Well. She was on time, and enthusiastic, and quite enjoyable to be around.

The cleaner arrived on time and worked continuously and thoroughly. It was the best cleaning I've had in years, and I've tried many different services. Everything was left in perfect condition, the granite counters gleaming, the stainless shining, every ceiling fan and windowsill dusted, etc., all using their own supplies. It was a great job for a very reasonable price. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner. I would highly recommend them.

I was pleased with the job she did. I will probably have them back.

Kasia cleans our house every other week. She is prompt, extremely nice and does a great job cleaning.

Cathy has done a great job from day one. We bought a coupon for the initial visit and we have hired her to come in every two weeks to continue cleaning our house. She is very punctual and professional. We do supply the cleaning products and she does use the special cleaner we have for our dining room table every time. She is very trustworthy and I would recommend her to anyone who is interested in having a reliable person clean their home.

For advertising In depth cleaning the cleaning was only superficial.

They did an amazing job. They were on time, and cleaned in places we didn't expect (behind things on shelves, etc.) We were really pleased with the service.

I scheduled the work very close to the Christmas holiday and was thankful that they were able to provide the service prior to Xmas. The lady who came to do the house cleaning was on time. She also did extra work as stated. I will use them again and plan on having the floors waxed again by this vendor.

Goldwing arrived over a half an hour late to our 8am appointment. We asked them to clean, vacuum and dust floors, counter tops, sinks, mirrors, light fixtures, tables as this is a comprehensive clean. Several places around the house were cleaned to our liking such as the the bathrooms, hardwood flooring and the counter tops. We were less than happy with the smaller details such as cleaning the cabinet splash marks and dusting of the low hanging light fixtures. Above all we were unhappy with them being late and the average cleaning job.

I have used Kasia's services for quite some time now. I LOVE it when she comes. She does a perfect job for me and I feel so happy when she has cleaned. I almost have tears in my eyes because my house looks incredibly clean and tidy. Sincerely, Jeannette H.

We have a German Shepherd who sheds a lot. Kathy performed an excellent job cleaning the house from top to bottom. She is very detail oriented and you couldn't tell we have a dog living with us. House was spotless! I would recommend Kathy to my friends and family!

The service provided was top notch and they arrived promptly. No weekend appointments which is a deal breaker for me, but the service is great.

Nice job! Very thorough, and considerate of the way we have the house set up. I have a kiddo with lots of stuff around. Kathy did a great job cleaning and organizing while still leaving things "findable."

She's really thorough even if she's not cleaning. If she's cleaning the bedroom, she'll make the bed and put all the pillows back on the bed. She's just really detailed.

I told her that the main concern I have is my woodwork, floors, and bathrooms. She made sure I was happy and did a wonderful job, concentrating on the areas that were most important to me. I have already recommended her to family and will use her again.

The provider sent me a email stating her daughter was sick about two weeks ago. She stated she will contact me to schedule a Friday, However she has not. Unprofessional/

Kasia arrived right on time at 11 am. I gave her the tour of my 2,000 sq. foot home which includes 3 bedrooms side by side. She immediately started in the master bedroom. I did check on her from time to time offering her a cold beverage and or snack and saw she was moving along fine with no questions for me. She seemed professional & proficient at her skill so I stayed downstairs in the kitchen area until she began cleaning in that section. I did inform Kasia that I had a doctor appointment and that I would be leaving at 2 pm but my daughter would be here should she need anything. My daughter arrived around 1:45 specifically so that someone would be in here since I had to step out. When I left at 2pm, the upstairs was done (or so I assumed) and Kasia was on main floor finishing one more room to complete. I Thanked her before I left, asked if she needed anything once more before I walked out. When I returned home, my house was very clean and I was pleased. I even sent a Thank You via email inquiring about bi weekly rates. My daughter mentioned she finished at about 4:10-4:15. The next evening I happened to go into the second bedroom and noticed it was never cleaned! I immediately emailed AND phoned Gold Wing Cleaning and left a message politely asking what happened in that room ? Not until the following day do I receive an e mail that she "Forgot to tell me she did not clean it because the door was closed." This should never had happened as, I showed her all the rooms prior to her starting, I frequently checked on her and her needs, I informed her when I was leaving. At no time did she tell me about this door being closed. I emailed her how disappointed I was that this happened and stated that I have had cleaning services for the past 20-23years and I have NEVER had something like this taken place. Especially since I was here for 3 out of 4 hours she was here and she never said anything about that door. No reason Kasia could not communicate this to me at some point during those 3 hours. I tried to resolve this directly with Gold Wing Cleaning asking how we can rectify this issue and she had the audacity to try to extort an Additional $30 to come back to clean a room she was supposed to clean from the start! Most companies accomplish cleaning my home fully in 2- 2 1/2 hours. 4 hours later and 1 entire bedroom was left out seems incompetent not to mention most unprofessional. Very disappointed in this company and am considering cancelling payment.

She was very nice and very accomodating however I didnt use the deal because my regular cleaning lady ended up completing the work for me.

It went very well. She was on time, cleaned my house thoroughly and was very pleasant.

They would not come to my son's neighborhood - Angie's List still has my money.

We could not be happier with the service we received from Kasia today! I could not wait to come write a review (and I hate writing reviews). This is by far our favorite Angie's list purchase. Every single surface throughout the house from top to bottom was cleaned. I honestly don't know how she got it done so quickly. She even made our beds (and our daughter's crib...so cute). Rooms were brighter and lighter and it smelled so fresh and clean when you walked through the front door (which was also cleaned by the way). Every blind was individually cleaned, the ceiling fans were cleaned...the list goes on and on. My husband called me almost giddy to tell me how it turned out. The cleaning wasn't the only thing we were pleased with. Every single time I sent a message to coordinate a day and time for service, I received a response within minutes and they were all so polite! We are definitely using this service again in the future!
