Technician was prompt and professional.

Cleaning and inspection seemed fine. However when the tech was asked about a wiring issue with my two stage furnace, his knowledge level was very poor. Telling me there is no problem, when I am sure there is. He just wanted to be done with the service call and leave. He said “If there’s any problems, just give us a call.” Leave it for the next guy, I guess. And at least another service call charge. Probably will be getting a second opinion from a different contractor. UPDATE AS OF 11.22.2019: This is an addendum to a review I submitted a week ago, with regard to improper furnace and humidifier wiring. I have to say that Four Seasons does genuinely seem to care about poor service experiences and makes great effort to make things right. The wiring was assessed and fixed, and the technician today was very knowledgeable and professional. I am still not happy about the initial installation two years ago by Four Seasons, when the wiring was done in the first place, and I had to determine the problem on my own. But the follow up they provided in response to a poor service experience was good.

çWe had a new furnace and air conditioner installed 4 years ago through Costco. We had problems repeatedly with the control unit and humidifier. There were five different service personnel who came out, each with a different diagnosis. We had to call a different company even though we had a service contract. Recently again the control unit did not work all night. We received repeated error messages. We called and although the service man was suppose to come between 1 and 6, He arrived at 8:45 pm. He walked into the house and since the furnace had finally came back on he said he could not diagnose the problem and wanted 85 dollars. You know what we told him! It is a big company with a lot of advertising, high prices and incompetent service!

Wonderful, from the salesman to the installers. On time, neat, clean and they know what they are doing. I would recommend anyone to hire this company. Then today they sent out a tech Mario and he inspected everything. That’s a good company?

We scheduled the appointment, used the coupon and they made recommendations for maintaining the furnace. All went well.

Called for a tune-up... The day of service, technician stated I had a faulty capacitor. Since I was dealing with a family medical emergency at the time, I had no time to research the cost and immediately approved the repair, which cost nearly $400... in addition to the $90 I was paying for the tune-up. I was told I was "paying for a life-time warranty". After receiving the invoice the next day, I consulted with other HVAC companies. They all stated the normal charge to replace a faulty capacitor should be no more than $150 to $200. Essentially I was overcharged by $200. The technician also falsified records about when he was at my home. When I contacted Four Seasons, I was told it was my fault for approving the charge and there would be no resolution. I was told on a social media review that someone would be contacting me soon. It's now been over a month and I haven't heard a word from them since. Avoid this company at all costs! They will swindle you when you're at your lowest and then try to justify it by saying you approved the repair.

Technician called ahead with ETA, arrived as expected. Checked over both the water heater and boiler, taking into account how high the water had been. He wrote up the estimate,left me a copy, told me I would get an invoice by email also to send to insurance company. He was polite, said if any more questions, just call.

The young man was puctual and very efficient. He also checked the thermostats.

Great service. We had another company come out 3 months before for the same problem, they routed about 15 feet and cost almost $300 when I called back there was no warranty so I called four seasons who came out the same day and completely routed 100 ft out finding tree roots to be our issue, they also cut and went through our main water pipe and then repaired it putting a cap on it for $750. Very satisfied that the job is now done right!

Perfect! Made recommendations showed us how to use the timer.

Four Seasons is very professional, they call before coming out, show you what will be done along with time frame and even show you what needs to be replaced and why. Most people may not not but they do more than hearing and cooling.

They have a good service, I like that they are a 24/7 company with no additional charges.

They said it was a faulty line to the catch basin. $1700 to inspect and clean. They they said that when they did that “repair” they also found a hole in line to main sewer and that would be between 7500 and 10,000 to dig up and repair...this set off my BS RADAR. Because meanwhile the drain i asked them to fix was STILL backing up when i did laundry after the “$1700 FIX”. Oh maybe – its the sump pump. REALLY? That's maybe a $350 fix and i paid them $1700 for NOTHING. They replaced the sump pump for more money i dont even remember how much, and the drain worked. But did i have to spend that $1700 for NOTHING. Seriously. They were also supposed to unstick a faucet which they couldn’t figure out how to do ( just had a real plumber fix it for $90). Then i had to froce them to take that task off the bill which of course was not itemized, just to make it even less transparent. I will never again trust a company that has a sales force making repair decisions. The first job they did for me was fine and i gave them a great review. But I’m sorry i hired them again. I was conned.

Biggest rip-off in Illinois. I was quoted $1100 to repair my air conditioner. I went online and found the parts for $88.00. The tech told me they have a life time warranty I told him to put the old parts back and I’ll have the work done elsewhere. He put me on the phone with a account rep who told me “that’s what we charge “ I have done business with Four Seasons for many years, NEVER AGAIN! Follow up . I had the unit repaired today for $ 100 parts and labor and I only needed one part not two. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

We have been using Four Seasons for years for our furnace & air. At their last visit we decided to have the ducts cleaned. The house is over 60 years old and we are the second owner so chances were pretty good the ducts were never cleaned. We have a separate furnace & air for the first & second floor. When we said we only wanted to do the first floor there was no pressure to do both. Reason is the reason is that the second floor was added 35 years ago and it does not get a lot of traffic. The 2 man crew arrived on time. They went over what they were going to do and how long it would take. They were done in the the planned time of 3 hours and explained again all they did. I would recommend them highly.

So we asked 3 companies to bid on replacing our AC and Evaporator Coil. Four Seasons was one of them. Before the appointment, an extremely rude person called and said to me “This is Kevin from Four Seasons. I calling to make sure that you want your AC replaced.” I was a bit taken aback because we were looking for a quote, not having him come over to get the AC replaced but I didn’t feel like correcting him so I asked him to meet my wife at home and go ahead with the appointment. An hour later my wife texted me to tell me that she met the rudest individual EVER and that she’s still upset with his behavior. Supposedly, he barged in the house and demanded to know where the AC was... My wife thought that his question was a bit odd because the AC is usually outside the house so she said that maybe he should look downstairs. He got annoyed at her and said “No, the FURNACE is downstairs. Where’s the AC?” Ironic that a grown man that makes a business out of selling ACs can’t find a large AC outside the house.... oh well... So she directed him to the outside of the house and he came back a few minutes later and wanted to go downstairs and acted extremely rude the entire time... After he was done, he left a quote for her and the price was higher than the 1st company and 3rd company by 21% and 23%. The AC will be installed this week so don’t have any experience to share on the installation as of yet but the 3rd company was very professional and amazing to work with so far so hopefully the work will be equally as good. Even if Four Seasons were to pay me to get this guy to install the AC in my house, I would absolutely refuse. Horrible horrible person... Will not deal with Four Seasons again... Avoid at all cost.

We were quoted $1,000 to repair but recommended we replace unit for $5,600. We fixed ourselves with $200 parts. The fan motor needed to be replaced. Had we gotten a reasonable estimate of aprox $500 we would have had the repair completed. Don’t feel I can trust Four Seasons any longer. Too bad.

They came out quickly. Adam was very open about the process, his views on different approaches and product types, and helped design the best solution. The installers were very professional and efficient, cleaned everything up, and ensured we understood how everything worked.
