and trying to use the potty. After three phone calls with the owner about her team not being smart enough to figure out how to get into the building, somebody apparently let them in. We had our apartment cleaned less than two weeks ago by our previous cleaning lady, who did a great job, but we had to let go because she cleaned alone and it was too long to have to be out of the house with a toddler. We didn't need a deep clean. Once they got in the condo, they were fast, but their speed did not lead to great cleaning. I had left the condo with my toddler to be out of their way. They said they would be done in an hour, and they were. They did not use a granite cleaner for the counter tops in the kitchen and both bathrooms. Whatever they used left a sticky residue on the counter tops and it certainly did not feel clean. They did not clean the television despite my having left the flat screen wipes directly in front of the tv. Somehow the 4 of them managed to move the couch from where it had been before, but they did not put it back in the right place and I cannot move it myself to put it back where it goes. The dresser in the bedroom either was not dusted well at all or it somehow managed to get itself dusty again between the time they dusted it and I looked at it. The hardwood floors did not appear to have been washed. Only swiffered. They did not wipe down any of the cabinets in the kitchen, and they seemed to have missed wiping down the microwave as it is still covered in fingerprints and dirt. We have a diaper pail upstairs in our son's room and one downstairs near the changing table. They emptied them, but failed to replace the bag in the upstairs diaper pail and failed to properly replace the bag in the downstairs diaper pail. It's not rocket science. It's putting a bag in a diaper pail. My favorite of their failings was that they were able to pull out the electric plug covers, but wherever they pulled them out, they didn't put them back in. Despite their being done in an hour, they did a crappy job cleaning. I will not hire them to do our biweekly cleaning. FAIL.

They came in and did a great job! Everything turned out well. It was a one time service but will definitely use them again!

I have kids and pets so there would be a lot of clutter. They used to throw toys and stuffed animals in the trash. It did not work for us. They did not get under the furniture to clean or the sort of people who would go an extra mile to clean. I had to remind them always to clean thoroughly. I recently discontinued their services.

We are very happy with the work they performed. However, I was disappointed because I asked them to use my cleaning products and they did not. I spoke with the owner and made this request again and she agreed that the next time they will use my cleaning products. They did an excellent job cleaning my home.

Overall we had an excellent result which was completed in about 3 hours. We would definitely recommend this cleaning service.

I inquired from 3 Angie's list companies, the first one to respond was Marzena. Her ability to send a crew the next day for what I considered a fair price won her the job. They called ahead of time, brought all their supplies, needed no prodding to get to work and do a good job.

They are very quick. They are so cheap. I gave them more than what they asked for because I thought it wasn't enough. They come every other week. They even came and cleaned on the 4th of July. I get good quality for what I pay. I have had to change a date every now and then and have always been able to reach them. They give me a window of time, such as morning.

The cleaning people cleaned all areas that I specified in a time efficient manner and, with little guidance, made good judgements about what on the floor to throw out versus keep. The place was throughly cleaned and neatened! The one area of improvement might have been one of the bathroom floors, which still could use a fresher look that only bleach could provide. Still, I was more than satisfied by the outcome and cost.

Great experience. They provide their own cleaning supplies, which is important to me. After calling several places, I found out this is a bit rare. The 3 women showed up on time and worked diligently for an hour and 20 minutes to clean my condo. Everything looked good when they were finished. They were polite and professional. I intend to continue using them every 2 weeks.

They were prompt, efficient and did an excellent job. They were extremely hardworking and business like. They were like a group of polish storm troopers. Four ladies came at once and cleaned a dirty 1000 square foot condo in a short period of time.

Marzena Cleaning cleaned our house. They dusted, swept, mopped, and vacuumed. They cleaned our refrigerator and stove for us. They did a great job. The only thing i didn't like was that they hadn't cleaned out our produce bins in our refrigerator. But everything else was just great. They came at the time they said, and did a thorough job. They were all great.

