On November 15th Chicago was hit with some extreme wind gusts that caused my water heater pilot light to extinguish. I thought this was a simple reset, but the problem was more complicated. I learned the electrode was defective. Had I undertaken this project as a DIY, I would have spent more time than I would have cared to try to figure out why I could not get a flame for my water heater. I was smart to call Four Seasons. My technician figured out the problem quickly. There are times when calling a professional makes sense. I am not an expert on water heaters outside of knowing how to turn it on, clean it periodically, and knowing when I need a new one. Thank you Four Seasons for responding quickly and bringing me hot water.

The serviceman was neat, clean, wore a mask and gloves and was respectful and got the job done reviewing everything at the end of the service call. Four Seasons does a great job of getting qualified employees. Can't say enough good about them.

They were able to schedule my furnace checkup and cleaning quickly, and their technician, Carl was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He called prior to arriving to let me know his arrival time. He explained what he was doing and what he was checking for, and made recommendations for filters and possible other services without being pushy or making me feel obligated. 4 Seasons also offers a 1-year "no breakdown" guarantee on their service. I love that! I believe they also offer the same guarantee with an air conditioner checkup and cleaning. They'll be hearing from me next Spring. I highly, highly, recommend 4 Seasons!

Four Seasons went our of their way for me today!!! I missed my call at 7:30a for my original appointment this morning and when I called to reschedule the young lady on the phone put me right back in the queue for service - TODAY!!! What company does that?? And as a BONUS, they sent the most friendly [and handsome] tech to take care of my furnace tune-up!! Four Seasons customer service is phenomenal and beyond expectations. My tech Miguel was awesome! He's diagnosed my issue quickly, although it took several hours to complete with testing and validation. He walked me through what to expect after repairs, and was right on the money. This was my first time dealing such an issue, Miguel made it easy to decide what course of actions to take, I couldn't have asked for more.

Went well furnace was vacuumed and adjusted accordingly checked both filters ( furnace and humidifier) raised temperature to see if unit was working and still worked after he made his adjustments

Our furnace broke down last week, I had 3 estimates with other companies. However, were pleased with the warranty and coverage offered by Four Seasons Heating and Cooling. The installation process truly EXCEEDED my expectations. Both techs arrived on time and respected COVID-19 guidelines- very knowledgeable, courteous, went above and beyond with removing old furnace and installing new one. Previous company that installed our old furnace made multiple errors, but Jermaine (tech) had a great deal of patience throughout the difficult challenges in replacement (moving gas pipe, electrical wiring, vent pipes, etc.). He would keep me up to date on the process throughout the day. You'll definitely be lucky if you're scheduled with this AMAZING tech! After a week with no heat I finally have a very warm house and I'm a super happy customer!
