I had a service call yesterday with Four Season for a furnace that was blowing but not producing heat. The technician diagnosed the problem as a faulty pressure switch and quote the job with install at $469. This sounded high so I did some research and noted that pressure switches for my furnace retail for $50 or less so I sent the tech away and call another company. My instincts served me well. The other company showed up today, diagnosed the actual problem (NOT a faulty pressure switch), but a clog in the pressure switch line. Because the tech solved in within 20 minutes, he offered to do a free cleaning while he was here. Total bill = $124. (plus the $85 failed service call from Four Seasons). Bottom line: trust your instincts and stick with smaller/more local companies if you can.

It went perfectly and the drain was cleared in a few minutes. I had another service provider out earlier end they told me that they could not auger out the drain even though it had been augered before, They said I needed a power jet for $1400 and there was no guarantee it would solve the problem. They charged me $49 for that information. Four Seasons came in, gave me a free estimate and said they could auger out the blockage. They did so for 25% of the other estimate. I would use them again in a heartbeat..

The installation took a long time from 10a to 10p. Everything went smoothly. They even modified few things they did at 9pm upon my request. So patient so professional. I also had few issues when I applied rebate. They responded my email timely and solved them all. The salesman is nice smart and hardworking, always replied my emails clear and timely. I can't find anything to complain yet. Everything they did showed they are so professional. I understand I might get better pricing from some individual contractors or smaller companies. But I still rated their price as A because I think my extra money is for their excellent service. And I already feel so supported. BTW, I am a Costco member but I picked Four Seasons for reasons.

I decided to combine the sump pump replacement with the resolution of water issues in my basement. As a result, I used another company that both replaced my sump pump and addressed the water issues.

Replaced entire system in 2010 and heat exchanger rusted out due to improper installation. Thank goodness Lennox stood by their product unlike Four Seasons who totally ignored the shoddy workmanship. We had another reputable company replace instead of allowing these shysters into my home EVER again! Be very careful!!! I have pictures to prove they nearly killed us!

Fantastic experience all around -- from Gino L. in Sales to the installation team of Jon and Jaime. Office staff great too. Follow-up the day after installation to see how everything went was a nice touch. Not only did Gino (in Sales) call to check in with me, the Office staff did too. I felt as if they genuinely cared/wanted to make sure I was happy. Great parts/labor warranty too. I feel that I'm in good hands if something goes wrong with the unit when the cold weather arrives. No regrets at all over my decision to go with Four Seasons for my new furnace.

I have been a long term customer having bought my furnace and a/c from them along with annual cleanings. I even purchased their Carefree Membership Program in 2014. However when I woke up one Friday morning last winter my furnace wasn't working. When I called Four Seasons they said they couldn't get out to service it until Monday. Why be faithful to a company that doesn't show the same consideration. Three days is a,long time to go without heat when it is cold outside.

There good about coming out, their pricey and I don't think they solved my issue. I didn't even call them back to finish work. There great when you call to come our right away, friendly. I think what happened was whatever the price was I thought I could do better elsewhere. Well in that particular market I don't know there is a whole lot they can do, because I am sure there not going to lower prices, especially when 24 hour service. The price would be the thing I guess.

This is solely based on the “plumber” who came out and the plumbing portion of four seasons. I asked them to come out and give me an estimate on my broken down water heater because they usually do my furnace/a/c clean and checks. But this......... whoa..... I asked for a quote on a tankless water heater which I knew would be expensive. They told me $5600 for a tankless, then proceeded to say that I would need a whole house water filter installed. Total cost was $5900!!!!!!! I never got offered any alternatives, just this, and boy did they push they’re agenda. The guy who came out barely spoke about the water heater, “this is what I would install, recommend, for the size and amount of bathrooms you have” here’s the pamphlet, here’s the quote, Good luck God bless!!!Called power plumbing and sewer inc, in Chicago, gave them my dimensions as I am limited in space, offered and recommended a 40 gallon hybrid!!!! Said, “stay away from tankless for now”.....Never even thought of it!!! $2700 later Non-stop hot water..... four seasons please PLEASE stick to HVAC.....

We had just bought the house and we wanted to make sure the central unit was okay. The central unit out side they took that apart and cleaned it and made sure the gauges were working. Then, he came inside and then the coil below the furnace he checked those out. It was fine, working real well. We were very impressed. Very serious, very dedicated, worked fast and efficient. He was very good. It was a coupon discount, we got it for less than the typical price.

