So very happy. We had some repairs needed in our back entryway, and the paint was looking rough too. Working with Lookswell was great. Everyone was pleasant, prompt, and helpful. The repairs and the painting came out great, I couldn't be happier.

Everyone who came was pleasant, professional, and conscientious. They came on time, cleaned up after themselves each day, and communicated plans without me having to ask. They did a fantastic job on our old cabinets, and spent time on little details, such as a crack in the wood and a screw which needed refitting. Jim and the job manager both stayed in touch throughout. I would definitely use them again.

Extremely pleased with the job these guys did. I'm moving into a new place and wanted the ceiling, walls, and trim repainted. They were able to give me a quote based upon supplying a floor plan and many pictures and which brand/line of paint I wanted to use. Their quote was not the cheapest I received, but by no means near the most expensive. It did help that there was an angies list discount! I had a few phone calls with Jim to clarify what the job entailed. We agreed to a date and time. Frank showed up promptly with a few guys. We went over the colors I wanted and where they were to go. Lookswell was able to add more workers and the job got done in 3 days, which was less than the 5 days that was originally estimated. I stopped by a couple of times and could see that they were meticulous about covering every single ground surface, counters, and light fixtures. Also, they had removed every electrical and switch plate. They had also removed every extra nail and patched and sanded every hole and preexisting blemishes. The new paint looks awesome. They did a real nice detailed job.

Owner sanded and painted front door and side panels. It was a metal door and all rust was eliminated and door looks brand new.

Lookswell Painting sent a four guy crew and they were able to get the bulk of the work done in three days and came back a fourth day with a two man crew to finish some additional areas I asked them to paint. They spent more than an hour completely covering and protecting everything in our house every day and then cleaned everything up before we came back home. They arrived promptly at 8:00 each day and I believe they cleaned up and left around 3:00. I'm glad they finished around this time as this meant the paint was reasonably dry before our children came home as they seem incapable of not touching a painted wall especially after you implore them not to do so! Most importantly the results are fantastic. They did a great job patching all the cracks and fixing the nail pops in the drywall. I only had to point out one nail pop that they missed and they happily fixed that even though they had already painted the wall. There aren't any brush strokes or roller marks in the paint job -- all the surfaces have a nice smooth and even finish. They painted two very large walls by our staircase with a flatter paint per their suggestion that has pretty much hidden all the imperfections in these walls. The paint crew was obviously experienced and knows what they're doing. I've had several places professionally painted and I recognize a good paint job when I see one. I also want to thank them for going above and beyond by helping me to clean off the paint left by the original contractors on our skylight which is easily 15 feet above our staircase. I should also mention they were very prompt to get me a quote which I believe was very fair based on previous paint jobs I've had done. They came out within two days of my call and were able to accommodate my schedule and come at 7:00 in the morning. My experience was completely positive from start to finish and I would highly recommend Lookswell Painting.

The owner came in advance to verify what I wanted done and a total price. The workers arrived on time with the owner ready to work. Everyone was very professional and pleasant. They worked the total amount of hours promised and were out when agreed upon. The paint (brand, color, quality/top of line or less) was chosen in advance by me and included in the price I was quoted. I am very pleased with everything that was done.

I called to schedule an estimate and Frank came and took measurements and discussed what I wanted done. I received an estimate in a few days. I spoke with Jim and he answered every question I had about my project. Jim was great to deal with and the work was scheduled. A team of painters showed up on the morning scheduled. They were all very nice, polite, neat, and worked very efficiently and did a great cleanup. Marcin came and repaired the hole in pantry ceiling and he did a fabulous job. He painted the ceiling and it looks brand new. The entire job went smoothly,, my rooms look great, I am very pleased with the work. I highly recommend Lookswell Painting, and I will definitely use their services again. And I thought the price was good.

It was a pleasure working with the team at Lookswell., from start to finish. They will be my first choice for any work I have in the future. I found Lookswell on Angie's List because the company I used to use for projects did not call me back. When I called to get an appointment from Lookswell, I was very impressed by how responsive they were. Frank came out to look at the work and provided an estimate in less than 24 hours. The estimate was quite fair and reasonable. Scheduling the work was easy as well. I got a reminder call and email prior to the start of the work which I really appreciated. The work team was on time, and very courteous and professional. They had to match the paint colors of several rooms and they did a terrific job. The team worked steadily and made record time on all the items we needed completed. The painting and dry wall work looks great and I'm very pleased.

Lookswell is a professionally run company! All communication was prompt. The courteous rep arrived promptly and did a thorough job determining my needs and evaluating my project. Ultimately I decided to do the painting myself since the fall weather was unusually warm the next few days after Lookswell's visit.

Lookswell did an amazing job stripping and refinishing our front door. Our condo association has used them now twice, and both times we were very impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work. No complaints. And their bid was competitive with others that we got. I'm already scheduling them for another job.

Painted master bedroom and small hallway--finished early! Full preparation of all walls, asked relevant questions, was able to complete the work quickly and without issue. Great deal through Angie's List, but I would use Lookswell again in a heartbeat! Great service, punctual, professional, and detail minded.

I've used Lookswell several times since buying a very old house four years ago, and they are fantastic! Both Jim and Frank are very friendly and professional and give accurate, fair, and honest quotes before starting the job. Their workers are also extremely friendly and professional and have a great attention to detail. I have plaster walls that often need re-plastering and have had a few complicated jobs that all looked awesome after they were done. Highly recommend them!

Jim was very helpful in suggesting types of paints. He came out and looked at the job which was larger than what the special would cover but he did give me a bit of a discount. The workers came out and went right to work according to my husband on the first day. They were professional and extremely tidy in their painting. They did not finish the first day so I was able to observe the second day. I think they did a good job, but did have to point out an area that appeared not to have been painted but they did paint it. I would consider having them come back again.

They did a great job hanging the wallpaper. They were very prompt and efficient in getting the job done. Souls definite use their services again.

The three gentlemen that painted our house were amazing! They were efficient, clean, courteous. I was quoted a four day job and I was nervous that it would go longer. We even made some changes the week before. However, they were able to get the job done in under four days. The scheduling was very important to us so it makes me very happy if they were able to complete the job in the estimated time. They also showed up on time every day which was helpful for our schedule. The workmanship was fantastic. Every night they cleaned up the mess and all we noticed was the beautiful work done. I would definitely recommend Lookswell for your interior painting job! I am unable to update the price on the app, we had four rooms, three bathrooms, two staircase hallways done for $6200.

A two man team went right to work. They moved furniture and covered it. They patched plaster, removed switch plates and window hardware. Primer was going on the wall soon after. The painting was very professional. And two days later it was all done. Clean, neat and professional. I was very impressed.

It went so smoothly and looks flawless. Great to work with. Lookswell did such a nice job, and their estimate came in much lower than many of the handyman places I called for estimates. We'll be using Lookswell in the future any time we need this kind of work done.

Went well, in and out in 1 day

It went really well. The crew was punctual and worked fast. The job took two days; when I came home from work after the first day of painting I couldn't tell that anyone had been in the unit. They did a really good job of covering the floors and taking care with our furniture. Overall the job went really well.

All of the work was professionally done and done in the time specified. They cleaned up well. We were very pleased with the results - beautiful! We would use them again.
