Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning

The 2 Techs were nice but 16 hours (32 man hours) over 2 days of installation was little excessive. Not lot of communication on time line of progress or completion. The photos attached is the way it was left after the first day. The scheduling dept wanted me to wait a week to complete the installation. With a lot of pushing I got a a small window the next day in which I had to change my work schedule to make work. I will rethink next time on calling Four seasons.

Employee arrived within the timeframe given us when we scheduled this work. Employee was efficient and work done quickly. We bought our HVAC system fromFour Seasons and have used them for annual maintenance for many years.

Technician was very knowledgeable and professional.

The whole process went great. We had a sales rep come out on a Saturday and talk us through everything. They gave us a quote right then and there. We had a couple other quotes it took several days to get back to us. It was nice to get a quote right then and there. The quote that we got was almost exactly the same as one of the other quotes that we had received. We decided to go ahead with the work and it was finished within two weeks. The process leading up to getting everything scheduled and completed was very smooth. One thing I really like about four seasons is that they have a phone number that you can call 24 hours a day and a person answers every time. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I like that you can get your heating, air-conditioning, plumbing and electric done all by one company that I feel I can trust and will stand behind their products and service.

All well until they discovered they were missing a module. Installation was delayed for today pending the arrival of the module. The module arrived today; notified Four Seasons. Still waiting for the technician to finish and test installation

Finished job in 5 hours. No complaints!!

Overall it was good. It took 12 hours to get the job done, and the worker wanted to cut corners but in the end everything was done and completed.

Excellent service. Tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. Left the area clean.

James, the technician, was very knowledgeable about our system and provided much helpful information. He is highly professional and thorough and did an outstanding job cleaning and preparing our a/c unit for the summer. It seemed that thermostat & furnace were not communicating and we had no heat. I was expecting an expensive repair or possibly having to replace furnace. My technician (Johnny) arrived promptly and quickly discovered the issue...all that was needed was a cleaning.

I have utilized the services of Four Seasons for many years and never had a bad experience. The company employes professional personnel and the servicemen are always punctual. The price for this type of service is reasonable.

Great cleaned and filter changed My technician was David and he answered all my questions and told me some things I didn't know to ask I also had a coupon which lowered the price .

from beginning to end the process was amazing. I would highly recommend 4 seasons to anyone who I know. We were kind of in an emergency situation and they came out the following morning to a**** everything and had the replacement the next day which happened to be a Sunday! Nick came out initially and was super informative, nice, and helpful. The two service guys who did the replacement were very nice and amazing. They cleaned up all the mess. You would have never known someone was there replacing a furnace.

Two service techs arrived on time and ready to clean our air ducts. They were very friendly and professional, answering any questions asked. They explained every step of the process before getting started, while also reviewing the cost. When they were finished, they cleaned up any debris and gave us instructions on upkeep and future cleanings. We've used them for many years and will continue to do so.
