INSTALLER CORNELIUS MCALLISTER WAS PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. AFTER COMPLETING THE JOB, HE PATIENTLY EXPLAINED STEP BY STEP WHAT HE HAD DONE AND MADE SURE THAT WE WERE CLEAR ON PROPER MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES. I RECOMMEND HIM AND HIS ASSISTANT HIGHLY. BOTH WERE FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, RESPECTFUL, AND BUSINESSLIKE.
Description of Work: REMOVED OLD BOILER, AND INSTALLED NEW ONE. REPLACED PIPES, CHANGED PUMP ON BOILER (WHICH WAS NOT LARGE ENOUGH), AND INSTALLED LARGER ONE AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

THE REP NEVER PUT THE FILTER BACK IN, EVEN THOUGH HE TOLD ME HE HAD. I DON'T THINK HE WAS EVEN OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY BEFORE IT BROKE DOWN. WHEN MY HUSBAND LOOKED AT THE UNIT, THERE WERE BARE WIRES HANGING OUT. I CALLED THE OFFICE, THEY COULDN'T CARE LESS. THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE SENT SOMEONE OUT IN A COUPLE OF DAYS.

AS THE OWNER OF FOUR SEASONS, I TAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES VERY SERIOUSLY. I PERSONALLY INVESTIGATED THIS AND FOUND THAT THE ORIGINAL DATE OF SERVICE WAS DECEMBER 8, 2004. THE FILTER WAS NOT PUT BACK INTO THE UNIT BECAUSE IT WAS CLOGGED WITH DUST. WE INFORMED THE MEMBER THAT THE FILTER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND THAT WE WOULD GLADLY REPLACE IT FOR HER FREE OF CHARGE IF SHE HAD THE FILTER. UNFORTUNATELY, SHE DID NOT HAVE THE FILTER. THE DOOR SWITCH WIRES HAD ALSO MELTED AND BURNED OUT, WHICH WE REPLACED TO FACTORY SPECIFICATIONS. WE CHARGED THIS MEMBER A TOTAL OF $134.00 FOR THE REPAIR. IN ORDER TO RESPOND TO THIS MEMBER''S ALLEGATION THAT WE "COULDN’T CARE LESS" AND THAT WE SAID THAT WE WOULD COME OUT IN A COUPLE OF DAYS. I FIRST PERSONALLY CHECKED OUR PHONE SYSTEM, WHICH RECORDS EVERY INCOMING PHONE CALL, TO LISTEN TO THE PURSUANT CONVERSATION BETWEEN THE MEMBER AND OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. FOUR SEASONS’ CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES ARE TRAINED ARDUOUSLY TO ACCOMMODATE ALL CUSTOMER EMERGENCY REQUESTS WITHIN THE SAME DAY WHENEVER HUMANLY POSSIBLE, SO I WAS VERY INTERESTED TO LEARN WHETHER OR NOT ONE OF MY EMPLOYEES WAS VIOLATING MY POLICY. TO THE CONTRARY, I FOUND THE CONVERSATION TO BE VERY PLEASANT IN NATURE. THIS MEMBER WAS ASKED AT THE VERY BEGINNING OF THE CONVERSATION WHETHER OR NOT THE SYSTEM WAS FUNCTIONING, WHICH ALL OF MY CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES ARE TRAINED TO DO. SHE RESPONDED THAT THE SYSTEM WAS INDEED WORKING.

WE NEEDED A NEW FURNACE AND WATER HEATER. JASON CAME OUT TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE AND WAS VERY THOROUGH IN EXPLAINING OUR OPTIONS. THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT THE FOLLOWING WEEK TO DO THE WORK. RICK AND CHON WERE RIGHT ON TIME AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THE WORK TOOK ALL DAY, AND THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND CLEANED UP EVERYTHING BEFORE THEY LEFT. AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE, FROM THE INITIAL PHONE CALL TO THE INSTALLATION.

