Description of Work: I arrived at the house 10 minutes before our inspection was scheduled and the inspector and her intern were already there. Lisa and Anthony were very helpful, friendly and extremely thorough. They let us know of what seemed to be anything that might be a problem big or small and helped sort them into issues that needed monitoring, later attention and immediate attention. I have had inspectors for the three houses I have bought over the years, but no one has been as complete as Inspectrum.

Description of Work: Julio Neira perform our home insepction for our new home purchase. He was punctual, professional, and thorough. Not only did he perform a complete and detailed inspection of the house, but he walked us through the nexts we need to take moving forward to ensure proper maintenance of the house. As first time owners of a single family home, this information was invaluable. He took pictures to accompany the report so that not only did we remember the items in the report but that we could reference the pictures in our negotiations with the current owners. Julio has a rapport and sensibility (and a sense of humor) that makes you trust his recommendations and findings. I would use Inspectrum again and would refer them often. Thanks, Inspectum.
