Hardwood Flooring Andrei

I highly recommend Andre! Not only is he very trustworthy, but his professionalism is top notch. I discovered Andre through a GC who is very particular like me (since I’m a Registered Interior Designer) and has done a lot of work for my clients. Andre recommended me to do a diagonal installation which was great! He was very timely & professional on the entire job...clean, neat etc... I had warned him in the beginning that I wanted a great “blending” to my existing kitchen floor right next to it, which didn’t need refinishing. He applied many finish colors next to the existing kitchen flooring until we found the best “blend”. (Many flooring people wouldn’t have attempted this.). I even had him put an extra coat of shiny sealer on top which looks fabulous! I’d recommend him for any type of hardwood flooring installation. I found his quote to be very reasonable also. I’m attaching 2 “work in progress” photos. It’ll be another month or so until the entire room is remodeled to display the finished product even better.

I hired Andrei to refinish the oak floors in my 90 year-old Bungalow. Given the home's age, there were a decent amount of repairs/patches that needed to be addressed - Andrei did a great job on the repairs. As for staining the floors, I had a specific look I was trying to achieve. I shared some reference pictures with Andrei and he was able to match them exactly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

It went extremely well. He came by and provided a quote he even helped me move furniture without charging me extra! He went above any beyond for me and he takes great pride in his work. I would highly recommend him to others.

Andrei was very professional and was good at giving suggestions. He was very attentive to every detail. The floors look great! I will defiantly hire him again and recommend him to friends.

It went excellent! They were very responsive and punctual. They worked quickly and efficiently and also cleaned up well after themselves. I would highly recommend them.

EXCELLENT! After sanding through layers of old paint we discovered the floor was maple and not oak. Andrei did a beautiful job restoring the maple and used a clear finish to let the beauty of the wood show through. He also sanded the scratches and old finish from the maple butcher block counter in the kitchen and finished with a clear finish and the counter is marvelous. Highly recommended. Will definitely call on him again when we refinish the kitchen flooring next spring.

AMAZING. I did not think it could be done but Andrei did it and PERFECTLY!!!! He is extremely knowledgeable, very professional, trustworthy and his work is high quality. This was a tough job. Starting with my stairs were a odd size so he basically had to rebuild the structure of existing stairs. Then with his guidance we decided to use real wood on the stairs and engineered on first floor. And in addition to all of that, he had to stain the stairs to match my second floor. Oh and pick a engineered floor to match the rest of it!! It was all done in less then a week. I am very very picky and detailed orientated.... and I couldn’t be happier with the work Andrei did for us!!!

Andrei did an excellent job replacing damaged floor boards, so the entire floor looks new again. He is very communicative, punctual, neat, kept me informed during the job and did a very professional job. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him.

It went well. We had to be out of the house for only a short period of time while everything dried. There was little residual odor so we were able to return once floors dried. What I really appreciate is that Andrei called us a few days later to follow up on how we liked the floors. We appreciate his attentiveness to the job and his knowledge to do the job well. Thank you Andrei. We'll definitely keep his number handy if we have further floor needs.

Andrei did a fantastic job refinishing our floors. He started the job early, was very communicative during the process, and did some extra repairs to broken boards as well. He had a very good price per square foot, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. You can tell he takes great pride in his work.

Andrei is on punctual, does what he says he'll do, communicates very well, does beautiful work, and is easy to have in the house. This was a very big job and he tended to it like this is his own house. Our flooring is beautiful!

The kitchen floor looks brand new. Andrei replaced cracked or damaged maple boards, sanded the floor so the entire floor was level and sealed it with water-base sealer with a beautiful matted finish. It looks great. The remainder of the home has the original stained oak floors. Through the years many boards cracked & become unstable. He patiently removed the damaged boards, replaced the oak boards, sanded the boards to the same level as the existing flooring. He mixed the stain to match the existing floor stain color and urethane entire floor. The floor is now uniform in color, the patch repairs are not visibly different to the existing flooring when walking into the rooms. I am so pleased of the work performed and Andrei took his time to do it the right way and listened to what we wanted done.

I used the company a lot of times, he was very knowledgeable and did a great work. The quality is excellent because they had a lot of experience in it. They are very professional. I would definitely hire them again and they are very nice people. They did a multiple jobs to us for the last 2 years in our rental spaces.
