They were excellent, pricing was good and they're very friendly. Able to finished the job in a day. Also repaired 1 window shade after 2 years of installation for free. Cleaned up after themselves. I am very pleased with their service

Unlike the national brands for blinds this is a local company where someone answers the phone and if not, the call back is quick. That alone, hooked me into this company. Project was discussed over the phone, an on-site estimate meeting setup, review of the options at the site with the same person I talked to on the phone. Estimate was delivered within 12 hours via email, I approved estimate. When materials were ready for installation some three weeks later, that date was set and the installer were there on time, professional and thorough. Could not have been smoother. I recommend.

I can't say enough about the excellent service I received from everyone there! Troy showed me all the options in the showroom for my specific requirements. Jay came out and did an awesome job of helping me finalize what shades and colors to get. Gilberto was fantastic when I had various design questions. The guys that did the installation were great. Just an awesome team!

I hired Gotcha Covered since I had read about them here and other places. Their showroom was full of options and the staff helpful in deciding on the best blinds for large sliding glass doors and window openings in my condo living room and master bedroom. They came out and did an amazing job. They were on time, did all the work as planned and the finished product looks great!

Gotcha Covered had very good reviews. I met with them, went over our treatment design preferences. They made great suggestions/recommendations which we liked. Next they came out and measured. Our blinds had to be custom ordered; this took a couple of weeks. Once they arrived they scheduled time to come over and install the blinds. They did excellent work, showed up when they said they were and the installation was flawless. It was expensive but we are extremely happy with the product and how the project turned out. Great business that I would hire again.

It went great. They came out to the house to work with us on the specification. After installation there was a problem and they were very responsive to make everything perfect.

I seriously cannot say enough good things about the entire team at Gotcha Covered. They were wonderful and easy to work with from the beginning to end. They were extremely thorough in their in-home consultation, worked with us in the showroom, did a great installation job. When we had some follow-up questions, they come right over to provide service. Our blinds look amazing- we purchased both roller shades and some higher end decorative shades and receive many compliments.

Given the reviews here and the fact that they are local, I really wanted to like Gotcha Covered. When booking my initial consultation, I told the rep on the phone that I was interested in top down/bottom up options. I booked an appointment for Thurs. Pam arrived, a half hour late, clearly in a rush and with no idea of what I was looking for. She was abrupt and indicated only 2 options would work for me. She went out to her car to get the books and basically just flipped through them next to me before asking which fabric I was leaning toward. Not really a consultation, imo. She said I'd have a quote the next day, Friday. It's now Monday and I just called and she said she was just working it up now. Sure. All in all, I am left feeling pretty forgotten about and not worth her time. Does not inspire much confidence in how the rest of the project will go.

It was all amazing - the ordering (with Pam, excellent AND fun AND an expert in what she does!); the installation (with Chris (I think) and Victor) I think) who were amazingly fast , courteous, professional. And, it took a shorter time than expected to install! Quality product at a reasonable price working with exactly the sort of people you'd want to - who could ask for more?

From first meeting with their designer Pam, to receiving a competitive quote for some of the best products, to having the window treatments installed, everyone involved with this project from Gotcha Covered was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly. We are pleased with our finished product. We are extra pleased with how Gotcha Covered went the extra mile to deal with and fix a snag that we hit during installation. We had a most remarkable, favorable experience with Gotcha Covered Chicago. Our experience with Gotcha Covered Chicago was most refreshing compared to some other service providers we experienced. We started our Window Fashion search by reviewing reviews on Angieslist, Yelp, and Google Reviews. From what we read, we decided to try Gotcha Covered Chicago. We called Gotcha Covered Chicago and promptly within a few days Brian was out to our condo learning our needs, measuring our windows, and making recommendations. A few days later we were in Gotcha Covered's showroom looking at actual products, discussing pro's and con's of each, and deciding what was best for our desired window(s) application. After we decided what we wanted it was only a matter of weeks until we received the window shades and sheers. Installation of all was excellent, very precise and pleasing. Throughout our whole experience with Gotcha Covered Chicago, all Gotcha Covered personnel (Brian, Gilberto, the installers, and other staff people) were professional, polite, and personable. It was truly a remarkable, refreshing, favorable experience for us. Should we need more window fashions we will definitely call Gotcha Covered Chicago. We found their pricing more-than competitive ! The workmanship was terrible the window treatments were not properly measured or installed. I have a door that I need to go in and out of, when you use the door the whole section falls down. In the office they are all uneven and you get light in there so I am unable to work .

