Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing began as a father-son business operating out of a Chicago garage in 1971. They went from home to home repairing furnaces and air conditioners with the goal of offering their customers honest and competent service. No extra charge for 24 hr emergency service. Description of Work: They replaced the roof. Tear off and replace. They also replaces some of the wood under the shingles. They did not try to cover bad wood. The roof job took 1 day longer to do than original stated, but that was o.k. They did a good job on clean up after. Roof looked good and no leaks.

Description of Work: They did a tune up and a check because we were having problems with our A/C making a smell. They didn't notice anything, but did move some coil that was improperly placed. They also made our compressor quieter which was a bonus. I did feel I had a difficult time understanding all of the various terminology so I wish they could have broken it down better for me. Also, while they were serving our a/c, I was given a 6 minute video to watch about a multi-hundred dollar product without much explanation. I wasn't a fan of that kind of advertising.

Description of Work: Four Seasons performed maintenance on my air conditioners. It seemed as though the technician was more interested in selling air conditioners than fixing them. I had to ask Four Seasons to send a senior technician to perform the work as I was not satisfied with the initial technician. To be fair, Four Seasons customer service was very responsive and made every effort to make me satisfied with my experience.
