The two man team showed up early and did a great job. The price was right in the range of what Max said it would be. The junk that had been accumulating for over 50 years in the basement of the 6 flat that I just bought into nearly filled th truck. I would never consider calling anyone else if I need this service in the future.

They also swept up the debris when they finished moving the construction garbage away. We've recommended them to several friends. Thanks Guys, you're the best!

I called to get a quote at 5:30p on a Thursday. 8:00am the next day they arrived right on time. Quoted me a more than fair price. Less than 1 hour later I had my backyard back. I would call these guys again in a hearbeat. Fantastic job, attention to detail and excellent pricing. Hire these guys!

I called JunkRemoval911 in the morning and immediately got a response and requested a same day job. I got an estimate for the job which was within 10% of the final bill and an estimated time of arrival. They came within 1 hour of the estimated time and called frequently to provide updates as to exact arrival time. They completed the job in under an hour. They were very professional, courteous, efficient and clean. I would definitely recommend this company and hire them again myself. They are especially great for jobs where space does not allow for a dumpster and for smaller jobs. In these days, good customer service is hard to find, and these guys were great.

I called and Max took my request to remove 2 couches. One of the couches was quite heavy and large requiring careful maneuvering to get it out of a small room into a narrow hallway by way of backing out of the room and into the bathroom to position themselves to enter the hallway. They did this quickly and easily taking great care, as promised, to keep away from the woodwork - no chipping or gouging The 2nd couch we were unable to explain how to get it into the hallway through a doorway that was narrow. We thought our son had removed the doorframe to get it in the room when it was new. We even thought they'd have to saw it into sections (mess). In short order we saw Max and his helper carrying it whole out of the apartment. When we asked how he did it, he said they eased it out with an old magic trick - "If it was gotten in, it can be gotten out." And that's what he did. Max did this job for us quickly, neatly and very satisfactorily - in and out in quick order. I took about 20 minutes in all. I do highly recommend the Junk Removal 911 service.

I had an large office ful of broken cubicles, old chairs and other assorted items from a tenant that moved out. Max and his crew did a great job hauling the items away and cleaning up afterwards. They were punctual and professional. I highly recommend them for anyone who needs unwanted items removed.

1The basement apartment tenant left it in a total mess—2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room filled with outdated electronic equipment and supplies plus junk. I called, they came, the junk went. There were a couple of things I wanted, they stayed. There was so much stuff that it took two hours on one day and two and a half hours on another day to complete the job—about one a three quarters truck loads which is about what I had estimated. I was amazed at how quickly the job was done with three people including the owner.

They were FABULOUS. It was easy to schedule. They told me the price for a full truck over the phone. They arrived on time and called me before arriving to confirm that the appointment was still a good time. They worked quickly and were very efficient. That truck was very tightly packed and filled to capacity for the first two truckloads. The last truckload was the remainder. In the garage, they worked hard to clear it out, including getting all the items out of the rafters. In addition, they were very courteous and asked questions if needed. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them.

I was left with extra furniture in one of my apartments. I found the company online and checked Angie's list to see what their reputation what like. They came the same day I called them and were able to move everything without damgaing my property. The guys were personable as well.

After buying my first house, the most pressing task was dealing with the mountains of old pans, strewn clothes, buckets of nails, and general assorted flotsam and jetsam that packed the basement and first floor. Mack was incredibly responsive to my call, coming out the same day to provide me with an estimate, and squeezing my cleanout/pickup job into his already busy weekend.It took a couple of visits to get everything out- but I couldn't be happier with their work. They were willing to remove built in cabinets that were near rotten, big stuff, small stuff, and they left everything broom clean. I would definitely use them again.

Everything was great. They hauled the old furniture and equipment away. They charged much less than the moving company wanted to charge us to remove the furniture.

The company provided an estimate of the phone and confirmed when they arrived. I added some additional items so they were able to adjust the estimate based on the amount of space in their truck. They were about to remove everything with a couple of hours and were very professional.

Everything went well -- no surprises.

In and out took maybe 5-10 minutes tops. Very fast and courteous.

I think they just were an affordable price.

It was a hot day. The guys worked hard and did a good job. But they started claiming getting close to and over the weight limit when they weren't. I had some 20 bags under 100 lbs each. It's an easy computation, though maybe not an exact science. So they stopped short of taking everything and said they would send me an email with a photo of the scale showing how over the limit they were. I never got that email. I went with someone else for the next round (interestingly, without encountering the weight limit issue). I did like that that they were organized, professional (aside from the limit snafu), and did things neatly and quietly in a tight space without disturbing neighbors.

They were running a little late and called to let me know. They were very polite and promptly removed both pieces of furniture. They also gave me estimate on moving things out of my basement.

They were quick. This was a simple job. Hauling away old lumber and miscellaneous junk.

I had a apartment-size stackable washer/dryer to be removed from a condo in a mid-rise. I had called 1-800-Junk and 1-800-Junk national operator service said for my zip code it would be about $210. If this is what it cost, this is what I'd have to pay. She said price is based upon space utilized in haul truck. I then called Chicago local, "Junk Removal 911" which I never heard of before, but based upon Angieslist comments, I gave them a call. Someone promptly answered my call on their cellphone. The one that answered was polite, answered my question, saying "Junk Removal 911" could haul apartment size stackable w/d for for $85, and could do it later that day. Later that day arrived and Jim and Kenny showed up. Both were polite and professional. I was pleased with their service. I definitely recommend "Junk Removal 911" and would use them again !! Thank you Jim and Kenny.

Never using a junk service, I was really pleased at the service, considering the gross out factor of hauling soggy junk away. Also the fact it was excessively hot, it was a quick toss away. Looking forward to using them again for the second stage in clean up. They come ready to haul to you have to be ready for them. Knowing the process now, I'll have the junk prepped a ready a bit better.

They were running a half hour late to my scheduled appointment, but called to let me know. Excellent customer service! The two gentlemen who showed up were super nice, fast and efficient. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

We had to reschedule the original appointment because of our conflict, and it was no problem. They came when they said they would, did exactly what we asked, did not even have to run their vehicle on our lawn, and were friendly and polite. What more can you ask?
