JR Painting & Remodeling

I purchased the Paint package; it took about 2 weeks to have them come do the initial assessment. The siding was cedar, so it needed Stain not Paint, for which there was an upcharge. Also upcharges for square footage and heights in excess of 25'. Weather caused further delays. They were finally able to come start and finish the project about 2 months after I paid for the package. They were very nice, but the professionalism of the communication could be improved.

They were very responsive, professional, cleaned up daily and were careful not to get paint on our deck, etc. They were also very careful with the landscaping around the house. They were very accomodating to small changes in what we needed and were extremely flexible. Overall I would definitely hire them again, highly recommend.

Rahul and his crew did a great job. They were very timely, thorough, cleaned up appropriately and did terrific work. I would recommend them any time. Detailed and conscientious.

The experience with JR Painting from beginning to end was wonderful. His crew was there when they said they would be. They went above and beyond what we had expected. To me it's very important to have a people that are friendly, people you can talk and laugh with, and that is what this crew was. Raul, Alex and Gaspar were AWESOME. The project went very well. It was scheduled almost immediately after I bought the deal. The painters arrived timely and did a great job. The ceilings look brand new and the walls look great. I would use them again.

It was okay. They kind of nickel and dimed a little bit on the deal, but they did an adequate job. I think the deal wasn't properly explained prior to purchase.

Excellent job. Raul came out and did a very professional job restoring our damaged walls to back-to-new condition. The speed of the repair was impressive with all work being done in 1 day.

Raul responded quickly to our initial inquiry. He provided a solid and competitive bid for the project which included the cost of all paint and materials. We appreciated this feature as other competitors wanted to give a bid and then add on the cost of paint. Once we landed on a mutually agreeable start date, we provided him the paint colors and discussed the specific line of paint we preferred, to which he agreed to use. The crew was friendly. They were careful moving the furniture and covering cabinets, flooring, etc. They completed all work in a timely manner and on schedule, even ending early the 2nd day. We will certainly call JR Painting & Remodeling again.

I have no idea how this company gets an A rating when I can't even get a quote from them. Set up an appointment for 9:00AM Sept 30. Raul called to tell me he was running late, which was not a problem since I was home anyway. Raul arrived at 9:35AM. I showed Raul what needed to be painted, and, he left within 10-15minutes. I called and texted him to send me an estimate, which I have not received to date (October 10).

They were very prompt, early in the day, they worked all day and took the usual time for lunch. The painters were very courteous and helpful. They asked questions and didn't hesitant to have me inspect the work as they were progressing. I've also recommended this company to two of the neighbors that were inquiring about the job.

I "CANNOT" say enough wonderful things about Raul and his workers. We looked at a few companies, but JR PAINTING CAME in with best bid. In these times when you find a contractor, they give you all their info, some you like, a lot you don't because they try to sell you a product that is not needed, as we found out. With Raul, everything was upfront. They gave a time period, and it was completed in that time period. It was great working with them. Our house looks brand new , thanks to the AWESOME job they did. As a matter of fact, we were so happy with his work, that we hired him again to paint the entire inside of our house. Would I recommend this company.....ABSOLUTELY!!! Thank you Raul for your hard and wonderful work..greatly appreciated. and we will see you soon!!!!!!!

Raul and his crew did a great job. Raul did the carpentry work and he and his staff are excellent painters.
