Description of Work: Install six bow windows,it went very well considering it was very cold on the schudeled installation day.

Description of Work: They replaced my furnace and added central air. Overall it went OK, however, on the initial visit, the salesman even after a through assessment, he got the type of furnace wrong(it was a Down flow instead of a Up flow as he 1st concluded). Also the 1st installers were not confident enough in their abilities(or possibly chose the easy way out)to route the piping in a more aesthetic placement. Others did come and correct the matter with no fuss. The salesman worked hard for the business, gave the best pricing and maintenance plan. We are pleased with the outcome and would recommend them.

Description of Work: I called at 6:30 pm on a Friday evening because my furnace had stopped working completely (of course wind chill was negative 25 degrees that night). Scheduling went smoothly, although the scheduler could not give me any estimate as to when a tech may arrive (as early as 8pm or well after 10:30/11pm), but did assure me someone would eventually arrive and gave me the option of calling back to reschedule for next morning if it got too late. A tech arrived within a few hours. Based on what I understand, the service from Four Seasons can vary greatly based on what tech you receive, but I certainly lucked out. He was quick, professional and fixed the problem promptly. He wore booties in my house and cleaned up after himself and gave me some tips regarding how to prevent a similar issue going forward. Great service!

Description of Work: Installed a new boiler. The installation went fine, but the servicemen made one mistake. When I called about the problem they were very quick in sending someone out and fixing it.

Description of Work: Repaired Air Conditioner. Everything went well and they did not try to up sell me into services I did not need.

Description of Work: Had AC unit maintained. They also repaired our furnace in the dead of winter after North Town Home Service SAID they repaired our furnace and it didn't work again minutes after the service guy left. North Town said they would get us in the next day and I said don't bother and switched to Four Seasons. By the way, NT said an expensive part needed replacement or maybe the entire furnace and go figure, Four Seasons said it was only the thermostat! So NT misdiagnosed from the beginning, never use them. We liked Four Seasons so much that we are using them for their maintenance packages as well. They also have convenient time windows and the guys are very professional. An office employee calls to check up on your experience after the job is complete.

Description of Work: I called around 8pm on a Thursday when my heat went out and was given the window from 8:30pm to 1am. They showed up to my home at 9:00pm and were done around 9:30/9:45pm. They were able to replace a part on my furnace and explain the issue to me. He answered all my questions about the furnace in general, as I am a relatively new homeowner. I would recommend their services to a friend in the future

Description of Work: they replaced my furnace. The guys were on time and courteous. The whole thing took about 6 hrs. I would definitely hire them again for any heating/cooling needs.

Description of Work: They installed a new air conditioner. Works beautifully, even if I only used it a handful of times this year. They were pros, and weren't even fazed by the 4th of July parade marching right down my street.

Description of Work: Installed a new Lenox furnace and AC unit. I liked the installers and thought they did a good job, but it's way too soon to have an opinion on the furnace and AC unit. We chose Lenox because of the good reviews and the warranty. We have successfully used Four Seasons before. I really like that they have live operators monitoring phones 24/7 and 365.

Description of Work: the individual who came out to give me an estimate was abrupt & extremely condescending. I went with another company even though this estimate was a bit lower.

Description of Work: installed medicine cabinets and exhaust fans in 3 bathrooms, dry-walled laundry room, and rewired bathroom ceiling lighting. Executed as planned.

Description of Work: Four Seasons was certainly the best quote we received for windows. We replaced because our previous windows had many broken seals and was rotting the wood outside. Good attention to detail and when something didn't go right, they called in back up - much appreciated. A couple of miscommunication pieces from our sales guy but nothing we weren't able to handle. We will use them again in the future because of pricing and keeping with the same windows.

Description of Work: Called about an over heating issue with my furnace. Guy showed up and told me I need my intake rebuilt at a cost of $1,200 bucks. Called a mom and pop joint for a second opinion and they fixed my issue for $100 and no rebuilt of in intake..asked this mom and pop joint how much they would charge to do what four seasons said needed to be done and they said $400...DO NOT use four seasons for anything but maintainer. There techs only answer is that everything needs to be replace at three times the amount a family owned business would charge. Will never use them again as I feel that they are just trying to rip off their customers.

Description of Work: We were told by another company our house had an "unbalanced HVAC system", so we called these guys. The tech that first came out said it needed to have duct work re-run, etc - but the guy that came out afterwards (who was clearly more experienced) did a few measurements and told me to save the $2,500 because we didn't need to do the work. |I can appreciate honestly like that - they've earned my future business.
