Perfect On an annual inspection technician discovered cracked heating element I previously purchased units from 4-seasons & due to their professional staff I was comfortable using their services again. Of course I wish it wasn’t so expensive but I do trust them

Two installers arrived on time and worked diligently for 12 hours with only a short dinner break. They were polite and able to answer all my questions. Despite the weather and my suggestion that they wait for warmer weather, they installed a chimney liner so that the installations were 100% finished when they left. The work area was clean and no debris was left for me to handle. I would gladly have them return in the future.

The tech showed up right at the beginning of the appointment window, which was great. He took care to clean and check the furnace well, gave us some tips on filter maintenance, and was out the door within about 30 minutes. Great experience.

Very well. The tech arrived wearing a mask and booties over his shoes. He answered my questions. He proceeded to thoroughly clean my AC unit and check the valves, etc. It is in perfectly good working order.

The tech was friendly, answered all my questions and found a problem with one of the furnace parts. He was able to get the new part quickly from the warehouse and changed it out. Because I have gotten tuneups every year, my 12 year warranty was still in effect, so I only had to pay for the tuneup. The part was expensive but I got it free with my warranty.

I have used Four Seasons in the past and always had good quality and service until now. My very expensive Bradford White hot water heater they sold me and installed died after only seven years. A rep came out and confirmed it was defective from the manufacturer and acknowledged that they had problems with the units. My first thought is if you knew you were selling defective products why wouldn't you extend the warranty and protect your customer? After receiving a very high quote I called and talked to a supervisor. Once again I was lied to. They told me they use "contractor grade" products and they were better than what you could buy at Home Depot etc. They said the ones store bought used cheaper parts, liners, seals and switches. This was to justify a very high price they once again quoted providing "discounts". To protect myself I contacted Rheem directly and they confirmed this was a lie. I also contacted several other plumbers and they also confirmed they never heard of that. I also contacted Home Depot who was highly offended by that comment, again confirming it was a lie. So........ someone is not telling the truth and price gauging. The supervisor also told me that they just install they don't build the product. Fact is they sell the product for a very high mark up and then absolve themselves of any liability. This is unfair and takes advantage of people. I am disappointed in Four Seasons.

Dave was so kind and neat and quick. Checked everything. Showed me how to work pilot. But if anything happens I will just call Four Seasons again.

Horrible. They rob us. Charge over 5,200 when they advertise A/C and a furnace is $3000 on tv.

Cleaning was completed quickly and additional maintence was required which was completed as well.

The service technician was friendly, and worked quickly. He also checked our humidifier because we had a question about the settings on it and gave us suggestions.

We have been customers of Four Seasons for about 25 years including the past 15 years following the purchase of a new townhome in 2004. During that time we have faithfully used the company for annual maintenance and inspections, paid for at least two fairly costly furnace repairs and one AC repair, purchased a new humidifier and paid for a repair of it. We fully expected to use Four Seasons when the time came to replace our furnace and air conditioner. During this year’s annual inspection the technician noticed that furnace was making a high-pitched squealing sound which was a motor bearing that might last for weeks or months but could potentially fail at any time. A repair would cost in excess of $1000 and considering the 15 year age of our furnace and AC we decided that now was the time to replace them. The technician was actually a senior associate with Four Seasons who only occasionally makes annual maintenance and inspection visits when schedules happen to require it, and in that capacity provided an estimate of $15,000 after rebates for a furnace and AC with 10 year warranties, or nearly $14,000 if we installed an AC with only a 5 year warranty. This is several thousand dollars over the market price based on what neighbors with the same model and similarly sized townhome have paid, and based on a quote from another provider with a string of stellar reviews on Angie’s List. Evidently Four Seasons’ modus operandi is to obtain the highest price that a customer will bear for its product and service leaving them – even those who have been loyal for many years – to haggle for a fair price. Customers who are unfamiliar with the technical jargon and technical specifications of the various alternative products offered, and what may be the best alternative for their situation are therefore at a huge disadvantage. A company that operates in this way is not our kind of a company. In contrast, we accepted an offer from a company that specializes in evaluating the needs and wants of its customers, fulfilling them with a high quality product and service – that is no more nor less than what they want and need – and doing so at fair price. The process is haggle free. Our kind of a company. (Update) My review dated 11/12/19 Priscilla from Four Seasons called and in light of my review offered to refund the cost of the annual inspection of our old furnace. I accepted the offer. This apparently is the "resolution" of the matter referred to in the company's response to my review.

I was disappointed that my furnace that is only a few years old required a repair of a pump costing over $500 plus I don’t like this paperless system that leaves me with no documentation of work done and requires me to acknowledge that I have received a written notice of consumer rights that is not provided and to state that I am 100% satisfied before work is even completed.

Great. Technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. Answered all of my questions and gave me great advice. Completely satisfied.

Great, company replace any and all parts as well as galvanized piping anything that make boiler run smooth an efficient. This is my second job with company first job residential home,replace my furnace company will always have my business

Wasn’t fixed the first time. Had to come back and do it again. Updated 11/12/2019: Subsequent to my review, 4 seasons contacted me. I was pleased that they were concerned. The fact that they resolved my issue was fine and they compensated me for part of what I paid. I would recommend them because they care about providing good service.

The technician came 30 minutes early, diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, and made the repair. Clean, professional, didn’t try to sell me anything. This is why we keep using Four Seasons.