CO-OWNER ACTUALLY DID DIAGNOSIS. WAS ON TIME, HIS FIRM WAS ONLY ONE ON PHONE ORIGINALLY TO ASK ARE YOU SURE YOU NEED NEW FURNACE. HE STEERED US AWAY FROM MORE EXPENSIVE OPTIONS WE THOUGHT WE NEEDED TO SOLVE HEATING FOUR FLOORS, AND GOT TEAM IN HOUSE WITHIN FOUR HOURS ALL AT GOOD PRICE, AS WE CHECKED AROUND. OK - THE ONE SMALL PROBLEM (NOT FOR US). INSTALLER'S PARTNER DIDN'T MAKE IT THERE. THE ONE GUY LITERALLY DID THE WHOLE JOB HIMSELF (HEAVY TO LIFT THIS STUFF). I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT.

WORST CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. WANTED $130 JUST TO INSPECT MY HEATING & A/C (WHEREAS MOST OTHERS ARE WILLING TO GIVE FREE ESTIMATES). GAVE THEMSELVES A GENEROUS TWO HOUR WINDOW TO ARRIVE, THEN FAILED TO SHOW UP WITHIN IT. WHEN I CALLED 10 MINUTES AFTER THE WINDOW WAS UP, THEY THEN STATED THEY WOULD BE UP TO AN HOUR LATER THAN PLANNED. I CANCELLED ON THEM RIGHT THEN AND THERE. I COULD UNDERSTAND THIS IF THEY WERE DOING FREE ESTIMATES, BUT FOR $130, THEY SHOULD BE ON TIME TO THE MINUTE. DON'T CALL THESE GUYS!

WE DO CHARGE A NOMINAL FEE TO COVER THE TIME IT TAKES TO DIAGNOSE A PROBLEM. WE ARE NOT AWARE OF ANY HVAC COMPANY THAT WILL COME TO A HOME, SPEND 30 MINUTES TO AN HOUR TROUBLESHOOTING A SYSTEM, REPORT WHAT''S WRONG AND LEAVE, WITHOUT A SERVICE CHARGE TO AT LEAST COVER THE TECHNICIAN''S TIME AND TRAVEL COSTS. FOUR SEASONS DOES OFFER FREE IN-HOME, NO-OBLIGATION ESTIMATES ON EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT. I OFFER NO EXCUSE FOR OUR TECHNICIAN''S LACK OF COMMUNICATION. HE CERTAINLY SHOULD HAVE CALLED TO INFORM THE CUSTOMER THAT HE WAS RUNNING LATE, AND WE WILL BE COACHING HIM ON THAT POINT.

THE FIRST PERSON AT FOUR SEASONS TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE WAS NOT VERY GOOD AT ALL. WHEN I CALLED THE COMPANY, I WAS ASKED IF I WOULD GIVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE TO PROVIDE ME WITH GOOD SERVICE. I DID. AND THAT'S WHAT I RECEIVED. THE SECOND PERSON (DAVE K.) SHOWED UP ON TIME TO GIVE ME THE ESTIMATE. HE WAS EXTREMELY THOROUGH, AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. ON THE DAY I HAD THE INSTALLATION DONE, THE TWO INSTALLERS (KRIS AND ANDY) SHOWED UP ON TIME, AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK. AS WAS PROMISED, THEY GOT EVERYTHING INSTALLED IN ONE DAY. THEY LEFT EVERYTHING CLEANER THAN IT WAS WHEN THEY STARTED! I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. THE ONLY REASON I AM GIVING THEM AN OVERALL GRADE OF B WAS BECAUSE OF MY INITIAL EXPERIENCE WITH THE FIRST SALESMAN. IF I HADN'T CALLED FOUR SEASONS TO GET SOME ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS ANSWERED (THUS PROMPTING THE BOSS TO ASK FOR A SECOND CHANCE), I DON'T THINK I WOULD HAVE GONE WITH THEIR COMPANY.

