Description of Work: Four Seasons was a total rip-off. My perception of them: Scam artist who are more interested in drumming up business rather than fixing your plumbing problem. Let me explain: On July 7, 2017 I had several leaks coming from my 2nd floor bathtub. A couple of leaks around the valve stems( hot & cold) and a major leak at the drain under the tub - which probably caused a portion of the 1st floor bathroom ceiling to fall (a big leak). Needless to say, with the a portion of the ceiling gone it was very obvious that this bathtub had more than one leak because you could see them. I had a major problem. When Four Seasons arrived their plumber immediately started recommending expensive questionable work I should do...and how they could take care of it for me. He eventually went to the second floor -examined the valves on the tub and saw evidence that they were leaking in the front. I agreed they were. He took the valves out and tighten them (this took less than 10 min)....then put them back in and charged me $135.00....still pushing this questionable work he wanted me to do. ( I guess they assumed they had corrected my problem ...that this was the only leak, or perhaps they just wanted to charge me for something. Nonetheless, they were ready to leave - It was a very hot day. They obviously didn't care about my problem or how I was going to fix it. I wasn't convinced that this small leak at the valves caused that ceiling to fall. At that point, I asked the plumber if he was going to the first floor to see if he had indeed stopped the leaks. He said no - it would do no good to check because everything was wet and they wouldn't be able to tell - Baloney! I then asked if they guarantee their work and he said no. Immediately, when Four Seasons departed I got a small ladder and went down to the first floor to check for leaks. As expected it was still leaking at the tub drain and still leaking (behind the wall) at the valves Four Seasons charged me for fixing. To summarize, there was no way I was going to hire these people and I do not recommend them to anyone. I eventually got an "old schooled plumber" to fix those leaks. He fixed the tub drain leaks (replaced piping & parts) and replaced both valves with new ones - the same ones Four Seasons claimed they repaired. He was professional and dedicated to fixing my problem and didn't leave until he did. Sincerely, L.A.Boss
