Description of Work: Was to replace all of the working parts in our toilet, but only replaced the handle, trip lever, lift rod, & plunger flapper. They charged us $380 for what they did replace, and there was no offer of any resolution made by the company.

Description of Work: Installed a Rheem hot water heater with new fittings. Took out old fittings and old lines for a water softener. Replaced gas hook up and shut off valves. Maurice was very professional and pleasant. Answered all our questions would have him work for us any time. Cleaned up after himself.

Description of Work: These guys were great. I installed a new furnace and everything went well. I priced out multiple carriers and these guys were priced well. 10 days later I had an issue. A leak with the humidifier. They came out quickly at night, fixed it, didn't charge me anything, and maintained my warranty. How a company responds to issues like this says a lot about the company.

Description of Work: I called at 6:30 pm on a Friday evening because my furnace had stopped working completely (of course wind chill was negative 25 degrees that night). Scheduling went smoothly, although the scheduler could not give me any estimate as to when a tech may arrive (as early as 8pm or well after 10:30/11pm), but did assure me someone would eventually arrive and gave me the option of calling back to reschedule for next morning if it got too late. A tech arrived within a few hours. Based on what I understand, the service from Four Seasons can vary greatly based on what tech you receive, but I certainly lucked out. He was quick, professional and fixed the problem promptly. He wore booties in my house and cleaned up after himself and gave me some tips regarding how to prevent a similar issue going forward. Great service!

Description of Work: They replaced my furnace and added central air. Overall it went OK, however, on the initial visit, the salesman even after a through assessment, he got the type of furnace wrong(it was a Down flow instead of a Up flow as he 1st concluded). Also the 1st installers were not confident enough in their abilities(or possibly chose the easy way out)to route the piping in a more aesthetic placement. Others did come and correct the matter with no fuss. The salesman worked hard for the business, gave the best pricing and maintenance plan. We are pleased with the outcome and would recommend them.

Description of Work: Had AC unit maintained. They also repaired our furnace in the dead of winter after North Town Home Service SAID they repaired our furnace and it didn't work again minutes after the service guy left. North Town said they would get us in the next day and I said don't bother and switched to Four Seasons. By the way, NT said an expensive part needed replacement or maybe the entire furnace and go figure, Four Seasons said it was only the thermostat! So NT misdiagnosed from the beginning, never use them. We liked Four Seasons so much that we are using them for their maintenance packages as well. They also have convenient time windows and the guys are very professional. An office employee calls to check up on your experience after the job is complete.

Description of Work: I called around 8pm on a Thursday when my heat went out and was given the window from 8:30pm to 1am. They showed up to my home at 9:00pm and were done around 9:30/9:45pm. They were able to replace a part on my furnace and explain the issue to me. He answered all my questions about the furnace in general, as I am a relatively new homeowner. I would recommend their services to a friend in the future

Description of Work: they replaced my furnace. The guys were on time and courteous. The whole thing took about 6 hrs. I would definitely hire them again for any heating/cooling needs.

Description of Work: installed medicine cabinets and exhaust fans in 3 bathrooms, dry-walled laundry room, and rewired bathroom ceiling lighting. Executed as planned.
