Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing began as a father-son business operating out of a Chicago garage in 1971. They went from home to home repairing furnaces and air conditioners with the goal of offering their customers honest and competent service. No extra charge for 24 hr emergency service. Description of Work: Due to torrential rain, my basement flooded requiring me to replace the Furnace and Hot Water Tank. I called Four Seasons on 4/18/13 and the next morning they were out to see if they could salvage the two systems but unfortunately, they were not able to and had to replace both. That was on a Friday, the problem was that I had guests coming from out-of-state the next day so I needed to get replacements quickly. Not a problem for Four Seasons, they returned that afternoon and installed both. They left at 1 AM but the work was completed and working just fine. The two workers who did the installation were professional and cleaned up after they finished the work. The salesman didn't apply any pressure tactics and I actually upgraded my furnace selection to a much high erfficiency rating of 95%. I would recommend Four Seasons to anyone. So much so, I had them come and clean my vents on 4/30/13. That was a little expensive, but they don't just put a hose on and vacumm. They have an attachment that actually scrubs the vents clean, then they vacumm. That cost $499 but was well worth the price. The two guys that cleaned the vents were professional as well and didn't leave any messes. All of the workers were punctual and hard-working.
