Junk Removal 911

The two man crew arrived on time, reviewed what debris we needed removed, provided a quick estimate which I approved on the spot. In an hour all of the construction remodeling garbage, junk under the porch, random items were put in the truck and taken away. They were courteous and fast. From phone call to hauling away this was by far the best Angie's List experience I have had and I would absolutely use this company again and again.

I called on a Wednesday and got an appointment for the next Monday morning at 930 a.m. Their truck and two man crew arrived about 12 minutes late. I opened up one garage section, from which we had already removed everything we wanted to retain, so taking everything remaining, including the lumber laying on some overhead beams, was straightforward. I brought out, from the other section of the garage, the items that we wanted the crew to take. I lent them a ladder to access the overhead lumber. As their truck was too wide to drive down our driveway to the garage, the crew needed to carry or cart the items from the garage to the front of our property where their .truck was parked. The process took about an hour. They swept up the garage section they had cleaned out. I was fully satisfied.

Amazing!!!!!!! Very well recommended. They called an hour before and arrived a half hour early. Will use in the future and tell my friends. Thanks! Looking forward to my new furniture arriving tomorrow.

The owner, Max, responded quickly to my message on Angie's List and set up an appointment for a quote (and executed the work) with very short notice. His communication and punctuality throughout the process was excellent and even though we changed the scope of the project fairly dramatically he rolled with the punches and reduced the cost accordingly. Our building is in downtown Chicago and complicated to deal with, and the removal included cleaning out a pretty complicated computer closet and some very heavy items. Junk Removal 911 exceeded my expectations and once we had established the scope of work I did not have to be there, which was a plus.

This is the third time I used them. The first time was to clean out my basement before a move, we had 15 years worth of my husband's "projects" to remove. The second time and third time was to haul away old furniture. In all instances they were reasonably priced, easy to schedule, punctual and very professional. A+

I reached out to several removal companies on Angieslist and only two responded. My email was very specific on what had to be removed and from where. Max responded quickly and his price was right. Day of removal the two gentlemen came on time, removed the items in about 45 mins and did not complain. They were very professional and neat on removing these items. I live on the 3rd floor (walk up/no elevator) and they had to carry some heavy items and made several trips. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any home removal items anyone needs. I left a message on Angie's List with pictures of the job. I was messaged in return within minutes with a very rough quote. I called and set up the appointment with Max. Two guys showed up on time (I believe it was Jeff and Tim?) Very personable and professional. They looked over the job and went to work. I was embarrassed there was still water in the toilet. They handled it without a problem, though. They managed to fit it all on their truck. I tipped them both generously. They deserved it. Will definitely use them again soon!

Great. Max answered my email 2 days earlier after I sent pictures for an estimate. I called too late, so I left a voicemail. He called me First thing on Monday morning, and made arrangements for about 2-3 pm. The helpers then called later and were able to come earlier. They came at 1 pm the same day. Two friendly guys did the cleanup fast. I did tip the guys afterwards, because they worked fast and I was very glad to have it done and they deserved it.

I found him on Angie's List and he was very good. He got right down to work and did everything we asked him to. It was messy, he cleaned up under our the porch and did a very nice job. He arrived promptly and was quick considering how messy the job was. If I ever have that kind of situation again, I will use him.

Moving after 15 yrs, we had accumulated all kinds of JUNK! We had garage stuff...basement stuff...yard stuff...construction stuff...and just a lot of garbage. Junk removal 911 didn't shy away from the job as some did. They called to let us know they would be 15 minutes late which, in our case saved us a lot of stress. They took a quick look and gave us a quick estimate that was quite reasonable and make quick work of a job we were horrified we might have to do! We know we will use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone facing that moving nightmare.

Sent Max pictures of the project via text because we're more than an hour away, he gave us ballpark quote over text, said he had time the next day, was there in the morning, and he and his assistant Jim got the job done in workmanlike fashion, hauling away a truckload of debris we were grateful to be rid of.

This is the second time in a year that we have used Junk 911. They are good. Show up on time. Friendly. They carefully remove the items. The pricing seems to be the best I have found on smaller pickups like the two I have had; and probably will continue to have in the near future. I recommend them.

I was going to use a waste management bag, you know, the ones that hold over 3000 lbs of debris. The W/M bags cost $180 for the bag and pickup. Junk Removal 911 did the work for $150 including labor. Well worth it. Will use again.

I emailed Junk 911 for a quote describing the sofa and the apartment. Max emailed me within the hour with the quote. We then connected by phone for the details and scheduling. Junk 911 was on time, friendly and efficient. I could not have asked for more. Done. I would recommend this company.

Very easy to work with. The team on site was professional and very quick. I would recommend to anyone who has junk they need hauled and it's too big to leave for the garbage companies or bother to try to sell on Craig's list. They were also very reasonable and easy to deal with.

This company was awesome, from start to finish. They came by to provide an estimate (so I could get condo approval on the ballpark cost), and knowing that more stuff could be added to the pile by the day of the haul-away, they wisely brought a second truck. The person who answered the phone was apparently still on vacation. I asked about their services; did they remove items and separate the hauled items so that some of the items could be donated to a local charity. They said they could do that. Asked about their pricing. He asked me if I had seen a picture of their truck on their website. I clicked thru from Angie's List and saw the truck. He indicated that to fill the truck costs $425.00 and asked if I had enough items to fill the truck. I said yes. I asked when we could get started. He asked where the property was located. I said Gary, Indiana. He said that they do not service Gary, Indiana. Asked, why, he said it was too far away. This was NOT an acceptable explanation!!! Why is this company listed on Angie's List as providing service to Northwest Indiana in the search results?!?!? I live in Illinois, but often hire people to work on my Senior Mother's house in Gary. If your business indicates it will service NWI and doesn't service Gary, Indiana, then be prepared to have a VERY poor review. F - LOUSY SERVICE!!!!

The two of them arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time and got to work. They were very professional, and friendly and pleasant to work with. 3/4 of their truck was filled by our stuff soon after and we were all on our way. We would definitely use them again.
