Description of Work: They have always provided good deals and even better service, but the most recent visit by a technician was the best ever. Wojciech Szymaszek is his name. He went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the safety of my family, and he refused to take a tip. I have never appreciated this company more than I do now as a result of his visit. We have bought two furnaces from Four Seasons, and I wouldn't be surprised if we bought air conditioning next!

Description of Work: I needed a lot of work done. To start they charged 20% to put the job on a credit card. | |The work was not all done to specification. We moved our laundry from the second floor to the basement. On the second floor they were supposed to change the valves and cap them. They just capped them which resulted in $15,000 worth of damage from a leak a week later. They offered to do some duct cleaning to compensate me. Now they won't honor their work warranty or take my calls. | |According to their executive (which will not speak with me directly - only through the customer service manager) they will not compensate us at all. We had to delay moving into the house by over 4 weeks do to the extent of the damage. Thankfully, our home insurance handled almost all the costs ($1,500 deductible) and is suing their insurance. | |Not only will I not use them again, I am still trying to receive compensation for the damage they did, though because my insurance company is involved, no one wants to sue them. | |I WOULD NOT USE THEM FOR FREE OR EVEN IF PAID TO.

Description of Work: Installed new HVAC & water heater. The installers were fantastic. They were timely, clean, and worked steadily until job was done.

Description of Work: They cleaned my outside packaged heater/ac unit, replaced a defective switch, and noted that my drain pan was cracked. They were going to schedule a test for a possible coolant leak, but I cancelled it. My feeling was that they didn't know what they were doing and were only interested in running up the bill, which was estimated at $1500. Afterward, I scheduled another company to come in and examine the system and they determined that I had no leak issues.

Description of Work: Clean and check furnace. Everything went ok. Their discounts and special offers really just put them in line with most other company's everyday prices. You really don't get any good deals with their "specials." I paid them $20.00 a couple years ago to always insure I would get their discount price. I have seen no advantage to paying the $20.00. Never get a better price than what they always advertise. Don't do it. It's a waste of $20.00

Description of Work: Took out old furnace and installed a new one. Cleaned all vents and insulated chimmy. Taking the old furnace out took longer than expected, they stayed all night and into early morning, until the job was completely done. Which is amazing.
