Description of Work: The company installed these blinds years ago. (The approximate cost I listed was for the original installation.) When a cord broke, I thought I would need to buy new ones. However, they repaired it at no cost. I was especially pleased I did not have to buy new blinds because I plan to have my kitchen/dinette remodeled and would rather make a purchase when I have plans for the area.

Description of Work: They facilitated repair of a window shade that was purchased elsewhere by a third party. We expected to have to pay for a new one, but they quickly determined from the serial number when the shade was originally purchased and that it was still under warranty. We only had to pay for the shipping to/from the store to the manufacturer. Both of the individuals that we worked with were very friendly and helpful. Definitely would use them for future window shade needs.

+ -1 moreI just cannot say enough about this company. Randy is fantastic. We are new homeowners, and had no idea what to look for in blinds. We were also moving into a newly constructed condo. Randy came out for an initial consultation on a Saturday (a few hours before he was leaving on a cruise!) because that's what worked in my schedule. He was incredibly knowledgeable, but not pushy. I felt instantly at ease with him; as he is honest, he wasn't trying to push the top of the line where we didn't need it. Once we closed on the condo, he came back out to remeasure everything to make sure there were no changes. He had the blinds as promised in 3 weeks or less, and his installers were on time and did a great job! The blinds and shades look beautiful. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

+ -1 moreRANDY, THE OWNER OF THE LOCAL GOTCHA COVERED FRANCHISE, CAME TO DO THE MEASUREMENTS HIMSELF AND ALSO MADE SOME EXCELLENT SUGGESTIONS OF COLORS FOR BLINDS BASED ON OUR PAINT CHOICES. THE BLINDS WERE READY IN UNDER TWO WEEKS. THE INSTALLATION CREW WAS QUICK AND CLEAN AND VERY POLITE. THEY COMPLETED THE FULL INSTALLATION OF OUR BLINDS IN ABOUT AN HOUR. WHEN A SLIGHT PROBLEM WAS DISCOVERED WITH ONE BLIND A FEW WEEKS LATER, THEY WERE QUICK TO COME BACK AND FIX THE PROBLEM AT NO CHARGE. THE LEVEL OF SERVICE WAS CONSISTENTLY EXCELLENT. THE PRICES WERE ONLY SLIGHTLY HIGHER THAN SOME OTHER ESTIMATES, BUT THE HIGH-QUALITY SERVICE MORE THAN MADE UP FOR THE DIFFERENCE.