They arrived on schedule and finished earlier than scheduled. They worked without supervision and called me to come over when they were done, and I found that the wood floor throughout the entire apartment was wet. I was surprised they had not dried the floor, because other cleaners I have used all knew that wood floors should not be left with water on them. I had trouble getting her to understand that I wanted them to dry the floors but eventually they understood. However, after I left, I found that they had not gone back into the kitchen to dry the wood floor in there. I was also disappointed that the painters found that the upper shelves in the closets and the ceiling fans were still dirty. The estimate was $60 to $80. When they finished, she said it was $100. I asked her to explain the difference. There were 3 women at $20 per hour, and they worked for 1 1/2 hours. So that would be $90, which she agreed. But then I agreed to give her $100, before I saw that the floor was still not completely dry, and before I learned that they did not apparently use a ladder to clean surfaces that were up high.

Overall they did a satisfactory job. However, the first time they came out, they spent 15 minute over their allotted time, I guess, and wanted to charge me $40 extra, which I didn't agree to pay. In addition, they wanted to increase the price to $85/cleaning. This condo does not require heavy cleaning. Therefore the request to increase charge was very unnecessary. I inspected the lamps, my ceiling fan, etc upon the last cleaning. Nothing had been dusted in the least. I included a dust mop with a long stem for them to use and they did not. I would expect that when hiring a cleaning service, that they would dust lamps, etc, as a normal part of the cleaning.

The team was timely. I was told it would be a team of 3 and it would take 3 hours. 1 member spoke English, and although somewhat limited we did understand one another. They smiled when I told them what I wanted done, because they said they always do the items I listed as my "spring cleaning" as a normal house cleaning. They got all the nooks and cranes of my dusty house. They even offered to clean out the refrigerator, which was not part of my original request. They offered to strip and wash bedsheets, which I declined because I do that weekly. They only missed scouring a stain out of my downstairs wet bar, which I would have felt comfortable asking them to do and I feel confident that they would have not missed if they knew my house better. They were thorough and professional and I would definitely use them again. What they accomplished would have taken me 3 days!

When I called the company, I was advised that they were unable to locate my payment history from the last visit to compare the price. Looking back, I feel that there should have been some sort of contract to refer to the actual price so there would not have been any surprises. They company was nice and they did do a great job, however I do not plan to use them further at this time.

Marzena scheduled my cleaning services at 8am for 2-3 hours. Three girls arrived at 8am but at 8:30 I received a call from the company saying they were overbooked and could only stay 1 hour, and would it be okay if they returned the next day (a Saturday). I said yes. The girls looked very tired and one told me they worked over 10 hours everyday. The job was not done when then left, only half the floors were finished and the bathroom had not been started. On Saturday morning they did not show up! No call or anything.

They arrived a little late, but did an excellent job. I will definitely try them again.

I called Marzena's at the last minute for an appointment to cleaning up a small construction site, a new bathroom and the adjacent areas. They were able to accommodate my immediate need, which was surprising; no one else that I called was able to do it on short notice. However, they made a 2:30 om appointment and didn't get here until 3:30 pm. Three women came and they did a good job, it wasn't a great job but it was just what I asked for. If I had a small job, I might call them again.

I called and was able to schedule an appointment for a couple days out. They arrived on time and got right to work cleaning the house. They were very professional and worked quickly. They did a good job doing a basic cleaning of the house.

I called them on a Wednesday to try to schedule something for the next day or Friday. They were able to schedule Thursday - they called on Thursday and asked to come earlier which was fine and they arrived on time. The staff was very nice and brought all their own supplies plus vacuum. They started with 2 people and then about two hours later some additional staff came. We provided a list but they did things the right way like removing books and objects off of shelves and dusting instead of just wiping around the books and they were very careful to not run the vacuum into furniture legs. The house was spotless and fur free! We will definitely use them again and soon.

They sent two ladies and they did the job very quickly. They did a very efficient and worked very hard. They listened carefully to what I wanted done.

They came and there was three of them that cleaned, they charged me more then they had quoted me, at first they quoted me 60-80 dollars. They would not come out and give me a actuate estimate. They did do a good job cleaning. I do not have a problem with what they charged but they should of told me up front.