JOHN, THE SALESMAN, PUT BOOTIES ON HIS FEET BEFORE ENTERING ALL AREAS OF THE UNITS. HE ADHERED TO THE BUDGET AND TOOK INTO ACCOUNT THE NATURE OF THE PROPERTY (INVESTMENT). THE MEN SHOWED UP ON TIME AND FINISHED THE JOB IN ONE DAY (THEY WORKED UNTIL 11 PM). ALL UNITS WORKED PROPERLY AND I HAVE VERY HAPPY TENANTS.
Description of Work: SPOKE WITH JOHN O'BRIEN REGARDING REPLACING ALL FURNACE AND A/C UNITS FOR A 3-UNIT BUILDING. HE CAME OUT AND GAVE ME A FAIR QUOTE (IN LINE WITH COMPETITORS). THEY REPLACED ALL 3 UNITS IN 1 DAY.

THE SALES MAN, DAVE KORONKOWSKI WAS VERY NICE AND UP FRONT. GAVE ME A PRICE AND TOLD ME IT WAS GOING TO BE A TWO DAY JOB. HE DID NOT RELAY THIS TO THE WORKERS AND THEY ONLY HAD ME SCHEDULED FOR ONE DAY. WE HAD TO WAIT AROUND UNTIL THEY DID A JOB SOMEWHERE ELSE BEFORE THEY CAME BACK ON THE SECOND DAY. JOHN WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. HE PHONED WHEN IN ROUTE TO OUR HOUSE, GIVING ME TIME TO LEAVE WORK. THE EXTRA EFFORT THAT WENT INTO FINDING A SOLUTION (AT NO CHARGE!) FOR OUR BUZZING DUCT-WORK IS THE SINGLE BEST THING THAT ANY WORKMAN HAS EVER DONE FOR US. UNFORTUNATELY, THE LEAKING WATER RETURNED. WE CALLED FOUR SEASONS ON JULY 3RD. ACCIDENTALLY, MY HUSBAND GAVE A BUM PHONE NUMBER TO THE SCHEDULER. EVEN AFTER OUR MISTAKE, MIKE RETURNED TO OUR AREA ON THE 4TH OF JULY TO REPLACE A SMALL BIT OF SEALANT. WE WERE NOT CHARGED ANYTHING. WE ARE HOPEFUL THAT THIS IS THE CORRECT SOLUTION. BUT IF WE NEED TO DO A MORE MAJOR OVERHAUL, WE WILL DEFINITELY USE FOUR SEASONS. THEIR PROMPT ATTENTION, CLEAR EXPLANATIONS, EXCELLENT PRICING, AND SUPERB SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE REWARDED.
Description of Work: OUR A/C WAS LEAKING WATER INTO OUR CARPET AND PRODUCING LITTLE COOLING. BOTH MY HUSBAND AND I WORK ABOUT 20 MINUTES FROM HOME. WE ASKED FOUR SEASONS TO CALL US WHEN IN THE AREA. THEY DID AND I WAS AVAILABLE. OUR A/C NEEDED SOME SERIOUS TLC IN THE FORM OF 2 LBS OF FREON. IT CLEARED UP THE LEAKING PROBLEM. AS JOHN WAS FILLING OUT THE TICKET HE NOTICED A BUZZING IN OUR DUCTS (A BOTHERSOME NOISE THAT WE HAVE JUST DEALT WITH OVER THE YEARS) AND ASKED ABOUT IT. INITIALLY, JOHN GAVE ME THE SAME INFO THAT OTHERS HAVE--YOU WILL HAVE TO OPEN THE WALLS OR MOVE THE FURNACE TO UPDATE THE DUCT-WORK. THEN HE STARTED TRYING DIFFERENT THINGS, CONSTANTLY GOING UP AND DOWN OUR MANY STAIRS UNTIL HE HIT UPON A WORKABLE SOLUTION TO ELIMINATE THE BUZZING DUCT. HE DID NOT HAVE TO DO THIS - AMAZING!

