Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing began as a father-son business operating out of a Chicago garage in 1971. They went from home to home repairing furnaces and air conditioners with the goal of offering their customers honest and competent service. No extra charge for 24 hr emergency service. N/A, no work was done.
Description of Work: We needed a new A/C unit. The guy who came was John I believe. He seemed like a very slick sales type. He initially gave us a price of $4,600 to replace a 21/2 ton unit. When we told him his quote was much higher than other quotes, he gave us a price of $3,200 or so. So he tried to rip us off. Also, they advertise for next day estimates and next day installs, neither was true in our case. My wife and I both did not feel comfortable using this company.

Not very well........
Description of Work: Had a new Lenox A/C & furnace installed 6 years ago. Old one lasted 20+ with semi regular maintenance. I checked & Four Seasons & Lenox both ranked well. We have had terrible experiences, lousy customer service & expensive repairs on a system less than 7 years old. I feel betrayed as I really thought these were good folks. We now have about $2,000.00 repair & the Technician says .......I see this after one year sometimes! Seriously? What happened to Quality Products & companies that backend their products.? Are any of them still around? Very disappointed in the quality & cost to maintain what we purchased.
