I called on a Saturday and he was out here on a Sunday. Within 12 hrs of contact he was here and he has attention to customer service and honored the quoted price.

John and his crew were great! He called within 24 hours of submitting a lead and had someone come over the same day to check out the roof. With the rain we already had, and rain in the forecast he said he could get someone out the next day to do the repairs.... saving our building from any more water damage. Because of this, we hired him them to reinstall the ridge cap that had been blown off from the high winds a few weeks ago and performed routine maintenance of the roof. The workers showed up when they said they would, which is hard for many trades businesses to accomplish these days. They completed the work, cleaned up, and off they went. John followed up with a phone call detailing what they all did. I will be adding them to my very short list of reliable trade businesses and look forward to working with them again. Geoff

John and his team built our dream front porch. What started as just an idea (we had a small from porch and I wanted to extend it to the total width of the house - including roof, shingles, ceiling, electrical) and then a quick walk down our street together to look at what i had in mind, was executed amazingly. His team was able to secure an architect and a permit (which is not as easy as it should be - classic Chicago). His team removed our old front porch and essentially replaced the whole face of our house. In addition to building our new porch, they were also able to replace the front siding with a cleaner, more modern look, not to mention the weather benefits. From the start, John focused on using only the highest quality of materials (trex, hardyboard) and his team custom built out the columns on our porch to match the "recessed" look we had asked for. His team is very professional, clean on the site and very hard working. John and his team can get it done - from start to finish. We have had literally dozens of neighbors and strangers comment on how great the porch looks - I have a list of people in my neighborhood that want to be introduced to him . Thanks so much, John!

Project: pointing and masonry sealing of a three story condo building. John's crew worked extremely hard on the project, and were, to a person, knowledgeable about the nature of the work. They were particularly responsive to matters that were of concern to me and I appreciated the final walk through with John and his son Mike who answered the lastl questions I had about the project. These are top notch people.

John was always very responsive and stood behind his work. Even a year after we contracted him, he came back out to our property to check up on the repairs and make sure we weren’t having any problems — free of charge. He was very helpful and addressed our needs.

In a few weeks time my yard received a beautiful pergola around an exiting patio, decking around my pool, the length of my yard received a beautifully placed arbor that's holds beautiful hanging plants and if that's not enough they transformed my existing deck with beautiful Trex wood. John and his crew did an excellent job power washing and resealing our building. His pricing was very fair and work was backed up by a solid guarantee. His crew was very careful to protect the neighbors’ building from the overspray. The neighbors even complimented them on their workmanship and professionalism. Very happy with the finished product and hope to work with them again in the future.

Highly recommend! John and his team were very thorough and professional from the first meeting through completion of project. John's assessment of the scope of work was very thorough. They wanted to be sure the project was completed appropriately so that there would not be re-occurring issues. The repairs included raising my sinking garage, removing and re-laying the garage slab and re-laying my sinking patio and pavers. Everyone was extremely kind and professional. I will definitely work with John and his team should I need other home projects.

John and his team are top notch. We have a unique outdoor space in our condo where we wanted to create a private area - John created a modern-day pergola with privacy slats on one side, and custom flower boxes on the other - using high end cedar wood. He also suggested us looking into Trex Transcend decking - he is a dealer and gave us great pricing as well as installed during the pergola project! We have brick that outlines our area and John was very transparent in the issues that we were having as well as what we will have if it was not addressed. He sealed up the limestone and worked on getting rid of the effervescent. It is still showing through; however, he made massive headway and actually returned THREE times to keep working on it! Mind you we had already paid for the service, but he kept his word. His team is very friendly, professional and proud of their work. Others in our building have been asking for his information and I have no doubt in recommending him to anyone. Communication, work ethic, attention to detail, turnaround time all were stellar. John and team were a one-stop shop and I could not be more pleased and excited with how everything turned out.