THE TECHNICIAN, WHOSE NAME I DON'T REMEMBER, BUT WHO WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL, WAS ON TIME. THE SERVICE WAS REASONABLY PRICED, AS MY NEIGHBOR COMMENTED WHEN I TOLD HIM THE COST OF THE SERVICE CALL. HE SAID THAT IT WAS LOWER THAN MOST COMPANIES. I CALLED ON A FRIDAY A.M. AND THE TECHNICIAN CAME ON SAT. A.M. THE COMPANY DOES NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR WEEKENDS. WHEN I CALLED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT I WAS ABLE TO TALK WITH A LIVE PERSON WHO WAS ALSO POLITE AND HELPFUL. THE TECHNICIAN EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME, AND I WAS WITH HIM WHEN HE FIRST CHECKED BOTH THE AIR CONDITIONER AND FURNACE. MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS VERY FAVORABLE. THE TECHNICIAN CALLED IN THE A.M. LETTING ME KNOW HE'D BE AT MY HOME IN ABOUT AN HOUR, WHICH HE WAS.
Description of Work: THE TECHNICIAN CHECKED MY AIR CONDITIONER AND THEN FURNACE, TO FIND A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM OF MY NON-FUNCTIONING AIR CONDITIONER. THE AIR CONDITIONER, THOUGH OLD, WAS FINE, BUT HE NEEDED TO REPAIR AND RECONNECT WIRES IN THE FURNACE THAT HAD BEEN CUT, AND OTHERS THAT WERE JUST DISCONNECTED.

THE ESTIMATOR WAS PROMPT AND POLITE, SEEMED VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TOOK HIS TIME TO EXPLAIN MY OPTIONS. I LIKED HAVING THAT SINGLE CONTACT WITH WHOM TO SCHEDULE THE INSTALLATION - I FELT PERSONAL ATTENTION, NOT TREATED AS JUST ANOTHER CLIENT. THE WORK WAS SCHEDULED FOR MY CONVENIENCE, THE INSTALLERS ARRIVED ON TIME, WERE COURTEOUS AND WORKED STEADILY. THEY REMOVED THE OLD UNIT AND CLEANED UP THE WORK AREA WELL. I HOPE NEVER TO NEED SERVICE, BUT FEEL CONFIDENT THAT THIS COMPANY WOULD RESPOND PROMPTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED A CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONER IN WHICH THE COMPRESSOR FAILED AFTER ONLY 7 YEARS (THE FIRST UNIT INSTALLED BY ANOTHER COMPANY WAS 3 TONS AND SHOULD HAVE ONLY BEEN 2 TONS). THE QUOTE WAS BETTER THAN TWO OTHERS I OBTAINED, AND THE WARRANTY AND SERVICE OFFERED ARE MUCH BETTER.

I RECENTLY BECAME A FIRST TIME HOMEOWNER, AND WAS NOT SURE OF THE CONDITION OF THE FURNACE AND CENTRAL AIR UNITS. I CALLED FOUR SEASONS, INITIALLY, IN RESPONSE TO A NEWSPAPER AD FOR THE FURNACE CHECK-UP. I HOVERED (A LITTLE) ASKING WHAT WERE PROBABLY DUMB QUESTIONS. THE SERVICEMAN WAS VERY PATIENT, HELPFUL, AND INFORMATIVE. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR COURTESY, PROMPTNESS, AND EFFICIENCY. THIS IS WHY I LATER CALLED THEM AGAIN FOR THE CENTRAL AIR TUNE-UP. THE SERVICEMAN REMOVED HIS SHOES EACH TIME HE ENTERED MY HOME, SO AS NOT TO TRACK MUD AND DIRT THROUGHOUT. UPON HIS DEPARTURE, I REALIZED HE HAD NOT PRESSED QUITE HARD ENOUGH THROUGH THE CARBON FOR MY RECEIPT AND I COULD NOT READ IT. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND EXPLAINED THIS. I HAD A CLEAR COPY IN THE MAIL WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS. VERY PROFESSIONAL. I ANTICIPATE BEING A LONG TIME CUSTOMER.

I WAS SO DELIGHTED THAT I CHOSE FOUR SEASONS TO INSTALL MY KNEW FURNACE AND A/C. AFTER GETTING SEVERAL ESTIMATES, I FOUND FOUR SEASONS GUARANTEES, AND PROFESSIONALISM TO BE FAR SUPERIOR THEN ANY OTHER QUOTE RECEIVED.
