The appointment with Ruben to clean and inspect my furnace went very well. I was very happy with the technician's work and communication. He did a very thorough cleaning, diagnosed an issue with the system, and efficiently repaired it.

Excellent, the team came in with foot covers, assessed the situation, talked me through their findings, and provided recommendations. Ultimately they concluded that the sensor was dirty and they honored the no break-down guarantee.

Excellent and prompt service. I called at 4:30 am after waking up to a furnace blowing cold air. A technician was on site by 8:00 am. He was very helpful and took his time to explain the issues clearly and wrote up a detailed estimate. It was a relief to have such a prompt response when the temperatures are freezing.

Very well. After a full inspection, it turned out we're needed a long overdue cleaning. In addition, he showed me a few "tricks of the trade" to do the next time we think there is a problem with our furnace that would help diagnose the problem.

The job was done professionally. The technician checked the thermostat and then cleaned the igniter.

Everything went smoothly. It was a snowy Friday night. They gave me a window 6p-10p and arrived about 6:30p. Technician was knowledgeable and we had a pleasant experience. We'll definitely use this service again when needed.

Review- 17 Jan 2020 Greetings. I am a new customer and I recently had my heating and air conditioning replaced by 4 Seasons. The initial inspection (done by Juan) indicated that our heat exchanged was burnt out and I was advised to have the unit replaced. We moved forward with the finance company and qualified for a loan to have a new heating and cooling system put in place. I was surprised to learn that the installation was going to be done that same day. The techs (Ronald and Fernando) were very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough in their craftmanship. They explained how the new system would work and showed me where the new gas line and shut off valve were located and also advised me on my water heater pilot light and how to relight the water heater if I ever needed too. The last tech (Randy) showed up to complete an inspection of the work the installation techs completed. He indicated they completed the work without any concerns and was very helpful in answering my questions and concerns and advised me of the warranty and how important it was keeping the system clean each year to keep the warranty valid and in place for the next five years. Overall, I am happy and relieved that our system is in place and will recommend Four Seasons to my neighbors. Regards Stephen & Julie

The Repair guy was Really a Very Nice guy! Great Customer service was given. Answered every question and gave great advice on how to maintain my furnace. He’s definitely a asset to your company. Thumbs up with that guy👍🏽👍🏽

Repair guy was nice and did good work. Was not told ahead of time that I would need to pay 408 dollars for essentially hooking up a wet vac to the end of a pipe and turning it on for thirty seconds Expected to pay $200 Actual payment was $493 Line codes from the invoice S-Service Call $85.00 S-Blow Out Condensate Drain $408.00 DESCRIPTION OF WORK / RECOMMENDATIONS from vendor Condensate pvc drain clogged with sludge & slime. Cleared condensate drain with nitrogen & vacuum. Unit draining properly after repair. 0ppm co reading. No gas leaks found. Customer recently had a cc completed. All ok at departure. Recommendation is that if you need this service performed is to get a quote in writing from the vendor ahead of time or just get a shop vac and do it yourself. Will not recommend although would like to hear vendor response as to how this poor customer experience could work better. (UPDATE): The Vendor has reached out to try and mitigate the cost and is much appreciated.

The technicians Chris and Tammer were punctual and very professional in the way they spoke and interacted with me. They made sure the area that they were working in was spotless before they left. They also asked if I had any questions in regards to how the system worked multiple times. These guys were great!!

Four Season focuses on defrauding its customers and taking their money and not following up on their work, they sent two installers to our home who had no idea what they were doing, we have already spent over $20,000 with Four Seasons, so lets just say we know the difference and when the HVAC techs damage your house like they did ours and then the staff doesn't follow up or the owner, yes you get this type of review and the BBB should look into their sales and service practices Four Seasons Heating Owner Dave Musial does not return phone calls when I have called 8 times this week. Four Seasons is quick to take your money but refuse to respond timely when your ceiling is leaking from their crap work and poorly trained employees, and after 5 visits to our home, their own tech walked out in shock of the poor workmanship, Lennox should relook at who they deal with. I have been told by someone at their office they take full responsibility, of (that is without question, you were the ones that damaged our home) and you will file a claim with your insurance agency, that still doesn't answer the question: 1. Why are your employees untrained? 2. Who are you sending into our homes? what i the standards? 3.Why does Lennox deal with a company that is unprofessional 4. Where is Waldo, or Dave the own as he doesn't return customer calls 5. When will the BBB of Chicago look into their business practices Before you hire them, tell them you saw this review and you have questions of their ethics Google: please look into this company, they are "steering" reviews and not allowing all reviews to be posted which violates your TOS

The technician, Dominick, was prompt, polite and professional. He explained everything he had done.

Work went well. It took about as long as expected and got the heat back on. The workers were careful to cover the floors so nothing would get damaged. Definitely would hire again.

They called 30 min prior to arrival. Placed tarp on the floor to prevent damage. Very professional and courteous.
