Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning

Gerardo showed up on time and ready to do the work. He explained what he was going to do and was very professional. I had a new AC unit and a humidifier for my furnace installed. He showed me how to use both and the work is excellent. So far, so good!

Well I wasn’t here, I can only speak of the cleanliness of unit and what the wife said about his performance, firstly last year your guy did a great cleaning and repair, and I’ve used you guys for years now, mostly for plumbing emergencies, and always had great service, I know it helps when the man is home, so I’ll assume that was the problem today, the outside condensers were cleaned like ****, I could have done a better job with the hose, which was right next to the units, then because there wasn’t a parent here the first time, the second time out the guy didn’t have a step ladder to get at the fan unit, so he left and another service guy came and serviced the indoor portion, from what I can see not much was done, but like I said it was probably because the man wasn’t home. So next time I’ll be sure to be home for annual inspection and cleaning, I’ve used you in the past at home and recently at my shop in Oakbrook and will call again.! I like perfection or at the very least an effort. I suppose we had a bad hair day going on today, maybe the Covd was bothering him! I’ve had nothing but good service until today, one bad day doesn’t change the 15 previous great service call. The customer service is great as well as scheduling!!!

Excellent. Matt was extremely professional and clearly walked through the service plan. We have an older unit and he recommended replacing but was not pushy. I appreciated him taking the time to walk through the options. I am hoping to get at least another year due to COVID and other house issues but Four Seasons would be who I contract with when the time is right. Thanks Matt for your service on my AC today!

Cody was my tech and he was fantastic. Came to the house explained everything, and gave me multiple options. Went with the one that was best for me and Cody ordered the part, retuned a few hours later and installed. Explained everything I asked and more. If you’re going with Four Season, I would look into l requesting Cody.

Seems to be OK. Kinda just have to wait and see if the job was done right. I'm no expert, so all I can do is have faith that the work was done well and no short-cuts were taken. But all seems to be well.

Everything was fine. Serviceman was very knowledgeable and did an efficient and professional job.

Not the best. I had work done from this company about a month ago. It was a 6 hour job, was responsibly priced and they did a great job. Had this company come out again today due to a small and slow leak (different issue than previous visit). I was quoted double what the first job cost and this job is just replacing a single pipe. The technician was friendly but man, just feel like they were taking advantage of the situation. Pretty let down.

My heat stopped coming out of certain vents, and it also was turning off/on every few minutes. they came out and discovered i needed a limit switch. I had issues with cost of service, however They have reached out to me and we had a mutual agreement.

It went very well. The technician calls in advance to let you know they are on their way. They get things done fairly quickly. They also do the air conditioner before the summer.

On a Cold and Snowy 2nd day of Spring 2020, my heating system went out and got really cold in the house. Called Four Seasons to come out for an immediate repair. Four Seasons was able to come out within 2 hours. Technician was very knowledgeable and fixed the the problem right away and my furnace was up and running before the freezing night came. My wife and I wanted to take the time to tell others how much our family appreciates what Four Seasons did for us today by adjusting our bill some to help with the cost of fixing our furnace during these difficult times when most everyone is concerned about the status of their employment due to COVID-19. Four Seasons really went above and beyond with its commitment to immediate and excellent service in our home as well as the customer care call that came within an hour after our appointment to make certain that everything went well and to ask if we had any follow-up questions. Not only were we able to get our furnace fixed by two exceptionally knowledgeable and professional technicians working for Four Seasons so that we could have heat during these colder nights; we were able to stock our shelves with the food needed to be at home for a few weeks with some of the money saved. We will sleep better tonight in our warm home in part due to Four Seasons kind gesture in helping us out and for having the knowledge that we are ready for these most difficult times ahead while the coronavirus is wreaking havoc on our country. Four Seasons scheduled a same-day appointment promising a technician would come by 5:30 P to fix my broken Furnace flame sensor which meant I had no heat on a cold March day in Chicago. I was so grateful that the technician came (after calling ahead to let us know he was on the way and how far away he was) much sooner than expected - at 2:30. For a reasonable price, my Furnace was repaired cleaned and returned to working order very promptly and efficiently. I definitely recommend Four Seasons to anyone in need of heating or air conditioning service. I have been a loyal customer for a decade or more because of their quality, reliability and professionalism.
