Technicians completed work in a timely manner. They were professional and answered any questions.

They charged over a $1000, that's why they haven't been back. My overall experience, communication and interaction with them is a C. My first impression of the them was B.

I have out twice a year. Spring and fall. Spring for the A/C and fall for the furnace. They are very expensive. They are good and I have no problems with them. They tend to be expensive. My only problem is the cost.

Even when you get the discount for Angie's list, that is not really much of a discount anymore. They need to bring their prices down.

The central air and furnace were like double the price of competitor. It was middle of winter so I had to buy it. So it was like January and they said that my furnace, the manifolds there was a crack in them so that’s when you have to worry about CO poisoning. I chose to go with them because they’ve always been my service providers for cleaning and checking the heating and air conditioning in my house and then when it went out that was during a service call to have the furnace cleaned and they condemned it at that time because of the corrosions in the furnace. So they were there servicing the equipment and they found a problem and they had to condemn it so I had to get a replacement furnace at that time. It took them probably 8 hours to replace the furnace. They gave me an estimate on a new furnace and they could get it there within a few hours. This was in January and it was like 10 degrees. They had to be there and I couldn’t look for other bids because of the time of year. It’s under warranty so I almost have to have them service it.

Their maintenance is like a 10, but buying equipment from there is very, very expensive. The price was the problem for me. It took them a couple hours, they’re very thorough. One person comes out.

We've used them consistently for many years. They were awesome. I was very happy with them, with the price and everything. It was excellent service. They are reliable and professional. They have excellent customer service and knowledgeable employees. It took them several hours for the job.

I give them A-plus for everything.

They were able to come out on the same day, fixed the problem quickly and I have used them before with the same excellent result. I would definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

They are 100% okay. We have been using them for years. We always have a coupon. They come and give you a coupon for your services. They always come on time. They keep checking. They will send you a card by mail as a reminder that it is your time. I appreciate it. Price is good, I like it, and it is not bad. Quality is very good. They are very professional. They have been doing an amazing job wen they do the job. They clean up after themselves. They put the covers over their shoes. I have been using them for so many years. We have been in this house for 18 years. I think the second year we got a new A/C. So for 16 years we hve been using them.

The process was fine, teams were professional and on time as planned. The system itself was expensive, after "negotiations" there was considerable change in the price when you start comparing apples to apples.....and their price did come down.

The installation crew took about 6 1/2 hours to put in (~3:30pm - 10:00pm). The system did not start when they turned it on, they were blowing fuses on the board in the furnace. They were unable to fix, and it seemed they had little knowledge of what to do. The installation looks shoddy also, with the coil housing improperly mounted and not sealed. Had to have a tech come out the next morning to find that they had shorted a thermostat wire. The tech also sealed the coil housing with RTV (not the best solution, but I didn't want the install crew on the job again), and did other fixes on the furnace connections which were improperly done by the same company when I had the furnace installed a couple years ago. Overall I expected a expert installation, but what I got was "haf-ast". I'm sure the shoddy appearance will ultimately show up negatively on a home inspection when I try to sell the house. Hopefully the system will now work well, so time will tell. I wonder if Lennox would "approve" such an installation of their product. My advice based on my experience: DO NOT hire these people to do your HVAC!

Very well! They didn't leave a mess and were prompt. They came when they said they would. So far everything is working well with the AC.

I was able to use a coupon, always available, When dad was alive we had problem with furnace, my dad had medical issues and they were there 24/7, and always cleaned up.

I called them last night and they were out here this morning and replaced it at no charge. We have been with them for 16 years since they originally installed the furnace and air conditioning. Overall, they have been pretty good and reliable. Just like any company or business, your going to get one or two guys that you don't know where they are coming from or what they are doing, and it happens. Once something like that does happen, and it doesn't get corrected, they are out here to correct it. They have been pretty good and that's why we have stayed with them. Their price is comparable with everybody else. It's not the greatest, but it's not the worse.

UPDATE: This is an update to my previous plumbing review I submitted on 8/5/17. I received a call from 4 seasons to discuss the review. The fact they reached out to me tells me they truly care about their customers. They plan to refund me some credit towards the cost of the sump pump. I appreciate they took the time to listen and to resolve this!

I will never use Four Seasons again and would not recommend that anyone else do so either. My two air condensers were working properly and in full force when Four Seasons came to provide their annual cleaning. My regular company was unavailable, so Four Seasons cleaned the units, which are behind a locked gate. The technician created a large pool of dark water and promised to clean it up, which he did. I didn’t use the first floor unit immediately, but when I did, it no longer provided cool air. I traveled out of town, returned, and called Four Seasons back within ten days of the original visit. They were available the same day and now told me that the malfunctioning unit lacked Freon because of a leak. I asked why the original technician didn’t detect a leak. (His paperwork confirmed all tests were normal.) The new technician said he could not speak for the former technician and would not show me the leak. I had three options: spend about $650 to add new Freon, spend roughly $1,600 on a leak detection kit, or buy a new unit, which I later learned would cost $5,400. He recommended replacing what had been a perfectly working unit because the Freon – R22 – will be prohibited by the EPA in 2020. Because of a series of unsatisfactory answers, I asked him to leave. After consulting my regular company, who also advised me to buy a new unit but said the R22 was currently prohibited (although it is available on Ebay and Craigslist for $29 a pound), and conducting many hours of research, I found a new HVAC licensed company. The owner informed me over the phone of two other options: drain the R22 and replace it with Nu22, which is EPA approved and costs about $60 a pound, or use a $100 sealant that seals small leaks when run through a system. I asked him to inspect the unit. Here is the shocker (although my intuition had already suspected this): the unit had been drained completely of its Freon, which destroyed the unit, and the only place he found Freon was on the ground underneath the unit’s release valve. I informed Four Seasons and sent them a photo. The management team responded that any inference that they were responsible was speculation but they would credit their cleaning fee toward a leak detection kit. I hired the very honest and knowledgeable HVAC person to replace the 11-year-old unit for $2,800. He shared with me extensive knowledge of Four Seasons unprincipled practices. When I shared this information with my hair stylist, she reported a similarly shocking story: Four Seasons disconnected her system and walked away when an Indiana building inspector required a permit. Only after great complaining, did they reconnect her system.

They are "A+" from top to bottom. Their price is very reasonable.

They are too high priced. I had a good experience. They were very punctual. They were very good and they explained all the procedures that they did.
