I thought they were great, they showed up on time for appointments, he took all the time he needed to work with me without wasting my time, I thought that he was very professional.

Randy came out and showed me tons of swatches to choose from and gave me a quote on a few that I chose. In the end, he didn't have what I really wanted but gave me a recommendation of another company (that he had no affiliation with) that he thought might have it. He was very nice and I would, and have, totally recommended him to others.

Randy came out to measure our windows and give us the estimate. He brought samples of several different lines and price points, and helped us pick out what we wanted. The blinds we ordered took about two weeks to come in and it was less than a week to get them installed. The installation team was on time and extremely fast and efficient. We love our new blinds. They look and work fantastic. They were expensive, but Randy's price was a bit lower than the other estimate we received. Since the work was completed, he has followed up with us by mail to make sure everything was satisfactory.

Overall they were great. They had great professionalism. I knew that getting new blinds would be expensive but the price and quality is worth it.

I was very pleased with them. I wasn't sure what would be the best treatment for the windows, so the sales person was very helpful in giving me the best solution.

See above - the only reason we didn't go with Randy was because he didn't have a product other than the solar shades where we could have the panel tracks for our sliding doors with fabric that would match the flat panel roman shades on our picture windows. We ended up going with a local firm that had a product that had both. I would certainly consider Randy again if I have to replace other window treatments in my home and feel very comfortable recommending him to others. He even emailed me pictures of the solar shades and how they looked in his home.

Randy came out with samples and helped me select the shades that would work best in my home. He measured the windows and ordered the shades. The shades were delivered and installed in a timely and professional manner. I had a couple of problems with two of the shades after they were installed, but they were resolved quickly. In an old home like mine, nothing ever gets down without some problem, but Randy responded to my calls quickly and the problems were resolved quickly. I was very satisfied both with the product and with the service.

Randy had great ideas, was professional and even supplied us with temporary blinds until our blinds came in. We had our blinds in less than 2 weeks! The installers were kind and respectful of our new home. We loved the service and I plan on referring Randy to my future clients.

There was an imperfection in one shade that Randy promptly fixed. Everything else was terrific.

Great guy, friendly and quick, but quote was $700 over another company so we didn't use this one.

I called Randy back and he actually took my call and we talked for a long while. I understood his fears, not wanting a bad review. He agreed to take a chance. The product showed up on time, as did the installers. Our bay window was perfect. Some of the other companies avoided the bay by suggesting a large shade across the entire span. Randy did it the hard way with three different shades. They are beautiful. Everyone who comes to our apartment comments on them and I tell them my funny story. I would never use another company. They are worth their weight in gold. I have not been back in touch with them. They can read my review on Angie's List.

Randy was on-time for the estimate appointment (which was at 5:30pm, appreciate the flexibility). He really worked with me on keeping my paperwork and time-commitment to a minimum. I did choke a bit at price, but I knew what I wanted and because of company's reputation on Angie's List, I went to with it. After I approved the estimate, shades were here and ready to install in two weeks (exactly what Randy predicted). Installers were early for appointment, and just like I read on all the other reviewers, installed the shades and cleaned up all the mess, so it all looks perfect.

Their blinds are excellent and so is their service - prompt and attentive. However despite four attempts they were unable to correct problems with our installation. We had to call on another company at a cost of $250. Turned out that Gotcha Covered had used lightweight screws where toggle bolts were called for. We have had no other problems.

I wanted the cheap blinds that were on our windows from when we recently moved in to be replaced. I found Randy on Angie's List. I called and left a message. Randy returned my call the same day and set up an appointment for that week. He spent over an hour here giving me many options to consider. He was very helpful in selecting just the right colors for the blinds. We selected the top down blinds for our bedroom window as we live on the first floor. The upstairs rooms have the regular blinds. The blinds arrived about one and a half weeks later and were installed in less than 40 minutes. They are absolutely beautiful. I am so happy with how they look that I'm going to have Randy come out when our kitchen remodel is finished and measure the rest of the windows in the house. I would definitely recommend Randy to anyone looking for blinds!

Gotcha Covered was our third in home estimate from Angie's List. Gotcha Covered was far superior than the two other companies. Randy returned our call promptly and was able to work with our tight schedule to arrange an appointment. Randy and Gilberto arrived on time with a wide variety of samples. Randy supplied valuable technical & functional information which had not been discussed by other companies. His advice on possible options was greatly appreciated. Gilberto's expertise in color & fabric choices was invaluable. Randy spent much time measuring our somewhat uneven window frames. The window treatments line up perfectly & look great. The treatments arrived and were installed within two weeks. The installation team was courteous & professional. The cost was comparable to other companies but the service was exceptional. Overall this was an extremely positive experience. We highly recommend Gotcha Covered Blinds!

Great experience; nice people to deal with, both on the phone and in person. Workmen were prompt, pleasant and neat.

Randy was nice from the start. What was great was that he had a set time for his measuring and installation not the 'between 9 and noon' estimates. Randy also had a good suggestion on how to treat my windows and I went with his suggestion as opposed to what I was thinking of originally. He was right, the fabric shades look awesome! He send over his installation team (Chris), who was also extremely nice and professional. He had my shades and blinds installed in an hour. It was nice to work with a team who valued not only their product but also customer service.

It went great! Randy quickly responded to our email and set up an appointment. He brought sample books with him so we were able to pick out shades the same day as the measurements. We went with a combination of solar shades (Randy's suggestion to match our modern, minimalist decor), silhouette shades in the master and honeycomb shades in the two other bedrooms. Delivery was as expected 2-3 weeks and installation was quickly scheduled. The installation took just about an hour and the guys were great!

They were prompt, professional and respectful of my home - all without any of the "decorator" attitude that I had encountered elsewhere.

Spoke with Randy, the owner. He told me his company doesn't have access to any suppliers of oval wood shutters but he was very helpful and gave me the name of another company which does. I was very impressed with his helpfulness. I would definitely call him if I were looking for some more common types of shutters.

Randy was exceptionally responsive and helpful; he worked with us to lower the cost of the window treatments (although they were still not inexpensive) and took our concerns into consideration. He was regularly available to talk to us about price and other issues, and we also liked the colleague he recommended for draperies. I would definitely use him again.

Randy showed up right on time. We already knew what kind of shade we wanted, but he showed us in detail what would be our best option for quality and price. He explained to us the finishing options in detail. I felt we were given excellent advice and the price was hundreds below another company who bid the job. Installation was done at our convenience-right before the holidays-and everything is complete to our satisfaction-the shades look great.

Randy is very friendly. He came to our new condos (ours and my mother-in-laws across the hall) with tape measure and sample books. He had some clear recommendations. We gulped at his original price, but he quickly responded with reasonable suggestions that brought the price down significantly. The installation went quickly and smoothly, and the blinds look nice and work well.

Although the blinds were two years old, Randy negotiated with the manufacturer to not just fix the blinds, but to give us a brand new set of blinds FOR FREE! Randy took time out of his vacation to call me personally to get the matter resolved. I would recommend Gotcha Covered to anyone. When I originally purchased the blinds I had three estimates and Gotcha Covered gave us the best price. Price combined with excellent service makes Gotcha Covered the best way to go.

Randy returned my call promptly, gave me an estimate right away. I got three estimates and his actual shade price was equal to one and slightly higher than the third. However, his installation was one-third the cost of the other two. I asked for a 10% Angie's discount and he gave it to me. He was a pleasure to deal with, the shades arrived in the promised time, and they were installed by his install team within several days of his call that they had arrived. They look good and operate smoothly. I highly recommend the company.
