Description of Work: After having an appointment scheduled and changing my work schedule to accommodate the appointment, I received a call 30 minutes AFTER they were scheduled to arrive indicating that they were cancelling because someone did not show up to work. A company of this size should be staffed with back-ups or at least offer the customer a discount for the inconvenience which they would not due. And with this service they feel that they can still charge an outrageous $869 for this service! This was my first and last attempt to use 4 Seasons for this type of work.

Description of Work: I had a furnace cleaning and inspection done and I was told that I needed a new furnace and the technician disconnected my furnace which is a requirement as I was told. I wanted a second opinion, so I hired a second company to come out for an inspection and was told by the second company that there was nothing wrong with my Furnace. I chose to agree more with the second company. Things have been working fine all winter but I will have another inspection done again this summer, and probably each year going forward.

Description of Work: Came out to inspect my furnace; found a bad circuit board and the beginning of a crack in the heat exchanger. Recommeded replacement; offered 3 options, explained each, said the 3rd was overkill for my space. Two other guys were there that afternoon to install the new furnace. Polite, professional, did a good job. Would recommend. Fee for furnace check was waived because I bought a new furnace.

Description of Work: salesman sold the package on a snowy November Saturday.....installer arrived on the day scheduled. Installed new Weil-McLain Boiler to replace the existing 33 year old boiler. Installer removed the old boiler and hauled it away. Installer had new unit installed and working in seven hours. Great comfort in knowing that we have a new working boiler to take us through the winter. And if there's a problem, we can contact 4 Seasons. There is a 5 year warranty for parts and labor. I'm glad we did this.
