Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning

Awful experience. Poor quality, poor communication, bad customer service. Slow process, took 5 days to get our heat back on during the coldest week of the year. I regret ever calling this company. Do not use them if you want to keep your sanity!

The Install names or David Laverde and Scott O'Dell. Outstanding job putting in the boiler for my home. They are very professional after the job was completed clean up. place sticker on the boiler so I could call the emergency number. Job will done.

It was great the tech (Kevin Ellis) worked all alone, stayed until the job was done. Explained what he was doing answered all my question he was very professional. And if I needed work done again, I would ask for him.

Install was quick, clean & prompt & excellent product provided. Technician was prompt, courteous & knowledgeable, installers were informative & clean. Duct cleaning was also prompt & Technician was also knowledgeable of the service. Entire crew & experience was the best! Will definitely call them for dryer vent cleaning & A/C maintenance this spring.

Installation was several hours longer than originally told to us by furnace inspector. We were told 6 hours which turned into 11 hours. There were several other people that came with installers during installation, of course unannounced and without proper masking. Finally, a couple days passed after install to notice our brand new, $10000 furnace leaking enough water to fill up a pail bucket, every couple days. We called back to schedule another worker to see what the problem was. It took him 5 minutes to inspect the furnace to tell us there was no problem when it obviously was still one. My 3rd scheduled and another very INCONVENIENT appointment with maintenance man in less than 10 days, showed up after time allotted. I was intending sometime this year to get my electrical serviced/overhauled. I’ll be calling on ABC company next time. When you become a big time service giant in the industry like Four Seasons, service eventually goes from great to just “ **** poor”. NOT SATISFIED with Four Seasons service or lack thereof, AT ALL !!! NEVER AGAIN. P.S. Like all my other major service disappointments, I will not fail to report my experience with the BBB as well.

DO NOT USE. We had them check out our furnace and replace our hot water heater. Tuesday the technician comes out and says everything is in "perfect working order." Everything is working fine on Wednesday morning and afternoon. Wednesday night they replace our hot water heater. An hour after they leave, there is a high pitch ringing noise. They come back out a week later to check out the ringing noise and say our motor needs to be replaced immediately. They quote us over $1,000 for that. Everything is in perfect working order to immediate replacement? We email multiple times trying to get customer service to resolve the issue and they have not been responsive.

It went great. Installer knew exactly what he was doing, & installed both in only 8 hours...all by himself.

Installs are quick and efficient. Repairs are prompt. People are always nice and take the time to answer my questions. They call a half hour ahead of arrival, so you aren’t stuck sitting there doing nothing. Interest free financing sometimes available. I’m a repeat customer and definitely recommend Four Seasons Heating and Cooling.

It went very smoothly according the plan. You don't need to worry about a thing and all will be taking care of. Besides I paid a very good price after the discount since I am a Costco member. I use Four Seasons every time.

After contacting Nest who refused any assistance other than a an emailed manual, Four Seasons was contacted and dispatched a technician the following day. That technician was extremely helpful and patient with my wife . He fully answered her many questions. There was no charge for this service. We have done business with Four Seasons for years and would not even consider any other company in the heating /air conditioning business.

We had Four Seasons come out for a yearly check, and found out our furnace was broken. We were able to get a new one installed the next day. Great customer service and people. Highly recommend!

Went well, needed to replace the capacitor on one of the furnaces. At first, the part seemed pricey, but better than paying for a new furnace. Jorje was very efficient and nice to work with. He gets extra marks for letting me know that one of the water lines was not turned on to run the humidifier.

It was a very bad experience. The service rep was unkempt. He was not responsive to our questions or issues. He came off as untrustworthy and that he was only after trumping us with as much and as many charges as possible. My husband and I in the end asked him to leave. We will be paying for his assesment of the unit and We will be going in a different direction. I hope everyone else will as well.

We had to get a new furnace and Four Seasons was great from start to finish. Their pricing was great and installation was a breeze.

$55 dollar part and they wanted $1,300 to replace it. The replacement simply involved turning off the ball valve and screwing on the new tank. When I asked to speak with a manager while the serviceman was at my home, he said the cost they charge was due to covering "overhead". If you have $1,245.00 of overhead on a repair - your company is clearly mismanaged.
