John's Masonry, Roofing & Construction LLC

I filled our a request through Home Advisor for a patio quote and promptly received a call from John's Masonry. Within 24 hours, they came to my home, gave me a fair & reasonable quote and put me on the schedule. After 3 1/2 days of work, I had a beautiful paved patio that came in at budget. We couldn't be more pleased. The work was finished quickly AND with great quality. All of the men who worked on our project were professional and helpful. Finally, our garage was used to store brick, sand and dirt but upon finishing the job, our garage was fully swept out and clean (better than when they arrived). We had a great experience.

Update: AVOID! After soliciting the following favorable review, Johns failed, despite many promises, to return to repair the gate damaged during installation of my patio. And, despite countless requests and promises, Johns has failed to return my garage access remote. Keep it, Johns, since I’ve now had to replace the system. Original review: The project was to replace the concrete pavers in my backyard with brick and build a retaining wall for planting. John's was fast, friendly, and well-priced. The project ran into some unforeseen snags with a difficult tree stump and roots, and some decisions on materials had to be made on the fly. John's tackled the problems with enthusiasm and finished the project with high quality work. I was satisfied and I would use them again.

It was great to work with John and his crew. John came by on a Saturday to give me a free estimate and was very friendly. We agreed to a fair price for redoing my 2 patios where the pavers buckled due to a large tree root. He and the crew came back a few days later weather permitting. The crew worked hard to dig out the root, then leveled the area, replaced the pavers and then power washed both patios. They did a great job. Well worth the money and now I have a beautiful outdoor space, it will definitely help in selling my place. Thanks again John and crew!