My first impression was good. They sent us a coupon. They were punctual. They did what they said they were going to do and everything works.

It's been a few years, we've only used them like twice. The heater works. It's expensive. They do a pretty good job and they do what you need them to do. The communication is fine. They leave it pretty clean. We keep going back because they send us coupons.

I would never, ever, ever hire this company again. We called the 24-7 service hotline Thursday evening. The soonest a tech could come was Friday 5-8. The tech arrived Friday at 7:30. He determined the problem as the motor and had to be replaced for $1,000. The pricing kept changing. He wasn't able to determine the correct amount. I also wasn't allowed to use the repair coupon because this wasn't a repair....made no sense whatsoever. The tech doesn't carry motors on the truck so another tech had to come Saturday morning. Saturday morning brings another inept tech. He determined the motor wasn't the issue but the whole unit needed to be replaced. If I wanted to have it replaced that day, I needed to pick out a new furnace in 10 minutes. So easy to make a $6000 purchase in 10 minutes. He left and came back because he made a mistake with the paperwork. An install crew comes back to install the furnace but brought the wrong furnace. They also don't have any of the materials to install the furnace off the ground as we requested. They sat in my driveway for 2 hours calling and messaging their boss to figure out what to do. However, they weren't able to reach any boss to tell them how to proceed. We now have to wait until Sunday to have the correct furnace installed. Sunday brings the new install crew with the correct furnace. It takes 8 hours for install. At the end of the install, the air won't kick on. They told us they can't figure it out because they aren't techs only an install crew. We now have to wait until 10 PM for another service tech to come out. A wire was hooked up incorrectly. Days after day with numerous folks and only 1 had skills to work performing HVAC work. These aren't skilled technicians. This isn't a family owned business. This a corporation which uses measures to find the cheapest route possible. Their own employees can't even reach a management member to figure out the next step. Don't think for a minute you are getting a skilled HVAC employee. You are getting a company trained tech by the company. After complaining, they took some money off. Not enough to address the terrible state of their company. They need to lose customers to understand the company is on a one way track to folding up. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE think twice about using them!!!

We bought our boiler from them and they come every other year to do the cleaning and maintenance. They were running a special for $59.95. They met me on time. This contractor typically gives me a four hour window of time. I believe the time was between noon and 4 o'clock, and they arrived in the middle around 2pm. So far, they just come in to do the maintenance, they haven't had to do any repairs or anything like that. I think the price is outstanding. They seem to like to contact me on a yearly basis to come in and do the maintenance. There has been a couple of times over the years where I have asked them to be a little bit more specific on the time lines, simply because I had other opportunities I needed to address during the day. Sadly, they weren't that flexible. The only issue I have had, has been the punctuality. I normally go with them. They know the house. Typically, I know the work man that comes in. I understand the issues that take place when dealing with a heating and air conditioning company.

Easy appointments. They were very accommodating. They're rates were good.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FOUR SEASONS! We had them do a major plumbing job for which we were given two estimates. We chose the higher of the two estimates, which involved a bit more work than the lower estimate. When they were finished, we saw that they did the work described in the lower estimate but had charged us the higher price. Now it is a battle with know-nothings on the phone and we have gotten nowhere. We have called at least four times and each time we have to explain everything all over again and get the same promise for a return call, which never comes. We will never use them again and strongly urge you to think twice before calling. They don't take responsibility of their work. Whenever you send them an email they tell you to call a number, but never answer your complaints and never apologize. They took two days to even answer my first email complaint. I guess they were waiting for my check to be deposited in their account. I let the karma get them.

They're not knowledgeable. They could do no work for me in the future.

As far as I can tell they've been good. They've only been here one time so far. For price, I don't have anything to compare it to. It's a large chunk of money but they were also very helpful with the rebates and making us aware of rebates that came with the unit and services. I'm sure there are cheaper out there. They were pretty much on time. I would use them again.

They come out in the spring and fall to check the systems. We also got gift cards for a couple thousand because we purchased the new system. They kept us informed and I watched the whole thing.

We had done several quote and they were comparable. We got three different quotes and I just liked what they had to offer. The three best qualities were their service, they were very professional and went over the top.

They were punctual and had good customer service.

Excellent. Complete installation on the same day.
