Perfect. Ask for Marvin. He is a pro, knowledgeable, helpful and meticulous. It is such a joy to work with someone so competent. On top of it, he was on time for his appointment. Marvin actually got us our blinds installed on 14 windows on a super tight deadline with 13 visitors coming for the marathon. He did not give false promises and said he would do what he could. The blinds were installed perfectly the day before the marathon. A+ to Marvin and this company for its fine service and craftsmanship.

Marvin was great to work with. Made an appointment to come out for an estimate and arrived right on time. Came out and showed me different colors and styles, made suggestions as to what would be best for me. Called to let me know one of the styles I chose had been back-ordered and suggested he come out and we pick a different style. Once again arrived on time and helped me make the best choice for my needs. Both times Chuck came out to do the work, he arrived on time and was meticulous about the dust and clean-up.

I was a little disappointed with the lack of follow-up from the office (I had to call several times to check status of payment receipt, install times, etc). In addition, two of the windows were measured incorrectly which resulted in an extra week of waiting for the complete install. Overall, though the product looks very good and the installer (Chuck Jerger) was very efficient and friendly.

The shades were more expensive than ones I had always done myself before, cut at the discount store, high quality, and fit each room perfectly. The front ones are white and the back (sunroom ones) match the accent paint perfectly.

We have our whole house done by Jerger. They have come by to repair small annoying problems; great service.

Michael Jerger was a delight to speak to. He has an abundance of experience, knows all the products and is willing to share his expertise. He called me with the estimate as he promised and the cost seems very reasonable. We haven't yet placed our order, but that has nothing to do with Jerger's.

We had an excellent experience with Jergers! Marvin spent a lot of time with us discussing different options and fabrics, and working with us to pick out the right treatments for our windows. They went above and beyond to accommodate a last minute change in our order. Chuck & Glenn did an excellent job on the measuring and installation - they showed up on time, they made sure we were happy with the installation and even took down our old curtains for us. We would definitely work with Jerger's again - they really work to ensure that customers are happy.

From start to finish, as highly discriminating and demanding consumers, we were truly impressed with Jerger Draperies. Having furnished multiple houses in our lives, we knew precisely what we wanted for our new residence in the Loop. Jerger, not only had exactly what we wanted, but in the fleeting moments when we were indecisive, ''Marvin'', our salesperson, offered creative, insightful options to best suit our needs. He arrived at our place on time, even though he had to fight traffic and parking woes. Chuck Jerger, also punctual, arrived at the appointed time to ensure the precise measurements were recorded. Due to our strict time constraints, Jerger Draperies performed a miracle, to not only get our order delivered, but installed as well. Chuck and his partner were the consummate pros and a pleasure to work with. Jerger's products are wonderful, as our windows are absolutely magnificent. Without hesitation, we would highly recommend Jerger Draperies.

The guys that installed the window treatments were prompt, courteous, very professional and worked very cleanly. They were extremely efficient and I was very pleased with the company.

My experience with Jerger Draperies was excellent. After having a terrible experience with Empire, who never completed the job & charged me Hunter Douglas prices for a cheaper brand, Jerger came * installed the right window treatments in one day. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend using them.

I left a message with the person who answered the phone. He was very friendly; however, no one ever called me back. It has been over a week.

We are extremely pleased with the service we received from Jerger. Marvin came out to measure and suggest ideas, then we met again in the showroom to choose fabric. He helped us zero in on the winners very quickly. Our blinds arrived in 1 week and drapes 6 weeks later, exactly as promised. They look great! Can't comment on price because we didn't do any comparison shopping. Regardless, we'd use Jerger again.

Excellent experience. They were on time to remove and re-install the blinds. They are very professional an do a good job.

Came out to the house to measure and give a quote the day after I called. Very professional, polite and prompt. Blinds were in within a few weeks and again they were out to install the next day. They took down the old blinds installed the new and left the room very clean. I was extremely happy with the service and the product. Will absolutely use them again and will recommend them to friends and family.

MARVIN IS A HOOT. HE IS NO-NONSENSE WHICH I JUST LOVED. WE CHOSE COLORS QUICKLY AND WALKED THROUGH THE HOUSE TO DETERMINE WHAT WOULD WORK WHERE. SINCE I KNEW PRETTY MUCH WHAT I WANTED, WE WORKED WELL TOGETHER. CHUCK AND GLEN CAME TO INSTALL AND WERE BOTH VERY KIND, JOLLY AND EXTREMELY COMPETENT.

HE WAS ON TIME AND VERY POLITE, BUT MADE SOME COMMENTS ON HOW FAR AWAY WE LIVED (SOUTHWEST SIDE-IN CHICAGO). HE MENTIONED THE TYPE OF CLIENTS AND AREA HE NORMALLY WORKS (NORTH AND NORTHSHORE) AND I HAD THE FEELING HE'D NEVER BEEN THIS FAR SOUTHWEST IN THE METROPOLITAN AREA (ABOUT 15 MILES FROM COMPANY ADDRESS). HE HAD ASKED ME IF I EVER "GOT INTO THE CITY MUCH", WHICH I THOUGHT WAS A STRANGE COMMENT SEEING THAT MY ADDRESS IS IN CHICAGO. ALSO, IT TOOK ABOUT A WEEK TO GET BACK TO ME ON A PRICE FOR THE KITCHEN AT WHICH TIME I WAS TOLD HE WOULD CALL ME BACK "LATER" WITH THE PRICE. OVERALL, HE WAS VERY POLITE, BUT IT TOOK ABOUT A WEEK TO GET BACK TO ME. ALTHOUGH, I THINK THE COMPANY SHOULD MAKE IT CLEAR WHAT AREAS THEY SERVICE. THEIR QUOTE WAS ABOUT $600 MORE THAN ONE OTHER QUOTE I RECEIVED AND ABOUT $1,100 MORE THAN THE SERVICE I ACTUALLY USED FOR THE PROJECT.

THEY WERE GREAT! THEY WERE VERY RELIABLE AND PROFESSIONAL AND SENSITIVE TO THE FACT THAT WE WERE MOVING INTO A NEW HOUSE. THEY WERE ON TIME AND PERFECT!!

THEY ARE VERY NICE AND THEIR WORK IS EXCELLENT FROM START TO FINISH. THEY ALSO CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND DIDN''T RUSH THROUGH THE INSTALLATION.

THIS IS A FAMILY BUSINESS AND THIS COMPANY WAS DELIGHTFUL TO DEAL WITH. THEY HAVE INSTALLED WINDOW TREATMENTS FOR MOST OF OUR (NEW) HOUSE, AND WE WILL DEFINITELY BE WORKING WITH THEM WHEN WE DECIDE WHAT TO DO WITH OUR REMAINING ROOMS.
