Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing began as a father-son business operating out of a Chicago garage in 1971. They went from home to home repairing furnaces and air conditioners with the goal of offering their customers honest and competent service. No extra charge for 24 hr emergency service. Description of Work: We had them quote several jobs: water heater replacement (40 gal), 2 window replacements, and additional insulation in the attic. We did get a price break (something like 10% off) for using multiple services. We had used them previously to fix our AC a couple years ago, as well. They are professional, responsive, and do a good job. But you will pay a bit more for all of that (naturally).

Description of Work: After having an appointment scheduled and changing my work schedule to accommodate the appointment, I received a call 30 minutes AFTER they were scheduled to arrive indicating that they were cancelling because someone did not show up to work. A company of this size should be staffed with back-ups or at least offer the customer a discount for the inconvenience which they would not due. And with this service they feel that they can still charge an outrageous $869 for this service! This was my first and last attempt to use 4 Seasons for this type of work.
