Description of Work: Contacted these folks for a whole house window quote and was told that both my wife and I had to be there to get an estimate. This tells me HIGH PRESSURE TACTICS [view the movie "Tinmen'] all the way. When I said that I did not do business that way, I was told to check on when she could be there with me. I said no thanks and have to admit, got a little huffy. THEN, a few days later I get a follow up call on my inquiry and that is when I blew my top. I said I would not ever do business with a shop like this and why in the world would they follow up with someone who had refused there services. I then said to take me off their call list. THEN, I get another call in a week soliciting HVAC business. This time I exploded pleading to be taken off their list. This person was more accommodating [maybe not on commission] and said she would take me off. FINALLY, the calls stopped.

Description of Work: I needed my air/heating unit checked on the roof. The unit was checked and cleaned. I was given recommendations for future work/upkeep of the unit. The representative did not try to force me to have work done; he told me I had some time to think about a new unit. He gave me at least two years even though this was the first time the unit had been service in nine years. I was really lucky.

Description of Work: Nothing, came as a salesman. Claimed to be a tech. Charged to tell me nothing I didn't know. Way over priced. I talked to three people at their office to tell them what I needed. I did not think I would be charged for nothing. Their quotes are ridiculous. Sears offers better deals. Don't even bother to call. Still waiting for follow up call to tell them but no call. Tech went outside to talk to his boss for five minutes didn't get what that was about.

Description of Work: Went well, only issue is on the 2 days of installation, each day workers came after 12 noon and worked until after 9 pm at night.

Description of Work: Replaced furnace/a-c and water heater due to flood damage. |This equipment had been replaced approximately 1 year previously, by 4 Seasons. |This original transaction was tainted by some questionable "incentive" program that offered a "vacation", all expenses paid. This turned out to be one of those time share pitch, 2 star motel package deals. Low class. |Because of the fact that 4 Seasons did the original install, we went back to them for the replacements. In this case, they pulled a switcheroo on the water heater, installing a lower quality tank at the premium price. When I caught them they hemmed and hawed, but eventually installed the correct model. |This experience was not totally dissatisfying; every one of the technicians involved in this fiasco were professional, courteous and efficient. It is a shame that the management, sales and administrative personnel don't mirror the professional level of the technical and service staff.

Description of Work: This is the 2nd time I used them and thought they would be honest. But today they said, that the heater exchange had a crack in it and that they would have to shut it ,down and stating it was the "law".What We didn't know was the shut down are air conditioner too and when are house got to 88 degree's . I tried and turning on the air ,with no power. They say we needed a new Furnace , with 3 type's of prices, the lowest at $3800.00 and the 2nd at $4500.00 and the 3rd at $5800.00, I was shocked at how exspensive they were. They were here for over 3 hour's trying to find a price we would be happy with. I wasn't happy at that moment when ,I said I would give you $2000.00 down and pay off the rest and they would not accept that.WE went with a different company, locally are very happy with the price they gave us.

Description of Work: Furnace went out. They were here the next day after a thorough discussion we made out purchase and they were here by evening and worked till 11 pm to install our new furnace. We were very pleased with their service.