I contacted Gotcha Covered and Brian, the owner, visited my home to measure and quote the job. Brian's price was reasonable, the blinds were ordered. They arrived when Brian said they would and an installation was scheduled for a specific time (not the usual 4-hour time frame that most service providers quote) Today, the installers came to install. They were nearly an hour early for the appointment. The installation went well and the blinds look beautiful! I'd used them again!

Their quotes were competitive, shades arrived within the time frame quoted (about 3-4 weeks), and installation went smoothly.

Very impressed. We went to showroom to pick materials. They came out to measure and make finish and further material recommendations. ~3 week lead for fully custom blinds. Fast in my book. We are very happy with the finished product. Quality and install of shades are impressive. One minor error on one blind is being corrected without issue. Responsive.

I worked with Gotcha Covered to provide custom window treatments for my client, a homeowner in a high rise condo building. Randy Detert and his team at Gotcha Covered were both informed and helpful throughout the entire process. In their showroom we were able to see and try out working samples of different types of window blinds and shades, and look at samples of different color and material choices. Then, after we made our initial selections, they brought the samples to the condo when they came to do the field measures on site. They kept me informed with status updates during the production process and were helpful with scheduling the final installation and making sure the blinds were installed and functioning exactly as the homeowner wanted.

Brian is very personable and his ideas were very helpful. We needed window treatments for an entire house that we just had rehabbed. We selected a variety of treatments including Hunter Douglas Vignette roman shades and vertical shade for slider, Graber wood blinds and Hunter Douglas roller screen shades. Brian came out twice with samples because I was unable to make all the decisions at once, and he was very patient. Once selections were made it took 2-3 weeks for the custom treatments to be made and installed. We are very happy with the result, and I have been recommending Gotcha Covered to my family members looking for window treatments.

Randy and Danny at Gotcha Covered have now done all the windows in my house. They are awesome!!!!! Great suggestions and very good at working withing a limited budget. They are very entertaining and professional at the same time. I only wish that I had more windows to do because I am going to miss them! They are now doing some window treatments for my sister and she is also very happy with them!

Gotcha Covered provided my wife with exceptional, pleasant customer service. They made good on the product warranty, no questions asked, no fees, in a very professional manner, coming out to our home several times to get it done. I would happily work with them again.

This was a great experience. Brian came out and provided us with a quote for wood shutters in our child's bedroom and our master bedroom, as well as blinds for a guest bedroom. He had nice big samples for us to look at and compare in each room. He provided us with good feedback for what would work and not work within each room based on what our requirements were. The total price was out of our current budget but it was comparable to other quotes we received. In the end we ordered the wood shutters for our child's bedroom only. It was three shutters, one which was a double. They took 4 weeks to make and receive. I can't say enough good thing about the installation process. The two guys that came were GREAT! My 13 month old was asleep in the living room so they could work on his bedroom upstairs. They entered quietly with all their equipment (much more quiet than I expected). They were very professional, efficient, polite, and clean. I honestly can't believe how fast and quietly they set up the shutters in his room upstairs from us. After my son awoke, we were playing and he hit his face with a toy. He started to cry and one of the guys happened to be walking out to get equipment from the truck. He stopped by to see if my son was ok and tried to make him laugh to help him feel better!! It was above and beyond what I expected. The room itself looked AMAZING when they were completed and it was very clean. Definitely worth the price we paid. Completely elevated the look of his room. Brian steered us correctly. I will definitely use this company again. As soon as we've saved up the money, we will be ordering the remainder of our shutters. The only reason we didn't do it right away was because we made another unexpected big purchase recently.

I am extremely satisfied with the services I received. We live in the Chicago loop area in a highrise and needed two large shades to be used for sundown only. (Highrises in the loop provide an extra challenge to begin with for any service providers.) I wanted something modern and nice that fit the space, but did not block the view. Brian did a great job assisting with my choices, Chris did a great job with the quick and easy measure, and install of the shades and Gilberto provided great service coordinating and scheduling all of the services. Everyone was professional and friendly. I found the pricing for my hunter douglas products reasonable and comparable for the area as well. I definitely would recommend Gotcha Covered to others.

They helped me pick them out after I told them exactly what I wanted. He came out and measure and was really nice. He recommended that I didn't need to replace some other window treatments when I asked about those. They did a very good job when they installed them.
