Description of Work: She came in for a 4 hour cleaning. Cleaned all of the floors, fans, bathrooms, and kitchen beautifully. Just as I had asked. She was on time and very polite.

It went well.

The customer changed the original cleaning date to a new one which was totally fine with us. When we visited the house at the set date no one answered the door. We tried contacting the customer to reschedule with no response. A week later customer called us asking for explanation why are we not at his house and we explained to him that his scheduled appointment was a week ago. We asked the client if he would like to set a new date but he requested a refund.

Description of Work: I made an appointment with this provider in early February 2015 for sevice on March 9, 2015. I ended up having to clean house on my own. When I both emailed her AND left a Voice Mail on March 9, 2015, there was no attempt to contact me and re-set the date. I would like a refund for services not rendered and no explaination since February 2015.

Description of Work: i bought big deal through Angie's list for 4 hour cleaning job. I have one bedroom rental condo after changing carpet, painting, and refinished bathroom tub, sink, Only i need deep cleaning one Kitchen and dust off. I don't think it is too heavy duty work for 4 hours. She scheduled to come on March 2, but left email saying she can't make it due her kid is sick. Understood, asking her to come on the next day to do the job. But she never send me email nor call. I am wondering whether this company has staff to work with or sole worker became a company. Expecting better monitor by Angie's list big deal staff what is going on with those company who offered their price down but not providing services as they promised.

I am sorry that we missed out on the opportunity to work with one another. Unfortunately the coupon says that this deal does not include move in/out or post construction cleaning. I leave a message on Angie’s list side and never get beck from you. I checked my emails and phone records; I have not been contacted by the client. I believe that I did not miss your phone call or an email as I am the one picking up the phone calls and responding to the emails. If you read other clients' reports, they will say that I am very responsive. Again, my apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.
