Description of Work: We asked Four Seasons to come to our home a few weeks ago. The person came in, took some measurements, and wrote a coupe numbers on a piece of paper with a pencil. For 10 windows, $5k. I asked about 0% financing, he said the cost would be $6k. So much for 0% financing if you charge an extra $1000 for the privilege. I then asked him to email me a detailed price quote, he said sure. A week passes and I call Four Seasons stating I did not get a quote. The original sales person sends me an email a few days later that has a single sentence in it "my boss says we can do it for $4k cash". I email back for a detailed price quote, it has been another two weeks and I still did not get one. So many other companies to choose from, this was ridiculous service with misleading 0% interest advertising.

Description of Work: One of my rental apartments furnace went out and I am out of town so had to handle everyhting via phone. It also went out in the dead of winter which created an emergency. Four Seasons did not take advantage of these facts, but worked with me to have the best solutqwo eyr from anot in the unit

Description of Work: Ricardo did a good job checking and cleaning our furnace. He was very professional and informative. I will not use them again because they refused to install an air makeup unit on my system. They do this work and they sell the unit that I wanted installed, but they wouldn't install the one that I already owned. No explanation why.

Description of Work: Yearly maintenance on the Air Conditioner. This company is always accomodating and professional when they have visited my home. Their prices are reasonable and their employees are polite and informative.

Description of Work: First, I had them check the furnace. I had a coupon for that, so the price was $89.95. He checked over the furnace and thermostat. The technician seemed knowledgeable, thorough and professional. I was in need of a humidifier, so I asked him about which type would be best. He recommended a power humidifier and after a discussion about the price , I decided on a Lennox WB2-18 power humidifer. The cost was $720. I also asked about duct cleaning. That was $499 with a coupon. They scheduled both on the same day to accommodate my schedule. Both jobs were completed as scheduled. The technicians were on time, courteous, clean and professional. For the duct cleaning, they removed all of the duct covers and used a truck mounted vacuum. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no dust since they covered all of the vents that were not being used at the time. The price seemed a bit high, but I have no previous experience with this type of service. Generally, I was pleased with the service. I have used this company before for furnace tuneup, and I would use them again.

Appointment window is about 5 hours, but you can call to check the status of the technician and the technician will call usually about a half hour beforehand to let you know they're on their way. For regular maintenance, if you call early you can usually get an appointment within a week.

Description of Work: Had a regular boiler cleaning service check on our heating system. They arrived on time, noticed an old thermocoupling on our water heater which we did decide to fix, that only cost $40. System worked fine, we have used other companies in the past that did not understand our heating/cooling system (we have a boiler w/ radiant heat, 2 zones and space pack cooling system). We will use them for our AC system check as well.

Description of Work: My wife and I moved into our newly rehabbed house. We knew both AC units were living on life support. The unit that controls the upsstairs ended up blowing hot air by the end of the day. I have used Four Seasons for severeal years, so them on Saturday morning and a technician came by about an hour later. Ronnie explained what was going on and gave me all of my options. Bottom line is that it would have cost me roughly $800 for hiim to ATTEMPT a fix. He could not guarantee that the unit could be fixed. Based on that, we decided to have another unit put in. He called the shop and an installation crew showed up about two hours later. The job ended up having a couple of snags in it that were unforseen. Jason and Gabe explained everything that was happening as they were working. The job ended up being a two day even as they worked about six hours on Saturday and eight or so on Sunday. We were in a pinch and they helped us out. I was not in a position to shop around for the best deal, but I don't feel like I got screwed. I would recommend Ronnie, Jason, or Gabe to anyone.

Description of Work: The plumber arrived first, a little bit early, was very friendly and cleanly dressed for what can be a messy job. We had to discuss safe parking in the area. After that was resolved, George the handyman called I had explain the problems of city street parking again. Both men knew what they had to do to. Dave to disconnect the old faucet and sink from the old countertop and George to remove the two old laminate countertops. They worked very well together in a small kitchen. The new tops, faucet and existing sink were replaced without problems and very little mess. Actually they wanted to clean up more than necessary.

Description of Work: My A/C was blowing hot air. Four Seasons had been out a month prior to do yearly maintenance and they had to install a new blower and belly band on that service call. The technician got right to work diagnosing the issue. He originally diagnosed it as the fan motor on the actual roof unit. But he wasn't satisfied with his diagnosis and continued to trouble shoot. Had he had to replace the fan motor it would have been $600, but instead it was the capacitor which was only $200. I highly recommend them and their yearly maintenance plan. Description of Work: Service A/C system that was not working

Description of Work: Wilfred came out to analyze why our a/c was blowing the fuse on our furnace control board. He kept insisting that our control board was fried even though it ran the fan and heat just fine. He broke the mounting clips on the control board to get it off and told me not to worry, it needed replaced anyway After I had him go outside to look at the condenser unit, it ended up being a 24v wire that was chewed through by an animal. He still kept insisting that our control board was bad and kept trying to get me to buy a new furnace. After $215 to splice 2 wires together, he refused to take the 15% off coupon from Angie's List and I had to call in to customer service. The customer service rep called back immediately and told him that he needed to take the coupon because they will get a bad review on Angie's List. Here's the bad review I promised you. I will NEVER use this company again. Also, my control board is now hanging in my furnace because of the broken clips from Wilfred.

Description of Work: We had an issue with our ac, our unit was not working properly. We called Four Seasons on the 27th. The following day was a holiday, but this was not a problem, they came out the next morning and fixed our ac. We were not charged extra for a holiday which was wonderful ! We will use Four Seasons for any ac or heating issues that we have in the future. Paul and Susan Usher

Description of Work: Service person was professional and thorough in troubleshooting our heating issue. he efficiently and systematically determined where the issue was and took our obersavtions into account. In the end, the service man figured out the problem came from our thermostat, not the furnace and replaced the thermostat right away. Thanks again!
